Fantastic experience: In short, this place EXCEEDS my expectations. ❤️ They're amazing. So, here's my story with all this. After 10+ years of a previous dentist that was always in a rush to leave, barely answered my questions and gave vague, unhelpful answers, I decided that it was time for a new dentist. I had been in tears and stressed for days after I went in for an appointment because I felt a crown slightly wiggling. It ended up with a single X-ray, a quick exam of poking and wiggling my teeth, simply being told it's not moving, prescribing me antibiotics, and having someone hand me a referral for an endodontist. As they are leaving, they point to my x-ray and tell me "this area looks suspicious" and to look in to getting it checked out. I tried to ask what would happen next, and was basically told they'll look at it and do tests. I was too dumbfounded to say more as they then just walked out. My referral paper didn't even spell my name right. I suddenly might need a root canal just like that? This felt so wrong. I was done. It took me under ten minutes to find Brewer Family Dentistry online. All their reviews described the exact opposite treatment I had been allowing myself to get. My boyfriend and I called several times to ask questions and they were very patient and friendly with us and answered all our questions. They were open with the fact that I could end up with a referral if they found it necessary, and I appreciated the honesty. I wanted a new regular dentist anyway, and decided to give them a try. I was texted forms that included asking what my comfort level of being at the dentist was and how they could make me feel more comfortable there. As someone who was incredibly nervous at the time, this stood out to me very much. I appreciated that they cared to make their patients feel at ease with them. Their location is very cute and cozy. Their office is clean, welcoming, and spacious. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. We didn't even ask for the restroom and they asked if we needed it, and got up to show us where it was. I was taken back to start my appointment by someone who would take my X-rays. They took their time to learn my concerns and get to know me. Not once did I feel rushed. They walked me through everything they were doing, would check if I was doing okay every now and then, and explained everything in depth. They made me feel very comfortable. I had been worried I would end up emotional before seeing them. This was never the case. The dentist was very friendly. It felt more like meeting a family friend for the first time. She would explain everything she was doing, was very thorough in each exam and questioning to make sure she understood, and actually taught me a lot in that one visit. She basically gave me an entire tour of my mouth on their 3D x-ray, walking me through the area I had concerns over. It turns out I had nothing wrong at all there. I could cry with relief. Even if I had though, I trusted in the next steps that they would set up for me. They show are very knowledgeable and care to make you understand everything. Any time we spoke about my previous dentist to either of them, they never said anything bad about them. This stood out to me. I am now on the road to get some things corrected and I'm actually excited to be there for my treatment. We also got offered ice cream bars on our way out, and my boyfriend ended up buying a box at the grocery because he loved them so much. This place is great. I wish I had found them much sooner. Fantastic experience: Like most people, I don’t have a great relationship with the dentist so I was nervous to try a new practice. My fears were quickly eased! Everyone at Brewer Family Dentistry is so incredibly kind and welcoming. From the front office staff, to the assistants, the hygienists and even Dr. Amanda herself - every single person seemed genuinely happy to be there to help. I particularly loved that everything is explained to you as they are working on your teeth. I’ve never had a dentist take the time and consideration to really map out what they are doing and why. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and answer any questions or fears you might have. I never thought I would be rating a dentist 5/5 stars, but here I am! HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and kind. Precise and detailed workmanship. Very happy they can make your crown the day you receive treatment. Office has the newest equipment compared to other dental offices I’ve visited. I am very very very unhappy the dentist doesn’t accept Delta Dental Insurance because it makes my dental treatments out of my pocket and difficult for my limited budget. I am retired with Social Security and a small retirement payment. So be prepared to pay out of pocket for your treatment from Brewer Family Dental. On a positive note Gloria the RDA is very good and the office staff is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: This is my first online recommendation I have ever done and it is because Dr. Amanda Brewer did such a great job at my dental appointment this morning. She repaired a crown and filled three difficult cavities, spent an hour and a half, and throughout all that time was patient and kind with my other health issues that kept slowing her down (hearing, watery eyes). She hung around to answer all my questions, completely and in a language a lay person could understand. I feel she is beyond competent, more like, exceptionally skilled. But I thought the real test would come when my mouth returned to normal after having the local dental anesthesia injected into my gums, which was pretty painless. So five hours later and my teeth feel great! I can whole heartedly say she is definitely a five star dentist.

They have cutting edge (pun intended) tools like the ability to design and mill a new crown on-site in about an hour. Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by another dentist who is a family friend. I loved the feel of the office after my first visit. You. Could tell that everyone worked well together as a team. The little earpiece for communication was pretty . I love the fact that they have the ability to make your crown in house and you don’t have to wait 2 weeks for it to go out to the lab and come back. The dental tech that runs that machine is SUPER NICE. I had some old art wort on no my crowns that needed to be replaced. He was able to do the special art work for me! Especially as peace sign and that meant a lot. Everyone works together and you feel very safe. Definitely a 10!

Starting with Dr. Keith Brewer (since retired) and now Dr. Dean Brewer and Dr. Amanda Brewer. From the front desk, to finance and to all the staff, some of which have been there as long as I’ve been going there, what a great group! Dr Dean and the staff explains everything about your procedure (s) beforehand letting you know just what to expect. Kudos as well to my hygienist, Susan who I’ve had since the beginning. There is something to be said about knowing and being familiar with the friendly staff at this office. Negative experience: I see they must have paid to have my last review removed. A year and a half later and still don't need the fillings Dr Amanda Brewer said I did, went to two different dentists and I do not need fillings at all and she tried to say I needed over $1100 dollars in dental work. She also said my son needed a filling during Covid and didn't like his behavior/fear of the PPE and he has had multiple visits at the pediatric dentist and he has only said to continue to watch it nearly 4 years later with fluoride and sealants. So two of us each getting second opinions from different dentists did not need the dental work she recommended. Who knows if I ever needed the fillings I did let her do for me.

He is a blessing!! This last time I had a cleaning, Dr. Dean performed a routine check up. I shared that I had a tooth that concerned me. He examined and noted that my tooth was cracked! He immediately recognized that I travel a distance to see him and shared that there was a cancelation that day and he could complete the repair as the next patient. What a gift that was!!! BUT after searching for a new dentist after mine sold her business, I found Brewer Family Dentistry. There were nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp. Since my first visit I have had cleanings and just yesterday a tooth filled that I had lost a filling from. I called them about it and was seen the next day since they were already closed when I called. The procedure was painless...even when I got numbed up. One previous filling I had done I did not feel any pain as well. The staff are friendly, warm and professional. I love Dr. Dean Brewer. It was a God send that I found him. I am now less afraid to go to the dentist just because of this wonderful modern practice. Best dentist ever!

Fantastic experience: My first awariness was that the whole office and lobby smelled clean and fresh. I noticed that the waiting room was sparse but comfortable and the wait time was minimal, despite my having arrived 20 minutes early. The actual dental areas were clean and well lit with state of the art equipment. At alll times I felt comfortable and safe with each and every procedure which were all done thoroughly, quickly and with a minimum of discomfort.
