Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at my dental visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated. Cristian, the dental assistant, did an amazing job with my prophy. My teeth felt so clean afterward, and I really appreciated how gentle and professional he was. Dr. Torres was also amazing! She was very honest, gentle, and made me feel like I was in great hands. I came back for fillings, and even though I was nervous because I really dislike needles, they made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I ended up feeling much more at ease than I expected. I truly enjoyed their company and the care they provided. It’s not every day that you can say you actually enjoyed a dental visit! I’m very grateful for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them! ❤️

Fantastic experience: The amount of work I have had to get done due to some poor choices many years ago, is not recommended. However, if you must get large amounts of dentistry work done, this is the best place for it, especially if you have anxiety. Dr. Haseeb and Cristian were patient and fantastic woth their work on my extractions and bridge.

Fantastic experience: I want to leave a positive review for Daisy. She is the best dental worker for people like me who have like crippling anxiety. Daisy makes sure to always reassure me and walk me through whatever is going on and what’s happening Daisy adapted to my anxiety very quickly and I’d say she knows how to talk and explain things to me to where I feel comfortable and less scared/stressed out. Daisy has a very reassuring and comforting presence to me because she reminds me of my big sister and I always find myself more laughing and less crying when she is with me to help with my teeth. I will always ask for Daisy. She keeps me calm, feeling comfortable and not embarrassed AND she keeps it very real! She’s honest but very kind with her words and more dental workers should be like that! Give this girl a raise fr she’s amazing.

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience at Suave Dental, located off McHenry Avenue in Modesto, California. I cannot express any negative remarks about the dentist or the dental assistants. However, my entire negative experience stems from the two ladies who were seated at the front desk making appointments for us. They were rude and unprofessional. I had already spoken with one of the two ladies over the phone the day before. We discussed what I would need to bring with me when I came in the following morning. When I arrived, I felt a negative energy within the first 20 seconds of speaking with them. They told me that I needed to take this over to Hackett Road. I asked if I would be able to see the dentist today. They replied that I was supposed to go to the county social services first, as I had instructed them to do while we were talking on the phone yesterday. I repeated their instructions to them and know for a fact that I was told to bring my ID and insurance card. Nothing was mentioned about going to the social services prior to coming here this morning. They then said, “Anyway, I know what I said to you, so go ahead and go. You are free to go unless you have a question.” If not, I will get back to work with a smirk, not a pleasant smile. Then the other coworker said, “Yes, she did tell you that on the phone.” I headed her off and asked if I was on speaker. Despite her initial refusal, you are not required to be on speakerphone for me to hear her say to you that after obtaining an approved form signed by the social department, you should come here. I clarified that I was not on speakerphone, and your job as a secretary involves interacting with various individuals. Therefore, hearing my voice is not necessary; you will only hear your coworker speaking to someone on the phone. Consequently, you will simply say that it was me. I will investigate whether my odor is an issue. As friends, you did not overhear a conversation or realize that it was me. However, you noticed the argumentative conversation and decided to agree with your friend instead of maintaining honesty and professionalism to de-escalate the situation. Perhaps you could say, “Sir, would you mind stepping over here so I can assist you? You are here for an appointment. I would have been happy if the woman had simply said that I made a mistake and forgot to inform you over the phone yesterday that you needed prior authorization. Firstly, upon coming over here, because here is our transcript of the very conversation we had over the phone yesterday, and it does not mention anything about going anywhere. Please bring your ID and insurance card by 10:00 AM.” I shook my head and said, “Here is the form you handed me. I will find a dentist elsewhere. Very unprofessional of you both to turn around while saying ‘unreal.’ You heard the coworker say, ‘May I see it?’ I turned around and asked the transcript. She replied, ‘Yes,’ with blinking her eyes a few times. She handed it to me. I got my phone and looked up the transcript. I held it for her to read, saying, ‘I’ll handle my phone. You can read it then.’ She said sorry on my behalf, saying it must have been another client. I heard her talking to Mr. Lopez while the one who started this lie started typing on the computer, not looking or saying another word.” Ps I understand everyone has opinions and are treated differently the den test had been recommend to me bye my wife she had paid cash for full mouth extraction then went with implants this took sessions and healing time she really talked good about her experience with the dentist saying pain was at a low she was talked to felt comfortable advice me to get my teeth done there so I sat next to her had phone on speaker are dinner watched tv went to sleep off in the morning for a bad experience with the very two ladies who’s job descriptions are to greet clients book appoints deal with billing what I felt like was treated poorly its a shame the I didn’t have a good opportunity to see thus dentist!

