Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best dentist hands down. Dr. Yvonne has always been my favorite and the staff here is also amazing! They are all wonderful and positive with all the kids that come in and make sure they are comfortable. They also care about the products you ingest by avoiding artificial colors in the lollipops they give the kids and even the soap in the restroom. Clean office all around. Highly recommend!! Edit to add: Kait and Yvonne made us very comfortable in asking any questions about our concerns. Reminding us that it is our right to do so. Love this place ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. As soon as I walked in, I felt the calming welcoming atmosphere. The office itself is spotless, beautifully designed. Every single staff member was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring, which made the whole visit feel personal instead of rushed. Huge props to Dr. Yvonne, who truly goes above and beyond. She has a special way of making every patient feel seen, valued, and completely in great hands. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I’m so glad I found this office and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care in a nice, comforting environment.

Negative experience: Be aware if you need a medical release, they won’t tell you until you’re 40 minutes into your appointment (that they were late for) that they can’t do anything and to come back. So unorganized and never had that happen with any other dentist.

Negative experience: I brought my son here at the beginning of August. They said he needed 3 pulpotomies and 3 fillings. I took him to a different dentist for a second opinion and they didn’t find anything wrong with his teeth. I’m very disappointed with this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here with my son for probably about a year or so now. Everyone has always been so nice and welcoming. They are very patient with kids. I just brought my daughter for the first time. She has had ties since birth that my previous and current pediatrician have ignored even though she cannot drink out of anything that doesn’t have its own flow (she’s still drinking out of Dr browns baby bottles). I have been trying for months. I have about 10 different cups I’ve purchased and she cannot drink out of any. She barely eats real food. Both I think are due to the ties. I took my daughter here ONE time and the dentist immediately gave us a referral to a tie specialist. So thankful for how amazing the staff here is and has always been.

Fantastic experience: Got called in pretty fast and they also have an interactive projector to entertain the kiddos. They are super nice and very accommodating for you and your child.

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a dental clinic for your child I would recommend this place 100%. I recently took my 4 yr old and let me tell you they know how to work with children! I love Dr. Yvonne and Kezia they are so hopeful and knew how to handle my child during his treatment! The whole clinic is amazing and helpful.

Fantastic experience: They were magnificent with my son who is 7 and has autism. After a few moments of my son acting Ina fit of rage and wanting to leave the staff Julia I believe and even the dentist in sorry I didn't get the other womens name but these three were very polite patient and generous with my son explained to the ladies about how my son understand things in a list category such as go shopping, go home and they had slowly and surely calmed my son down by letting them know we're going to do brush your teeth, go shopping, go home and he relaxed. After that they were so good with him. The fact that my son was screaming talking about no dentist and now he's saying good dentist and is loving the place. So all I can say is definitely five star to this place and I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time at this dental office for my 10 year old. He was nervous as we’ve had bad experiences at different dental offices in the past but everyone here from front desk to all the staff were so incredibly nice and caring. Dr. Yvonne and Jasmin were so insightful and gentle towards my son and his extraction procedure. They took care of what needed to be done in a quick and professional way. I was a nervous mom and didn’t want him being in pain but all that went away when I realized the care he was in. I’m so glad we found this office and will continue being patients here! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: My kids love this place. We could not ask for a friendlier staff. Every visit is so smooth and they really put my kids at ease. My son had his first ever filling and it was done so quickly I couldn’t believe it was already completed! My only wish is for some acoustic paneling or something in the waiting room. With kids playing or talking it gets hard to hear the receptionist over the echoes lol.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter's first time here. The staff and the dentist were amazing. Quick and efficient but she was not scared at all. She was able to use Fred (Stuff giraffe with teeth) and be the dentist before the dentist seen her, which helped her a lot. I loved this place. Highly recommend them for small kids or any kids.

