Fantastic experience: My Sept. 11 visit was AWESOME. I got a temporary crown. I did not feel any of the drilling. Dr. Jill was AMAZING as well as the other girls in the office. The lady who assisted Dr. Jill was AMAZING also. She placed the temporary crown with finesse and was very gentle and kind. Best dentist office ever. My May 11, 2026 visit was AWESOME!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Jill is hands down the best dentist in the Charlotte-Concord-Kannapolis area. Her whole office is all smiles, welcoming and respectful every visit. She removed my wisdom tooth with literally no pain! Leann cleaned my toddlers teeth and my baby told me- her words now, “this is the best ever”. She did not shed one tear or display any discomfort. Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here. Everyone was so nice and really cared about how I was doing. Every time I come, they remember little details we’ve talked about before. It makes it feel like they care about their patients as people and not just $$. The dental assistants I worked with made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning and explained everything thoroughly. They also didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. In the couple of years I’ve been to them, I’ve only needed one procedure outside of routine cleanings. They suggested what I could get and explained why I might want to do it. But I never feel pressured to buy anything or do anything extra. They don’t pressure you to spend more money. They just give you the information to make your decision. I really enjoy my experience with them.

HUGE THANK YOU TO ANITA AND HEATHER! ‐---------------------------------------- 2 years ago, I started my denture journey and was new to the area, as I am originally from TN. I read all the wonderful reviews about Concord Center for Family Dentistry and about Dr. Jill. I did research other dentist as well but was drawn back to Dr. Jill. Boy am I glad I went to her. I have periodontal disease and have been losing my teeth for some time and got to a point where, I knew I had to make a big decision about my overall teeth. That is where Dr Jill and her staff come in and the service that became to feel like a family and not just a patient/doctor relationship. We started the journey late in the 2023 year... but got through completing the upper denture and as of the new year we would start the lower. Well... my company had changed our benefits for dental to a plan that didn't have Dr. Jill in network. My heart was broken... I couldn't afford to have my lower denture completed. So... 2 years later .... I know I will have Delta Dental plan back at the beginning of the year and we are set in motion to a better me and getting my smile back. It was awesome to see Dr. Jill and her staff today! Very Happy to be back with this AMAZING doctor and staff!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr.Jill, dental assistants and the staff is. I called two days before Christmas break about a tooth that I was having issues with. They were able to work me in within a day. Got x-rays and make sure that there was no infection. Turns out that I just needed a crown. The fillings in the tooth were old and had started to lose their seal. I had the tooth filled multiple times before crowning was the next option. This was my first crown, and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Jill and her assistant Anita did a fantastic job. Had zero issues with the temporary crown. I opted for a gold permanent crown for longevity. They were so good I didn’t even need numbing for the permanent crown placement. I am one day post opt of the permanent crown procedure and only have mild soreness (normal) when eating. I am so grateful for the time and patience of Dr. Jill and Staff ALL you ladies ROCK!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to North Carolina from New York City and needed to find a new family dentist so we decided to give Concord Center for Family Dentistry a try and we are so glad that we did. Fantastic experience: After moving to a new city, it was tough to find a dentist, especially after Covid 2020. I have been seeing the group at Concord Center for Family Dentistry for a little over a year now and I only have GREAT compliments for the entire team! LeAnna is my hygienist and she is thorough and takes great care of me. Dr. Jill goes above and beyond for her patients. Always making the extra "checks" and ensuring procedures are done safely and completely. I just had to have two fillings redone from old silver in my mouth and there was significant decay under one. From the time I got to my appointment to the hours after, I didn't experience any discomfort. I wasn't sore in any way and I couldn't even tell I had new fillings. My bite is perfect! Thank you to the whole team, from the office staff who greets you and takes care of billing to the doctor, you all are the very best in dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I broke a filling last night and my regular dentist office in High Point, NC was closed. I decided to reach back out to Concord Center for Family Dentistry, which I had left in the past when they stopped taking my insurance. To my surprise, they’ve recently rebranded and now accept a wide range of insurances again—including mine. From the moment I called, the experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they were able to get me in right away. Not only did they quickly repair my filling, but they also provided a cleaning during the same visit. The level of care, professionalism, and attention I received was truly amazing. Even though I live in High Point, NC I’ll gladly make the drive to Concord, NC every time because the quality of care is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Concord Center for Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Even though Dr. Jillian is not in my network I’m going to have her practice do another implant for me. That says a lot about the office. I had broke off a crown that was on top of a root canal. We discussed options and I decided to engage Dr. Jillian to perform another implant for me. Her office had previously performed three implants for me. Dr. Jillian is so professional and at the same time friendly and easy to talk to. Her staff is top-notch. I’m willing to pay a bit more for the piece of mind knowing that the implant will be done expertly. The office worked up a plan for me and the steps that will be taken for the procedure. I’ll be able to pay in stages as each step is completed. I have no hesitations going forward with Dr. Jillian and her staff performing the procedure.

Negative experience: Very kind, gentle, and helpful in their dental work. Always prepared and takes extra time to explain why a particular procedure needs to be performed. Confident in their work and knowledgeable in what is required to complete the task at hand. I don’t enjoy having to visit a dentist but this group certainly makes you feel like you have made the right choice and provides good professional help to maintain dental health.

Fantastic experience: These girls are amazing!!! I had a crown done today, and at first my BP was way to high (was about to have my first date in like 8yrs), and Heather was able to calm my nerves enough to drop my BP enough to receive the numbing agent. She was really helpful with everything. Dr Jill is so talented that I never even felt the needle. Anita was amazing to talk to the entire time. I enjoy talking with her a lot. She's an awesome human being. She did a great job getting me set up for the seating of the crown, too. While I didn't see Leanna today, she also is extremely good at what she does. I needed two deep cleans because of how long it took for me to be able to see a dentist. And Leanna chiseled away on me for 3 hours in total. She was absolutely focused too. And Melissa has been huge with making sure my insurance and appts are handled the way they need to be, as well as being an awesome person in general. I wouldn't go anywhere else so long as this crew stays together. These ladies are all beautiful, and great at what they do. And I am so thankful that they were the first place I called. 23 years without a dentist, and this is the experience I get to have?? I love it. The date went great btw, ladies. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here. Heather was very patient and friendly. LeAnna took great care of my teeth and explained everything in detail. Dr Woodruff was also very friendly, unrushed, and went over everything with me. Her team worked with me to ensure my treatment plan was covered by insurance. The environment was also quite calm and stress-free, which is different from a lot of dental practices. What really distinguishes this practice from others is the highly personalized experience.