Negative experience: The worst dentist—do not come here. I don’t know what happened to this office, but so many things have changed. My husband originally went in to get a crown. During the procedure, a Middle Eastern female doctor accidentally burned his tongue, and he even had to switch doctors because of how poorly everything was handled. From the very beginning, he had problems with that tooth. After the crown was placed, he continued to have pain in the same area. When he told the dentist, she said it could hurt for 4 to 7 months, which seemed very concerning. Time passed, and eventually the crown fell off. Thankfully, my husband was able to save it. This morning, I called to schedule an appointment to have the crown glued back on. They offered a 3:30 p.m. appointment, but I explained that I needed to check with my husband first to see if he could make it. The customer service representative told me that was completely fine and that I could reschedule if needed. After speaking with my husband, he wasn’t sure he could make it, so I called back. Suddenly, I was told I could not reschedule because it was a same-day appointment and that next time I would have to come in person to schedule. The supervisor claimed they have a same-day cancellation policy, but that’s not what I was told when I made the appointment. If that’s truly their policy, then their customer service staff need proper training so everyone is giving patients the same information. The only reason I encouraged my husband to go back was because I was worried the tooth could become infected. The supervisor also told me the visit would cost no more than $50. My husband ended up going in, only to find out the tooth is now infected. This is the same tooth that has caused problems ever since they first placed the crown. Now they’re telling him he needs the tooth extracted for $800 and then needs a dental implant for $4,500. So now we’re expected to pay thousands of dollars after dealing with problems that started from the very beginning of their treatment? It feels like they’re more interested in making money than taking responsibility for the care they provided. We cannot afford those costs, especially when this all started after their dental work. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else for your dental care.The front desk staff all the do is gossip talking about their own co workers!!!

Positive experience: A very sweet young lady good customer service

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I was told I had to call daily to see if they have any openings that day because they told me I missed three appointments so I have to call every morning. I haven’t missed any appointments and if I did it’s because I wasn’t reminded of my appointment. I have a broken tooth in the back that’s painful and my gums in the front are receding really bad I told them what was going on and they literally blew me off and said well keep trying. It’s so hard for me to find a dentist. They don’t care about your health or anything.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and lack of urgency from this dental clinic. My elderly mother has been waiting over 3 months for her dental plate/dentures, and we still have no solution or clear answers. She has no teeth and is literally losing weight because she cannot eat properly. This is affecting her health, her nutrition, and her quality of life. Every time we call, we are told the same thing: that they will “contact the lab” and get back to us, but nothing ever happens. It is heartbreaking to see an elderly person suffer like this while being ignored for months. We trusted this clinic to care for her, but instead we have experienced poor communication, delays, and zero urgency for a very serious situation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with elderly family members or anyone expecting timely care and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Suave Dental Clinic is a great dental clinic with a very kind and welcoming staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’m especially very satisfied with my doctor, Dr. Torres. She was professional, gentle, and really good at her job. I had a great experience overall and I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Negative experience: I Don't recommend the $120 package they have. Plus the staff is so unprofessional. They definitely have a lot of gossip in the office ... Unprofessional of them to speak bad about other employees in front of a patient ... Specially if it's a conversation between two employees. I mean I love to hear The gossip but in a professional setting it doesn't seem like the correct thing to do.

Negative experience: The worst dentist I took my son cause he had a toothache they didn’t seem to care they didn’t prescribe him anything that everything was fine he still complained of pain took him to a different dentist and they took care of him they did a cleaning and took care of the problem.

Fantastic experience: Suave Dental office on Tully rd Modesto Such a nice, friendly, and professional office. I think they really do care about their patients. They made me feel very comfortable, I truly like this office and will continue to go to them for all my dental need and you should too.

