Fantastic experience: I just wanna say i cannot say enough about this whole office staff they are genuinely the best office ever they made my whole experience with the dentist a life changing event not only my smile but my view on dentist DR VELASQUEZ is so caring and soft when working on your mouth I almost fell asleep while she pulled all my teeth and her assistant kevin was so caring as well if I could give more stars I would the whole office staff is caring and professional thank yall for the new smile

Negative experience: This dental office is a SCAM. BEWARE. They tell you they will provide a service for a certain price, that they make you pay upfront when you walk in, and then they suddenly change their tune and give you a diagnosis for thousands of dollars. They try force you to accept the diagnosis and make you sign for their diagnosis of thousands of dollars. My son went in there and thankfully I told him not to sign anything. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT AND BEWARE. They will SCAM you and take you for thousands of dollars. I am going to dispute the charges, on the credit card, they made my son pay upfront for a cleaning, consult and x-rays, which they did not provide.

Fantastic experience: I love Suave Dental. I always have a great experience when i go there. Like I said before I have quite a few appointments to fix multiple teeth issues and they are so receptive to how I am doing and my pain level. So happy they are able to do everything in this one office.

Fantastic experience: This office is super clean inside. Got seen quickly, super friendly staff. Dr. Capote who was working on my fillings- was super quick, he was thorough and made sure I was comfortable. No pain. His assistant Mariam was super sweet and made sure to keep on checking in on me too. Front help Alissa is really eager to help you out and get you everything you need for your teeth. She answered all my questions I had too. Would definitely recommend this dentist for your loved ones… oh I didn’t feel the shot either! Lol

Positive experience: Staff are good I don't have mutch experience with dentest this is my 2nd time in my life iam 73 and no filling yet so it might be normal practice office only let people in who is getting treated they have about 10 chairs and you can't see what you are singing didn't get any print out copy what I was singing. Is it normal that you don't get any printed papers it does not give seniors like me bit more time to think. Otherwise Staff is good

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience my first time there at Suave Dental, the ladies in the office with super nice and professional and the doctor did not hurt me not once the whole time having a root canal done which my last experience with a root canal was torture, it took me 2 years to get the courage to go to another dentist. This Dr was amazing, he did not hurt me even when he gave me the shot to numb my mouth, it didn't even hurt, a very gentle dentist. The entire team of people there at Riverbank Suave Dental are super nice. I would recommend this Dental office to everyone or anyone looking for painless dental work.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst dental office experience ever. From the moment you walk in, you are dealt with rude and unwelcoming receptionists. You can't have anyone to stay with you inside for the reason of the place being too small, but have a waiting room with close to 10 chairs. They make you wait close to 1 hour after your appointment time to get you in for X-rays. If I am to wait 1 hour, then just schedule me for 4PM and not 3:00PM. Then, another 30-40 minutes inside just for the dentist to come in to tell you what needs to be done on your teeth. The X-ray technician was also rude and just wanted to get us seated inside for the dentist to come in just so she can run and go home I guess? What kind of a joke office are they running here? If you value your time and energy, stay away from this place they call "dental" office.

Negative experience: We took our granddaughter here and after x-rays, they said she had 14 cavities. Ended up not being able to get the work done there because we moved. Today we took her to a new dentist in our new town and they found only one cavity. I’ll say no more.

Negative experience: I'm making this review because Alicia, the manager says I'm no allowed to go to that office because I was rude but when I called in to make the appointment they said I didn't need my insurance card. My physical card and now she says that I'm rude. This is very unprofessional. Alicia. Please do better for your patients.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here the week before last. It’s a small office, but it’s well kept and clean. I can see why they ask that persons with appointments be inside because they don’t have many seats at all. It’s a tiny waiting room and can feel crowded quickly. I heard how they tell patients who brought extra people with them that they only ask the patient be inside but, they say it really nicely and far from rude. I read the other comments that the front office is rude, but we’ve been coming here about 2 years and we’ve only ever been welcomed and nicely greeted by the ladies in the front. Mayra and Allissa are sweet and polite. They’re both always happy and excited to see you and they remember your names! The back office is cool too. The xray technician who took my son’s xray images was nice to him -even though he was being a grouch about being at the dentist. Also, they were doing a back pack raffle for kids so my son’s name was put in the box. I thought that was cool. We will definitely be returning to you guys

Negative experience: Would be nice to know I couldn’t sit in the waiting room when I brought my dad to his appointment. How to they expect elderly people to come alone after having anesthesics to extract a tooth. There wasn’t even anyone in the waiting room. What’s the point of having one then.

