Fantastic experience: Where do I start?! Front office staff is welcoming, my hygienist Jennifer is the sweetest, as well as every dental assistant in his office. I continue to recommend Dr. Poppin every chance I get. In my last procedure, Dr. Poppin explained each moment ahead of time so I was aware and not surprised. His team does the same. They are extraordinary in patient care and kindness. I'm not related or paid to give my praise.

Fantastic experience: I was taken in at the appointed time, pleasantly greeted and the work done on my teeth was comfortable and professional. And Jennifer is competent and delightful.

Fantastic experience: T this review is long overdue. I had an appointment back in March to get a tooth taken out. I have never enjoyed the dentist office, but it had to be done when I walked through those doors. I’m a 12 year-old and a 64-year-old body, but it didn’t seem to take long for things to change and make the appointment at a dental office. One of the best I’ve ever had they were all great staff doctor always asking how you’re feeling how you doing how how how did that feel? How is this? It was just amazing even as I was walking to my car in the parking lot. One of the staff was leaving and told me to have a great day. Amazing anybody who has that same problem with issues of dentist need to come and see this doctor in the staff.

Fantastic experience: So happy I made the change to this practice, which came highly recommended. Dr. poppin and all technical staff attend with comfort and care. It is pleasing to walk into a clean, neat office greeted by a very friendly and efficient staff. It is five stars for me!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional, yet friendly and like a family. Dr. Poppin discovered a molar and old crown was decaying and the tooth needed to come out. I had an important surgery coming up, so they were able to get me into an oral surgeon to remove it. I am very grateful the bad tooth was extracted so I can keep the schedule for my other surgery.

Fantastic experience: Initial exam and pre-exam correspondence very thorough. Dr Poppin is friendly yet professional and thorough making sure I had no questions and his staff is equally friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. I had many questions prior to making the switch from one office (after 30 + years!) and they made sure all my questions were answered - very happy with my decision and would highly recommend this very modern and efficient and patient-friendly office who are very respectful of their patients’ well being and medical and financial concerns.

Fantastic experience: I called needing help with my elderly aunt who had broken a bridge. She hadn’t seen a dentist in several years so I called my dentist office. After explaining the situation they were able to get us in quickly for an exam. As always everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. After the exam Dr. Poppin discussed treatment options clearly and we were able to come up with a plan that included his recommendations as well as my aunt’s wishes. I highly recommend Dr. Poppin and staff. My experiences with Dr Poppin’s office have been positive and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Poppin this week for multiple fillings and multiple crowns. He was very efficient and had everything done quickly and I greatly appreciate his skill and expertise. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very patient and kind and eased my mind about having multiple procedures. His staff was excellent and professional. Bailee did a superb job at preparing the temporary crowns. She was friendly and helpful in explaining the process and very skillful. I am very grateful and thankful to have Dr Poppin and his wonderful staff taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: Have a shot at my request so I wouldn’t feel anything. Shot and work done didn’t hurt one bit. Friendly and personable! And Kassandra was great at my tooth cleaning too . They ALL pay attention to detail which is awesome! And did I mention I got sunglasses to make me feel comfortable too! Great experience as usual!

The staff is friendly and you couldn't ask for a better office experience. FOLLOW UP: I was seen yesterday for my regular exam. I honestly didn't think my previous superior experience could have been improved upon. Well, I was wrong! Dr. Poppins and staff have implemented a new Patient Comfort program. You are offered water, a blanket, and/or neck pillow, etc to make your experience more comfortable, and that is only a few of the items I can recall offhand. They continue to outdo themselves with a stellar experience at their office. I couldn't recommend Dr. Poppin and his team highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I spent an hour in the DMV... That was a one star [expected] miserable experience. Today, more than an hour in a Dr Poppins' dental chair with drilling and such: 5 stars! Yep, that's the difference and how good Dr. Poppins and his lovely dental assistant, Bailey, are. Think opposite Ca DMV experience for a reference or gauge of what to expect with Doctor Popper! (Intentional misspelling to turn an already verbose review into a beautiful piece of poetry!)

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. I was a patient when it was with Dr. Henderson and now with Dr. Poppin. I’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. Most importantly, it has been such a great experience for my young daughter that she LOVES going to the dentist. What a relief! I highly recommend for adults and children alike. Follow up: My daughter had a cavity filled today and I was again blown away by how great the team is at what they do. It was painless and stress free for both my daughter and I. They are so wonderful.

