Her professionalism is impeccable, and the overall health attentiveness was amazing. The questions asked informed me that she is concerned with more than your dental care but overall health. With my work schedule, setting up an additional appointment would have likely meant rebooking several weeks out. Despite the scheduling misunderstanding, the owner of the practice (Dr. Jones Bailey) went above and beyond to accommodate me. She took the time to ensure that I was able to have both my fillings completed, and my cleaning done during the same visit. I truly appreciated the pratice's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to patient care. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. The last time i went, there was an issue with my insurance (100% my jobs fault) and the staff was super helpful and patient as we got it sorted out. They even stayed a little past closing to ensure i was still able to be seen.

I had just moved to the Concord area and was searching for a new dentist—and I’m so grateful that chance encounter led me here. Every single visit leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. I know it sounds like I’m describing a counseling session, but that’s truly how phenomenal the staff is. I absolutely love my dental hygienist—there’s no one like her. She keeps me laughing the entire time while still staying perfectly on schedule. This office has felt like home since my very first visit. I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.

(Thank you to those who took the time to share so now I’m here to share my experience as well.) I am a new patient and there new patient process is ran very efficiently. I didn’t get her name but the lady I spoke to over the phone to schedule my initial appointment was so very kind. The office has a warm and welcoming feel, from the decor, to the friendly staff who greet you, to the comfortable chairs, music (if you like to have it), and updated equipment which made taking updated pictures of my teeth a breeze and was very cool to see the crisp images it took for me to view myself on a large tv monitor in the room. Dr. Jones completed a very thorough new patient exam which included cancer screening. She is very knowledgeable and shares what she is seeing, which is appreciated. She is patient and makes time for you to ask any questions you may have. It never at one moment felt rushed. You can also tell a lot about a good dentist office by how happy their staff is. If a dentist treats their staff right, and they are happy to be there, they in turn make sure you are treated right and they do their best. You can just tell it’s a positive environment there. I can say the interactions I had with all staff members from the administrators in the front (Melissa and Venita), to the hygienists (Sam and Shatima), and the hygienist assistant (I didn’t get her name this time) were all positive. I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Jones and her staff at Trinity Cosmetic and General Denistry for a wonderful welcome. Many blessings to each of you. -Jackie

I chipped My front tooth over the weekend. I called Trinity and they set me up with appointment today. I never was a fan of a Dentist, However, Dr. Jones Bailey changed that. Not only does she care about my smile she cares about your overall health as well. She even asked about how my family is doing. She fixed my tooth and spoke with me about future care. Her staff is just as nice as well sometimes it’s like I hate to leave. If you’re looking for a great dental office and the staff to match, give Trinity Cosmetic & General Dentistry, a try. I know I did eight years ago and I’m still here and still satisfied!

The dentist can be scary but they made me feel comfortable and were nonjudgemental . Also unexpectedly I had a medical emergency while there and they took care of me until EMT's could arrive. I am really grateful to have found them and actually can't wait until my next teeth cleaning which I never thought I would say!

The staff are professional and personable, the office is always clean and has a calming atmosphere. They’re easily accessible and located near I-85, but let me add that I moved to a town almost an hour away 2 years ago and chose to continue receiving my dental services at Trinity because it’s worth it.