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE I REPEAT DONT GO HERE. The dentist is very rude unprofessional don’t care about her patients. She gossips about patients I over heard when getting my teeth clean. She’s very rude and you can tell she’s not a good person. I will never go there and she treats her assistance horribly.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist office. The dentists show little professionalism and do not communicate well with patients. Many of the staff and phone representatives struggle with English, which makes it difficult for customers to understand them and for them to understand the customer. Calls are not answered directly by the office, and representatives are often unable to provide helpful information. Overall, the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and clear communication makes this a very disappointing experience. PLEASE GET ANOTHER PHONE REPRESENTATIVE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Negative experience: Whatever guy answers the phone for Modesto and Merced branches cannot speak or even understand English. You have to repeat yourself multiple times and speak extremely slow and they still need to contact their supervisors and email management for simple scheduling. Horrible, never seen this from any office let alone from somewhere like a gas station or a McDonalds.

Negative experience: DO NOT go here and don’t bring your kids here. This place is dirty. I caught Streep throat cause I’m almost positive they didn’t change the bite guard on the xray machine. All they did was charge my insurance for X-rays and tried to tell me I needed a bone graph on a small tooth I needed extracted to not cause damage to my sinus. $500 insurance won’t cover. It was complete bs cause I got the same tooth pulled on the other side and never was told anything like that. They tried to say I had so many things I needed done that I don’t even need after having a second opinion at a real dentist office. Find a real dentist save you and your family Streep throat or a bacteria infection and a waste of two hours of your time.

Fantastic experience: I’d love to start by thanking the young lady in the front (Alicia) who helped me so much from appointments, to letting me know what was covered by insurance and what my payment options were. But this review is mainly to thank Jacquez! This dental assistant made my son who suffers of a nervous disorder, feel comfortable enough to treat him. Words can’t express the level of patience he had to explain to my son what was going on and include him in decision making process. My son felt at ease at the time if treatment with minimal displays of extreme nervousness. Jacquez thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I scheduled my appointment long ago for check up and cleaning. Arrived at 1 pm and it took over 30 minutes for screening. I waited 35 minutes just for dr. Torres to come in for a minute and tell me that if I need cleaning or filling I need to wait for another 45 minutes. I wasted almost two hours for nothing. Terrible attitude, staff in mchenry were much better.

Negative experience: Hate this place my daughter had her appointment it was at 1:50pm and she's still inside they just told me they making her some cleaning it's 4pm and I haven't got out do they take that long do that or they just sitting there

Negative experience: Horrible place they had change my appointments 3 times because the doctor is never there. So when I actually got attended the longest wait ever I walked in the room and it’s dirty they use the same gloves walking in and out the room and working on me I just got up and told them to stop everything. Never going back to this nasty place.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment yesterday. The service was exceptional! I got my x-rays, check-up, and review of what needs to be done next. I will be bringing my son here as well. The staff there were very kind, friendly, & understanding. Thank you.

Negative experience: Suave Dental, I am writing to formally request a resolution to an issue that has been ongoing for over a year as this is my last resort to resolving this with your company. My daughter and I were patients at your previous location on McHenry, where we received excellent care. However, since the relocation and change in staff, our experience has significantly deteriorated. In May 2023, I paid $219 for a dental mold for my daughter in preparation for braces following the removal of an extra tooth. Unfortunately, the procedures were never completed, and despite multiple follow-ups and appointments over a six-month period, we were repeatedly given the runaround. Critical notes were never entered into my daughter’s file, necessitating us to restart the process multiple times. Frustrated with the lack of progress and professionalism, I requested a refund or the return of the dental mold. Angie, who was very kind, assured me that I would receive the refund within 30 days. However, it is now June 2024, and I have yet to receive the refund or the mold. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including speaking with Angie, the matter remains unresolved. As a concerned parent, I entrusted your clinic with my child’s dental care and have been met with nothing but unfulfilled promises and poor communication. This situation has caused significant distress and inconvenience. I request, once again, a refund of the $219 paid for the mold or the return of the mold itself as well as both of our dental files, so that I may seek services elsewhere. Negative experience: I had an appointment made for 03/18/24. I emphasized coming in during working hours and needed a quick appointment, I was assured over text confirmation that it would be an hour. I was there for over 2 hours. I chose to leave as no one came in to give an eta on when I'd get my teeth polished and fluoride after my cleaning. The tech was very rough with her tools, to an extent I haven't experienced before without at least some sort of warning besides "slight discomfort." Never making an appointment here again.

