Fantastic experience: Came here for an extraction and dental implant and I was very, very, very happy with the service. The girlies upfront Beatrice and Rosa are wonderful. They have amazing customer service skills and Esmeralda is very kind and gentle and listens to any grievances I have and immediately addresses them to make me more comfortable . I am very happy with the service and will definitely return

Negative experience: Worst experience ever am paying for implants that aren’t really implants the teeth let food into the metal bar that holds the implants in place so the inside is gross and feels infected and I’m being told that for the dentist to just see what’s wrong I have to pay 89 dollars for the office visit which is totally wrong they don’t care how much these implants hurt or the destruction they do on your other teeth on the bottom find someone better because they use to care but now it’s all about more money the 18,000 i pd for top implants isn’t enough scroll thru dentist and find someone better you deserve better care than they offer

Negative experience: This was my third dentist just to get a tooth pulled ,my initial appointment :they took pictures. Everybody was very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable. Kept telling me he wanted to pull XYZ tooth and get implants and then after that sent me to his Finacial person who ran a credit check on me, which my credit isn’t that great. Anyways, I have Medi-Cal dental, which they accept 2nd appointment , I went back. He filled two cavities. They said they call me that was in August here we are in December. I called back because I really need this one tooth pulled and they were my third dentist asking to pull this tooth. They gave me a full runaround told me that they had to do a bone graft which my insurance won’t cover just pull the tooth even though I don’t want an implant. ,however, my insurance covers partials, but they won’t Order a partial for that tooth so they referred me to another dentist. I called that dentist they referred me to and they said they needed their referral sent over ,so I called them back and they gave me the runaround again , say that don’t do referrals? so basically…. I’m the dentist was wonderful and I’m sure if you have money to spend. This is the place to go. I don’t have $20,000 for five implants, all I wanted is one tooth pulled so once again I’m shopping for a fourth dentist just to get this tooth pulled before it abscess. Seems that they are just for Cosmetic only which should’ve been explained to me when I made my first appointment because this is a money making operation.

I got 3 cavities filled and was fitted for a night garde. The dentist check on me constantly during the fillings and was very gentle. The dentist talked me through each step to make me feel more comfortable. I will be coming back again for my cleanings.

I called the number provided and was told they were closed on Thursdays Obviously Western Dental uses a call center for their offices. I booked my appointment based on their reviews. I will not use Western Dental.

Negative experience: I first went to this place of business in 2016sh they were amazing at first. My kids were pretty ok with coming here. But towards the end of my services, they were awful. Charged me over $10 thousand dollars. And the cost of anesthesiologist abput 3 grand. They did a crapy job on me. I had 3 bridges, 1 cap, and a few cavities. I am deathly afraid of dentist,obviously. They put me to sleep. All good,but it came time for bridges, and they didn't fit, so they had to send it back redo it for the second time. It still didn't fit, but he insisted on it. I'm trying to make it fit. left at the way it was. I told them my teeth moved. He didn't believe me. 4 months later, my bridge moved. I had a big huge gap underneath it. Which caused food and everything else to get in there, usually or not I? Have massive cavities, and they're no. I have to go in and get removed and redone just for one bridge and well over $20,000, which is so not cool. To redo my whole mouth, it's going to cost over a hundred thousand dollars. God dang people, really?