Positive experience: Our experience was Great. Kezia is an amazing hygienist! The staff makes sure the kids are comfortable and have a good memory of the dentist's office. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the doctor kind of questioned my daughter's ASD diagnosis. I've been studying and have her diagnosed by a child psychiatrist. People tend to think they're giving a compliment by saying how "high functioning" the child is. Autism doesn't equal "not smart" or "just tantrums". She was excited because we've had dentist games and pretend play dental tools.

Fantastic experience: My son had to get his first fill ever at 2 years old. He was a bit upset and uneasy. Ms. Kay was very attentive with him and sang all the good nursery rhymes he was very relaxed and also said he’ll be back to see her. If your child is in need of an attentive dental assistant and you prefer someone experienced with children ask for Ms. Kay. I’m very grateful for the experience. As for the office and office staff always very professional and calls us on time. I’ve been coming for 2 years now.

Fantastic experience: My toddler had his first appt here today. The girls at the front were very kind and accommodating and Dr Yvonne and her staff are great with kids. She helped me diagnose a problem that a previous dentist waved off and provided me with steps on how to care for my son’s teeth and scheduled a follow up. I highly recommend them and their staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dentistry office for my children they do such a good job Dr. Yvonne is the best I have followed her to three different cities now so that she could take care of my children’s teeth because she is so in tune with children and their feelings and she really cares and it really shows. Her staff and colleagues are very professional and understanding to both me and my children and I would say everyone should bring their children here.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I had! My son had a tiny cavity and I told the dentist, I feel so bad and worry about it and he said, his cerebral palsy? I said no, his cavities. The lady came into the room and threw the xray vest on him and tried to shove the xray in his mouth without even telling what she was doing or saying hi. Like he was stupid or didn’t understand. He is traumatized till this day of dentists because of this first experience. If you do have a special needs child, do not bring your child here. They have no idea of what they are doing! Never went back and I told all the teachers at VMRC to not recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit and I am overwhelmed with how nice the place is, EVERYone there was kind, attentive, very professional and respect. They made us feel very very taken care of and accommodating specially because we don’t watch TV and our child doesn’t watch TV either so they took care of us and turned off the TV and it wasn’t a problem. I know you would think why would it but let me tell you some people do have a problem. This is definitely a place we will be happy to grow into and keep coming. Thanks to the Dentist and her staff all AMAZING!!! Babe even got a ballon at the end. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I brought my 2 kids here & each time the front and back staff were amazing! This is honestly one of the best pediatric dentist I’ve been too. They are Never overbooked and they have time to get any important procedures done within the same day. They are very gentle and sweet to the kids as well.. definitely recommend 1000000/10!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this place. We went to another dentist office in the area before this one and this one was 10x better in every sense. The staff here was so nice and friendly, they talked my daughter through it all and calmed her down when she was anxious. They did not find half the procedures that the other one recommended necessary, which will be easier for my child not to have to endure. She did need a filling and instead of making us schedule another appt for a few weeks from now, they did it right then and there! My daughter was so nervous walking in and when we left she exclaimed “I love going to the dentist now!”.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter in for her first time. As we entered she looked everywhere, she was impressed with all the cute Halloween decor. She looooved it, then when she was called in she seen the rooms and was stunned. She was skeptical at first, new people, new place, but after a few attempts she felt comfortable and they were able to check her. She was even brushing Dave's teeth the friendly giraffe.Thank you to all the amazing staff, starting from receptionist to the dental nurse. Fantastic experience: They are beyond amazing. We live over an hour away and it’s totally worth the drive. Very patient with the kids. My kids previous dentist was not. Every single person we encountered here was kind. That is hard to find these days. We gave this place a shot based on the reviews and we are so glad we did. I would also like to mention that my son had 2 teeth pulled and absolutely zero pain even to the next day, he is my sensitive child that doesn’t handle pain well and he has been 100% fine

From the first time I called, they were able to make an appointment quickly, I didnt have to wait weeks for one. My son also got his braces there and they walked him through the process, they made him feel calm and comfortable. 10/10 dentist!!!