Negative experience: Now I can't eat from anywhere, neither right nor left because the pieces that were worked on me the other time hurt because they left my teeth wrong, and the ones that were worked on me currently hurt too, I told them but they ignored me, they also shouldn't summon many patients at the same time if there is only one dentist, they make them wait too long and then they want to work very quickly which only ends up hurting our mouth and leaving the pieces bad...they do not explain what procedure they are doing in the mouth and they do not give a mirror to show us... I don't like this place anymore

Negative experience: They made me wait over an hour & 15 mins for an extraction post-op check out. On the post op paper they gave me beforehand, it said the appointment would be 15-20 minutes to remove the sutures. The sutures weren’t removed because I was told they’re dissolvable & I waited over an hour to have the dentist review the singular x-ray I got done. All the dentist did was open my mouth & tell me “everything looks good” why does this need to take over an hour? She told me herself that it only takes 5 minutes but that she needed time to “check the x-rays”. This doesn’t make sense as the x rays upload instantly & there was only one to review. I understand there’s other patients to be been but for about 30 minutes of me waiting, there was complete silence in the facility, other than staff members talking about going on lunch & sending someone to go get sodas & drinks for everyone. There’s no reason why an appointment put in writing as a 15-20 minute appointment should take over an hour. In total, I think I was seen 4 minutes max, 2 for the x ray & 2 for the dentist to look at the extraction site.

Fantastic experience: When my son arrived for his exam, Angie greeted me and provided valuable assistance by explaining the treatments and the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I had recently went in for an appointment and I don’t know if she saw the nerves on my face but Angie had asked if I was okay and I just explained how I get anxious in dentists and within a matter of minutes of just talking with her, she had been able ease my nerves and I just wanted to say that I appreciated her a lot!

Fantastic experience: Everybody was real nice and very professional. The equipment was definitely up to date, very high technology. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. I have been there three times now and every experience has been spot on. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room, and the work has been far beyond the call of duty. Time was definitely taken by doctor Gato who unfortunately doesn't always work at that facility. Dr Gato is my go-to dentist at suave Dental. She is a perfectionist and cares what you think and any pain you might be in. I recommend this facility suave Dental Modesto to anybody looking for a good dentist.

