Fantastic experience: I have to say Cross Roads Dental is a very Good Dentist Office. From the ti.e you walk in the door to the back everyone is very nice and respectful an on top of that the Dentist does really good dental work and always makes sure your doing good and no pain. . Fantastic experience: I noticed I lost a filling about 430 on Friday. Called into Crossroads Dental and was given an appointment on Monday. Was grateful I didn’t have to wait a week or more to get in. The staff is always welcoming and happy. I recommend this office.

Positive experience: All the staff at Crossroads is very friendly and engaging, also they are bilingual and that's very confortable speaking patients!!

Negative experience: While the office staff are nice, the actual dentist's demeanor towards patients is lacking. I'm not sure if it's because my daughter is 13, and the dr does not believe she is in pain when she says she is because she is a child, but it leaves much to be desired in the patient care.

My call to Crossroads was great - receptionist was awesome & did exactually what they said they would do & got my appointment set up. My appointment was today & everyone was very nice & gentle. I have found a new dentist home. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ive always DREADED going to the dentisit. And now I actually look forward and enjoy my office visits at Crossroads Dental group. The hygienist's explain the need for my treatment as well as the assistants. Everyone has a smile on their face and you will even hear the Dr and assistant singing to you while you are getting your treatment. My experiences have been one good visit after another.

Fantastic experience: This office Was amazing. They were able to get me in quickly to have my child in for a quick baby tooth extraction after a cap fell off. My my child felt comfortable the entire time and was smiling when he walked out of the dental office. Even my husband had made a comment about how warm and friendly at the office fell when he was there.

I've been going there for 8 plus years and will continue to drive the 50mins just to go to them. ❤️ BTW, I also have to say how awesome the front office staff is as well, very friendly and will try and meet your needs as soon as possible.

Negative experience: The worst dental place ever Dr. Marquez very unprofessional every dental work, she did all the fillings she did an awful job. They all came off really fast. I scheduled an appointment for a filling that came off and then at the end she was running behind. I think she was in a bad mood very un professional and she Stated that she was not gonna do the job that day that I had to reschedule very unprofessional with an attitude and made me feel terrible I’ve been going there for three years and all the times she has done my dental work horrible job. The office manager did not do anything about it didn’t take care of the problem and he was the one that asked if I wanted to have some x-rays done that they had the time and I said are you sure because I’m just here for my tooth because it’s bothering me and he said yeah she’s gonna do the job and she’s still gonna see you and we have time to do x-rays and do the whole check up I said sure I’m at the end. Dr. Marquez came up with this. Oh I’m not doing your feelings but a very unprofessional way and rude. I really hope the owner of crosswords dental sees this. for sure, I will not go to that place and every friend that I referred I will tell them my experience so they won’t have the same issue. I will not be going back!!! horrible service!!

Fantastic experience: My wife has had bad experiences at other dental offices which gave her anxiety during each visit, but fell in love with with crossroads dental. We moved to lodi and decided to try the dental office that was a block from the new house. I went there twice and didnt like then at all. We went back to crossroads and have no plans on changing it anytime soon. There not pushy or try to upsell and hygienist is great. Update: We have been away from Riverbank for nearly 8 years now and will still go here for our cleanings.

Negative experience: The absolute worst customer service especially to younger kids. There are certain ways to talk to kids especially when that is your job and you specialize in child work. If you are an assistant and a dentist learn customer service. Learn to speak . Be professional when attending a child’s needs and learn to talk to them when they are scared through a dental procedure.