Negative experience: They an extremely unprofessional the receptionist is rude and condescending. Also the office is small and you’re not told before the appointment that you must come alone cause there’s no room for anyone to sit not even your child unless they have and appointment. They also don’t tell you what’s required at the appointment to be seen. The lady verified my insurance over the phone said it was active didn’t tell me I needed to bring the insurance card to the appointment (I guess they’re mind readers and just know everyone carries their insurance card around) then my id was expired and they wouldn’t see me because of that, which I couldn’t been told that over the phone so to sum it up I wasted time and money driving to riverbank for nothing. I won’t recommend this dental office at all

Negative experience: The receptionist lady up front that checks you in for your appointment is rude as hell me and my boyfriend brought our baby in for his appointment so we both went in the waiting room and she wants to say to my boyfriend we both can't be in there and says it says it on the door which it does not I have a picture of the door for proof it just says business hours and they are closed from 12 to 1:00 for lunch does not say anything about two parents being in there they needed to announce that when you're making the appointment over the phone would be more professional she needs to learn how to be professional instead of trying to be cute made herself look like a clown

Negative experience: The one who greets customers at the counter is very rude, be careful, hey, I don't know why they have this type of people reviving the customer, they shouldn't have them there.

Fantastic experience: I'll be clear, they have an old office that needs some minor repairs, but the service is exceptional, I feel at home, (my house also needs repairs and it's where I feel best)...in the past I went to some places where everything "looked perfect" but deep down everything was false, the objective was only one, to sell...However, these guys from Suave Dental (Riverbank) have something more, for them it's not all about money.

Negative experience: Literally just ran out of my filling appointment before it started. The instruments the assistant took out of the “sterile” bags were filthy. The tray holding the instruments was covered in dried paint. I wish I was smart enough to have taken a photo but I didn’t. It was disgusting. I don’t want these people touching my mouth anymore. I’ll find a real dentist.

Fantastic experience: To be afraid to go to the dentist because of always having mostly bad experiences in my life time, I have finally been relieved of the suffering I’ve had to endure with my dental journey. Firstly I had no expectations I usually assume the worst so I’m not affected by the bad news, but WOW the staff here was exceptionally the best I’ve ever experienced, Alissa at the front desk was beyond informative and professional she thoroughly explained the reasonings for everything I needed done and I was actually able to gain an understanding from her as well as her giving other options in case the first options didn’t work, she was able to get all my dental work approved through my insurance because she is so great at what she does, she made me cry tears of joy and relief because no dental office has ever did what she did for me and to find out it was that simple and other dental offices just didn’t care and wanted money it was just a sense of relief I didn’t know I could experience. I needed a lot of crucial work done and they were able to get the ball rolling almost immediately. Now of course no one wants to get dental work done it’s scary and can be nerve-racking but my experiences however were not! I was actually looking forward to all of my dental appointments with Dr. Capote he is very gentle & reassuring during the procedures along with his dental assistant their professionalism is top tier, my teeth are looking great and I am no longer in pain. I am beyond grateful for the experiences that Suave dental was able to give me. Thank you a million times over and over again Alissa, Dr. Capote & Dental Assistant. Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming and they do amazing work. I went in for a root canal and was scared to death because Western dental traumatized me lol but suave dental took such good care of me and were just absolutely wonderful. Five stars for sure!

Fantastic experience: I really like this place! Ive had a really bad experience and I let them know and from the start and they were always making sure i wasn't in pain an it was quick. There' a young blonde lady dentist that I loooveeeee she helps me feel reassured and she tells me what i need to hear. I had crowns put in and a temporary one came off from me eating on it and that same day they fit me in the busy schedule and fixed it quick! I really appreciate and recommend them.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today, as regular I show up. When I tried to open the door I noticed that they were closed. I know there are restrictions for the hours because of COVID-19, but I expected to recieve a phone call informing me that my appointment was going to be cancelled. What was more upsetting is that I had asked for the day off at work because of my appointment only to find out they were closed. Completely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had to say that they did an absolutely amazing job. I was anticipating pain the entire time because of my childhood and I realize that you are my childhood. I was like tortured by the dentist because as an adult, they have an incredible job. I do not feel any pain besides the discomfort of the sensitive teeth top two that they weren’t able to work on because they needed a root canal. The two ladies were the best dentist I’ve ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The way the staff treats you makes you feel like family. I had a very bad toothache and they were fast and efficient taking care of it. I heard a lot of horror stories about root canals, but they made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole procedure. What a success... so glad I didn't have them just pull the tooth. Trust me, after the pain I was feeling that was my strong, first option. The star of the staff for me was Dental Assistant, Miss Singh. She was so nice and funny that I forgot I was even nervous. Positive experience: The dentist I had today made my experience so much better. Having a root canal done is already a horrible process but today he got it done in 30 minutes. I wish I got his name but I requested him for every appointment. He is new there and I definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my last visit, the dentist who did my cleaning did a great job. The office staff are very friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. I highly recommend Suave dental. Today, June 20th I had a root canal and two crowns done. I honestly thought that I was going to be at the dentist a long time, but it wasn't the case. The dentist and assistant did a great job and the front office ladies are very friendly, accommodating and always go beyond and above to help.