Negative experience: My dad had a dental visit with Dr. Haseeb on 7/10/23. I am writing this review now because I had to request my dad’s chart for another reason related to his medical care. As I read the notes the dentist lied about our interaction stating I was rude and disrespectful towards her. It was actually the other way around. The experience was marred by her rude and disrespectful behavior. I believe it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision when choosing a dentist. My dad’s appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. We checked in at the desk and waited approximately 15 minutes before my dad was called to go into the back. I sat there for an additional 10 minutes before letting the receptionist know that I was going to run errands while I waited for my dad. The receptionist told me the procedure would be about 2 hours and she would call me once my dad’s procedure was finished. She never recommended I stay at the office like the dentist note states. Another lie! Approximately 45 minutes later, I received a call from the receptionist informing me that my dad was finished and ready for pick up. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt a sense of unease as the dentist's tone and demeanor were immediately abrasive. She spoke to me as if I were a child condescendingly, making me feel belittled and disrespected. Instead of creating a safe and comfortable environment, their words and actions only served to increase my anxiety as she continued to lecture me about leaving my dad to run errands. As I attempted to explain to her that I let the receptionist know I was going to run errands the dentist continued to speak to me rudely, failing to listen to what I had to say with patience and understanding even after I told her to not speak to me in such a manner. Her dismissive attitude made me feel as if my input was unwelcome and insignificant. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior in a healthcare setting. I strongly believe that a dentist should not only possess the necessary technical skills but also exhibit compassion and empathy towards their patient and family members. Unfortunately, Dr. Haseeb lacked these essential qualities, resulting in a negative and uncomfortable experience. Once the ordeal was over, I asked her assistant if she speaks to everyone in this manner. The assistant nodded her head and stated, “Yes but we ignore her”. As I mentioned I am writing this review because I am just now reading the notes from my dad’s visit and had no idea the dentist wrote what she did about me. I am more bothered by the fact she lied in the chart and takes no accountability for her treatment towards me. After I read the chart I called the dental office and spoke to Angie, one of the managers. I provided my side of the story which is the truth in what actually took place that day. Just as the medical assistant(Esme)confirmed the dentist's character and rude behavior so did the manager. “She is very kind once you get to know her but she does not have a filter”. Even though Angie was understanding and apologetic it felt like she was condoning the dentist behavior. She proceeded to ask me did I leave my dad to go run errands. I told her I did and that I communicated with the receptionist before leaving the office. She told me the front desk does not always communicate with the back office so it is best to always stay at the clinic with the patient in case the dentist has questions. Understandably so but it was never recommended I stay but rest assured if that were communicated to me prior to leaving I would have stayed. Overall, this dental office needs training in customer service specifically the dentist. I urge anyone seeking dental care to consider their options carefully and steer clear of Dr. Haseeb. No one should have to endure the kind of disrespectful treatment that I experienced during my dad’s visit. Dentistry is a field that requires trust and open communication, and unfortunately, these were sorely lacking in this particular dentist's practice.

Negative experience: I have to say my root canal and my crown has been excellent Ty so much I have to say that all the fillings the doctor did on my bottom prior to that all fell out ! I went to palm dental and they filled them and not one filling has came out . I hope the doctor takes more time to do my fillings the correct way and avoid them falling off !! Please! Just look at my records and you will know who was the doctor that filled my teeth. Ty

Negative experience: I won't be back, I admit I was not prepared didn't have my ID. I don't like to put people on blast but first off I have had Cancer in my neck, the girl taking x-rays was new and kept repeating pictures because they were black. When I was taken from one room to another there was a female getting feelings in another room with no shoes or socks on and her bare feet were on the chair and it looked very unsanitary. The Dentist I saw said my wisdom tooth which I have one in my mouth I am 54 it has never came up out of the gum, would need to be pulled because the molar in front of it needed a root canal. I am not having someone dig in my gums to pull a wisdom tooth that I would never know is there unless I had a x-ray. What would be the point of digging that tooth out of my gum??.....AND WHAT REALLY TURNED ME OFF ABOUT THIS OFFICE.....I AM WHITE, THE DENTIST HAD TALKED TO ME SO I KNEW HE KNEW ENGLISH. HE WENT OVER EACH OF MY TEETH WITH HIS ASSISTANT IN SPANISH. SINCE WHEN IS ENGLISH THE SECOND LANGUAGE ? I mean if the person in the chair is Hispanic that's all good speak all the Spanish you want.... I clearly have BLONDE HAIR AND GREEN EYES. HELL OF RUDE AND THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT ME BACK TO THE XRAY CHAIR NOT SURE IF THEY WERE MALE OR FEMALE THEY HAD FAKE FINGERNAILS ON THAT LOOKED DIRTY AS WELL AS THEIR CLOTHES..

Fantastic experience: Let me tell Y’all…BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!!! I never knew going to the dentist could be this great, I grew up trying to avoid the dentist with a passion based on every experience I’ve had but this place and everyone in that building has changed my mind completely. I had a tooth ache about 7 months ago and went to Western Dental (Big Mistake!) and needed a root canal, Western Dental on coffee rd. made me an appointment about a month after that and I showed up to my appointment with no Dentist that could do it so I was sent home with another appointment and that continued to happen 4 times over 5 months. Then I change my dental office and went to one other place that couldn’t help and didn’t really care to, then I spent hours trying to find a place that could help me because at this point my tooth had now broke. I called Suave Dental and they were so kind and squeezed me in after hearing what I had been through. They were helpful and friendly from the first call to waking in the door to the x-rays to being in the chair and getting my tooth pulled because it had been to long and my tooth was no longer worth saving. Suave Dental did. An amazing job for half the price Western dental quoted me and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I will be back and urge everyone to go here. I can’t wait for my next visit at Suave Dental! Thanks Suave for putting a smile back on my face.