Fantastic experience: The dental office of Tana Henderson, DDS is really wonderful. All of the staff is warm, welcoming and, above all, extremely knowledgeable and excellent in doing their various jobs. I have been to many dentists over many years, and I have to say this office is the best! Dr. Rodriguez is terrific, and Cassandra, the hygienist, is absolutely fantastic! The patient’s comfort is always a priority, and the staff does everything they can to make the dental experience a very positive one. I give Dr. Henderson’s dental office my highest recommendation. November 2022 Addendum: I had an appointment this week at Dr. Henderson’s office for a cleaning. My regular hygienist, Cassandra, was on maternity leave, so I was seen by Jennifer. I have to say that she was fantastic! I had recently been having extra sensitivity to cold on one side of my mouth. Through her examination of my teeth and gums she noted receding areas, and she said this was most likely the cause of my hypersensitivity. She was able to do dentin spraying in the affected areas (free of charge!), and my mouth is feeling so much better! Jennifer explained everything to me so clearly. She also answered all of my questions and gave me other tips to help my situation. Wow! I am so impressed with this office and their staff! I truly cannot say enough great things about them! Thank you, Jennifer! Thank you to the rest of the wonderful staff as well. If you need a dentist, do not hesitate to come to Dr. Henderson’s office. You will not find a better place for your dental needs. Addendum: July and August 2023 Visits for a Crown — Dr. Poppin and Ida, who assisted him, were wonderful in the preparation of my damaged tooth, application of a temporary crown and, at a follow-up visit, application of a permanent crown. The patient’s comfort level throughout the process is their utmost concern. Add in their expertise, their explanations for every step of the process and their delightful personalities, and you have the best and most positive experience you could ever hope for at a dental office! The entire staff is superb, and everyone works so well together. Thank you so much, Dr. Poppin, Ida and all of the staff members. I really appreciate every one of you! Addendum: June 2024 visit for teeth cleaning: As always, I received first rate, caring treatment from the very professional, personable and knowledgeable staff - Kassandra for my teeth cleaning and Dr. Poppin for the exam and review regarding watches on certain teeth. As I have said in previous reviews, you will never find a better dental office. I know that most of us really do not look forward to a visit to the dentist. The nerves usually come into play, but I can honestly say that whenever I go to Dr. Poppin’s office, I come out with my mouth feeling great, any tooth problems treated and resolved, and my disposition so upbeat due to the friendliness of this wonderful staff. Fantastic experience: I love my new crown! Dr. Poppin is fantastic and so is his staff. I’ve been in the dental field for 42 years and this office is top notch. Monica & Lindsay at the front desk are so knowledgeable, friendly & made all my appointments that I needed. Kassandra was my hygienist and she was so nice, gentle and explained everything she was doing to me. She also talked to me while she worked and I just felt like she was a friend and kind of forgot I was in a dental chair. Lol Dr. Poppin had to numb me before my procedure and I honestly hardly felt anything at all. He took his time and was shaking my cheek so it was painless. He also explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable and kept asking me how I was doing. I kept saying I was doing great because I felt very confident with him and Ida who was assisting him. Ida was also great and I just felt like I was in good hands with his whole team. I wore shorts because it was hot outside and Ida asked if I wanted a blanket to put over my legs so I wouldn’t get cold. I’m glad I did that because it just made me feel cozy & very cared for. Oh, she also suggested a neck pillow and I’m glad I did it because I’m short and 61 years old and it just added to my comfort level. Then the girls, I’m not sure if it was Marlen or Amy brought in some aromatherapy because you get to choose if you want it and I said yes! I chose coconut and pineapple and it smelled like I was on the beach in Hawaii! Like I felt very very pampered and cared for and confident that I had all these professionals working on me. If you need a great dentist with a great staff this is THE PLACE TO GO! I highly recommend Dr. Poppin.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this office, but not dr Poppin I was greeted very friendly, everyone was super nice love it.very efficient, and let me know my copay before getting there , no surprises it was for the first time going into an office and know first hand how much my copay!

Fantastic experience: Another great visit with Dr. Poppin! Today, the temporary crown was replaced with the permanent crown. Well done! Easily removed the temporary crown and the staff paid careful attention to my bite and made several adjustments to make sure it fit perfectly. Dr. Poppin also checked the bite and made an additional adjustment. Fits great! It is way in the back of my mouth but the staff and Dr. Poppin all commented at what a beautiful crown it is! The staff also checked my gums (where they go thru and record each tooth as a 1 thru 5...not sure what that is called!). Staff was so helpful and informative. She explained what each of the numbers meant. I find that the staff is never too busy to answer any question and they make me feel very comfortable asking even the simplest of questions! They also offer water, music, etc to make the visit more pleasurable. So glad I made the switch to this office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poppin and Amy did a fantastic job helping my kiddo out! He is not only excited to come back but they did a great job making him laugh and feel comfortable the whole time. If you have small kids and are nervous about finding a dentist I promise you this is the place to come. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! They truly go above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! If I could give more stars I would.

Everyone here makes sure you leave feeling heard and cared for with top quality work. Dr. Poppin is a perfectionist and my teeth have been saved because of it. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over five years, so I was pretty nervous going into an appointment with a new doctor. Doctor Poppin and his team were super kind and personable right out the gate! They were even able to fit me in for a night guard impression that same day. The night guard has absolutely improved my sleep and for the first time in weeks, I haven’t woken up with a headache from tooth grinding. I will absolutely be back, and I also made a follow up appointment for my daughter as well. Thank you Doctor Poppin and staff!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to this location for decades. Wishing Dr. Tana a happy retirement and welcoming Dr. Poppin as my new dentist. Dr. Poppin is professional yet friendly. The rest of the office from the front desk to the dentist chair provided utmost respect and dental care.