Positive experience: Not bad clinic, but the assistant team is bad and unprofessional. They re-radiated my teeth for root filling many times, and the X-ray machine is not good, Dr. Madrigal is gentle and very good, and I didn’t feel much pain when he performs the root canal fillings for my tooth, But Dr. Sharma wants to finish the work quickly and caused me pain when he performed the my other root canal filling for my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Went to tully road originally Alicia front desk worst ever kept apologizing for not sending antibiotics over then my mom called she must of offended Alicia to the point of never sending antibiotics over finally cvs called her she said I never had antibiotics in the first place long story short I ended up at ER for a really bad infection after trying 2 weeks to get the prescription my mom refused to take me back to suave on tully so we tried riverbank Wow !!!! Negative experience: Updated - since Dr Momani left the office I have been completely dissatisfied with the service we have received. I tried one of the other offices in the group but was moved back to the Riverbank office because they are the only office who accepts my insurance. My dad is in his 80's and was given wrong information, told one thing only to have it changed, had his dental work delayed multiple times, then charged for work that was never done, and when a refund wasn't issued in a timely manner, we had to file a claim with his credit card company. We tried multiple times to make things right with the office, but I can no longer recommend this office. I love this dental office! Dr. Momani is kind and gentle, and cares about his patients and their families. The office staff is considerate and professional, cheerful and easy to work with. They take many insurances and always fit me in quickly for emergency appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience I know I am not the only who gets scared when it comes to going to the dentist especially having medical insurance but they were so nice I didn’t have the correct insurance card but came back with it five minutes after my appointment time and they still took me and I was treated with a lot of attention they made it easy fast and simple even though they were about to close. Positive experience: First time there the staff in the front desk were very nice and helpful only thing concerning was the dental assistant when she was getting all the dental tools ready she had a pen in her hand and was not wearing gloves and grabbing all the dental tools with her bare hands and even the mouth swabs that go in the mouth she grabbed them with her bare hands no gloves but other than that everything was great!

Negative experience: I had a regular teeth cleaning and check up earlier this year. It took them around two hours to come in and work on my teeth. When the dentist finally came in he looked at my teeth for 2 minutes max and had his assistants come in and clean my teeth. The service was not good they didn’t take their time and it was not done properly at all. Now they are charging me for my mom’s services? I don’t recommend at all.

Now my left side hurts all the time and I can’t eat on the left side :( never had an issue with fillings falling out of breaking until visiting this office either or ever having my fillings feel raw and hard ….. ;(. They had always felt soft not hard like rock like at this office . And my kids dad also ! He has had so much pain in his mouth ever since visiting this office which he had never had before . They left his mouth open for hours while the Doctor went back and forth to other people and then to lunch Then she started opening up a tooth and after she already opened it says oh we aren’t suppose to do this tooth???!!!!! And my kids dad couldn’t say anything bc his mouth was stuck open but he was very upset bc now a perfectly good tooth is now messed up that you can’t ever get back ;( I didn’t know or I would have said something then ! But now we aren’t sure who to trust with our teeth.! Now we both have bad tmj from it as well!! I won’t go back here!!!!!!!!! I am so upset

Negative experience: No way this dental office has these reviews of 4.5 stars! They have to be fake!!! Absolute worst office ever! Multiple times you schedule an appointment and they call you the day before and cancel! They argue with you about your insurance coverage only to be proved wrong! They literally had to zero out my balance because of their incompetence on processing claims. The last straw for us was this last Saturday. My wife, daughter and I all had appointments scheduled and we show us up and no one was ever in the office? We waited in our car and no one literally ever showed up? They didn’t call to apologize yesterday (Monday)! Avoid this place at all costs, you have been warned!!!!!!

Negative experience: Had a failed root canal here that punctured my sinus and had to drive home pulling over to let my nose bleed. Previously had good experiences here but after that and a filling i had done 6 months ago come out im never going back.

Negative experience: Not very professional...was listening to the dentist talk about his high school classmates getting killed while he was filling a cavity. Definitely not what I want my dentist talking about while he is doing work on my teeth. Not to mention my tooth is super sensitive after the filling and phone hold times are insane.

Negative experience: This is the absolute worst dental office I’ve ever been to! So much that I felt compelled to write a review. Every single time I have an appointment (which has been about 6-7 times for either my daughter or myself) the appointment is NEVER on time. Plan on waiting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour AFTER your scheduled time to get called back. The outside of the building has overgrown weeds and looks trashy. I found out our insurance won’t be accepted here in the new year. Darn. I’m so bummed

Negative experience: Just picked this location for my Dental Care with Dental's benefits, huge 'mistake. I called 3 times to try to make my first apartment and they don't even pick up the phone. After like 2 minutes they just hang the phone terrible customer service. Makes me wonder if they care about their patients. I will pick a new location just to be safe.