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed with this dental office. Some appointments are way out two months in the future. They called us when someone had a cancellation, and we were able to get in right away today for a root canal. They went above and beyond to help us, and to give us a follow up appointment that fit perfectly with my schedule. I would recommend them to anyone who wants efficient, friendly service.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience while I waited for an hour and a half for my appointment as everyone who came in after me went in before me. finally I just asked for my referral back and then left waiting 90 min. If you value your time I would go to a different dentist. I made this appointment with them over a month ago And had to drive 50 miles to get here. What a huge waste of time and lack of respect for their customers time.

Dr. Madrigal is an awesome dentist. Very professional & knowledgeable. The staff is friendly. There’s an employee named Zeke, he’s professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He’s very welcoming (feels like I’ve known him forever). He always makes sure I’m happy with the work I have done. He’s awesome!

Negative experience: Normally I go to the Suave Dental in Livingston and I'm happy with the care I get there, but unfortunately I can't say the same for this location. DDS Haseeb, the dentist responsible for extractions at this location, was very insistent on only doing wisdom teeth extraction with accompanying bone grafts which for each tooth would cost more than $400 each and not covered by any insurance. I was explained this before the operation and I refused to go through with it because while I could afford it, I simply did not want it done. Second opinions from another dentist I go to said the same thing as well after looking at my CBCT, that I probably didn't need any as I am still young and have little pathological risk in the area of operation. DDS Haseeb will give you the runaround on how you'll have very deep pockets in your jaw or risk damaging the nasal nerves or neighboring tooth nerves, but it seems like she's just upselling the procedure to make extra money, which I'm really not a fan of. If you need a required tooth extraction I'd honestly recommend not wasting your time here. Luckily the receptionists are polite, it's just a shame you don't get much in the way of what kind of care you want. They can do better, that's my 2 cents.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best dentist experience of my life!! The office personnel is great! But I do have to say that in all the years of going to the dentist this has been the best! Dr. MENDOZA has been the best Dr. That has worked on my teeth he genuinely cares about your comfort and smile I recommend that if u can get him to work on your teeth do it!! He is awesome! Negative experience: My experience with this dental place started very good in Los Banos, then I moved and went to the Modesto office and it was good. I need a procedure and this was back in June? And I still have not heard from them, they were supposed to get a Prior Auth and I don’t think it takes this long. I called and told me to call my insurance to see why it’s taking so long. I’m currently looking for another place. I really like the doctor there. Customer service is not good.

Negative experience: Suave dental is trash. They messed my wife up and didn't even send the right pain pills to pharmacy. Now she's sitting her in pain after hours. And the emergency number is a joke just like them. Forced her to get. one grass stitches but no pain meds. Sorry practice

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the results.The dentist was very nice and informative. Dr. Mendoza made me feel very comfortable easy to talk to and took his time to explain every detail and all the options I had. He made me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. He provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I was in Suave Dental last Friday and was greeted by Lupita and the rest of the staff up front. My wait wasn't even 5 minutes, however, the few minutes I did wait to be called back were very pleasant. I love the big fish tank. The whole staff is very friendly and professional but today Lupita made my day. She was sweet, polite, and funny. We laughed so hard I was crying. I would recommend going to Suave Dental to be seen by Lupita and the rest of the staff any day.

Positive experience: Ii am writing this as i am still on hold for 18 minutes so far. The people seem to be nice, but every single time i have tried to phone them, i have been put on hold for a very long time. Communication is not good at all. However, Joe, the denture guy is really cool. Well, it has now been 20 minutes... and they finally answered..that been the quickest time ever. I have never seen them so busy, that they have to keep anyone on hold for that long.

Fantastic experience: I came in the office today for the first time. My waiting time was short about 15 minutes and Angie was great, very professional and nice. She made me feel welcome at the office. She took care of me while in the office. Thumbs up for Angie. Perhaps next time I’ll ask to be seen by a dentist that speaks Spanish. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Suave Dental for many years, have had insurance through my work and max out every year with them..i am almost 70 years old and have needed more work each year. In 2019 we decided to add me to my wife's dental plan so it would have double ($2,000) available each year...last year they took x rays and told me what work they planned to do. For various reasons ( let's blame covid-19 and the difficulties associated with scheduling) I was unable to get the work done before the year ended, and lost $2,000 worth of "work" This year I went in again..... more x rays...made a plan for getting things done.. now it was December 16th and it didn't look likely that I would be able to get the work done. This morning, Dr Momani called me personally and told me to come in at 2:00pm. He personally reviewed my needs and by 5:00pm I had all my work done and a scheduled appointment for 1/10/2022. I am Shop Forman at a HD Truck dealership and am well aware how scheduling can be a nightmare, I appreciate how he put that all aside and did what had to be done to work me in today. Dr Momani has always treated me with respect and has gone out of his way to accomplish the best results possible ...for this old " Molacho, Dientes o Mala" Rick Nightingale.....

Negative experience: Terrible at this point this is the 3rd time they have ruined my teeth I had to wait 4 months for them to do my root canal the first time which ended up having to get extracted because they didn't save ir in time when they had more than enough time to do the procedure then the second time dame thing another root canal they took even longer I got a huge infection an It spread to the tooth infront of it and had to get 2 root canals on those teeth and now their suppose to extract a wisdom tooth and their claiming I have to pay 700 for a bone graff or they won't do yhe procedure clearly their trying to swindle me out of money everybody I k ow never had to grt any bone graff for a wisdom tooth extraction. A SORRY DOESNT FIX ANYTHING ONTOP OF THE BLAITANT DISRRSPECT I WAS GIVEN TELLING ME A BONE GRAFF IS REQUIRED FOR A WISDOM TOOTH EXTRSCTION FUNNY HOW I GOOGLED IT RIGHT AFTER AND IT SAYS THE OPPOSITE THEY ACTUALL HIGHLY DONT! RECCOMEND BONE GRAFFS WHEB EXTRACTING A TOOTH.

Fantastic experience: I give suave dental in modesto 5 stars. I love the the staff the atmosphere is so relaxing i feel so at ease, i've been to many different dental places and all of them i wanted to just run out the door. Suave dental is great all around and i recomend them to any one looking for a really good dentist.

Negative experience: I came here for the first time and was greeted very nicely by the front office and even though they were running behind I was fine with waiting since it's been a while since I have been to the dentist. The assistant came out and took me for my x-rays, she was very nice and gentle, once done she sat me in the room closes to the front. This is where my experience went down hill, I heard a lady being very rude to the front office as well as my assistant that was so kind to me. The way she was talking and her tone of voice was very belittling, I asked the assistant who is that and she stated "Ali the manager". I was disgusted on how rude and disrespectful she was treating her staff! When I had my exam I heard her belittling the assistant because she did not know how to enter the treatment I needed. I felt so bad for the staff, I will not be returning as long as she is there, I felt so uncomfortable and my heart hurt for the staff. I hope management sees this and acts fast before any other patient have to witness this horrible behavior.

Negative experience: Expect to be here for 3hrs .staff is nice but will try to tell you you have every problem in the book with your teeth make sure you check somewere else befor they charge you an arm and a leg for things u don't need

Negative experience: They change they staff like every week. Although Dr. Ronnys is awesome. There seems to be a big lack in communication between the work being done and the dentist. I came in on several occasions they never seem to know whats they are have scheduled my appointment for. After waiting for my insurance to approve two root canal since December, I have only had one done and its mid May still waiting to be scheduled for the other one. When I came in to my last visit they scheduled an appointment for a filling they had already done not efficient at all. Waste of peoples time all around.

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate that I have to give a one star rating because this is my regular dentist and they didn’t do a bad job removing my tooth. I referred people there because online they say free exam and X-rays and I know money is tight- I called today to schedule an appointment for someone and was told the “free” X-ray and exam is $99- such a shame for false advertisement especially when I did the research and nowhere does it say “implants only” Will not be referring them any longer.

Negative experience: Got there 15 minutes early ended up waiting that 15 minutes and a whole extra hour while they ordered pizza and had it delivered within that time frame. I waited with 3 other women who were booked at the same time. They were equally complaining about the place. They both went before me. I figure maybe it was because I was a new patient? So the dentistry had a whole lunch and talked about it while I was getting my teeth done. I don’t plan on going back.

Fantastic experience: Nobody likes going to the dentist..but this place takes that away as soon as you walk in the door...you're treated kindly at the front desk...with compassion in the back office...and with care in the dentists hands..I've had a horrific experience with my teeth but suave has made me so comfortable with my self and with my treatment plan. I am very grateful to them.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here after I seen about 6 dentist. I liked the way they explained my situation and how they had different options to fit my needs. I had 2 extractions minimal pain, the doctor was awesome. The assistant was the best! I highly recommend this place, nice and welcoming staff, front office was great, and to top it off they have the best prices.

Negative experience: Today I went for an extraction and Dr.Haseeb offered to put in a bone and I refused because it wasn't necessary and costed at least 350. She refused to do my extraction even though it was covered by my insurance. This has never happened to me before at other dentist offices. It wasn't my wisdom teeth but a regular tooth. I'm very disappointed and would not take my family there or come back again

Negative experience: Already been seen for an emergency but having trouble getting a call back to see how much is the out of pocket expense for the insurance I have. Spoke to the office three times and they said "we will get back to you" but never do. Every time I call they don't remember speaking to me and they never get back to me as they say they would. I was really hoping to have them work on me and staff was really friendly but just seems to be inconsistent with getting back to patients who have an emergency.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a major fear of the dentist. I came here super nervous but the dentist who did my work did and amazing job and assured me everything was ok. They even complimented on how great of a patient a was because I was so calm getting my surgeries done. Love this place and recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this office thanking I had lost a crown. But then found out it was much worse. I have the worst anxiety and Carrianne was there for me every step of the way. She made sure first of all to try to make me feel comfortable. And she continued excellent care as she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. From Start to finish she was a huge comfort and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist office. Especially if someone has bad anxiety make sure to ask for Carrianne. The doctor did a wonderful job and was Patient and kind. But Carrianne really went the extra mile to make it personable and make me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had extreme pain in my tooth and needed a root canal. The front desk lady was able to schedule me the very next day for a open and med until the root canal could get done! The staff and doctor were phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed to see a Dentist ASAP, so I looked for a local Dentist who could see her today and Suave Dental took her in as a new patient right away! The staff was friendly and we now have a close by dentist who we can rely on!

Fantastic experience: Just had a tooth extracted three days ago, an unfinished root canal that was worked on years ago (but never finished) had damaged and infected the tooth to the point it was irreparable and had to be extracted The doctors and assistants were great and helped me out greatly, I did have a moment of frustration and stress due to the pain during procedure only to find out the infection would not allow the anesthesia to take affect, in my moment of frustration and stress I almost decided to stop right there but after some encouragement from family and the staff I went ahead and continued with the procedure, everything went well and the procedure was successful The doctors and staff did awesome and I highly recommend this office to all My other experience is having worked for this office in their outreach program helping promote the office Keep up the good job Suave! Y’all rockin’ it

Negative experience: If i could rate this a negative 0 i would ive been waiting for 2 hours & still haven’t been seen drove 1hr away frome home so I decided to leave not worth my time & not just me but another patient was waiting for 1 hour in front of me not seen so he left so not recommending to nobody

Negative experience: Their service is horrible rude service and the manager the works at the front desk pretents to be a nurse she goes back there trying to assist the doctor without experience. They don't even care about sanitation they use the same gloves from patients to patient. The doctor wears the same apron all day long that is disgusting they should use a different apron after every patient. They took me x-rays 3 times because the girl that was doing mine didn't even know how to do x-rays. They don't even have hand sanitizer available , no paper towels etc.. I am glad I left without being treated there will definitely not recommend this place to anyone... AWFUL

Fantastic experience: This is literally the friendliest/cutest dentist office I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. Also they have a rad fish tank.
