They were able to retrieve our dental insurance (I didn't have the card with me) quickly. The visit was comprehensive. A special shout out to Amber. But everyone was great there. Negative experience: My daughter had a crown placed at this location a couple of months ago, but she is still experiencing pain and discomfort. Despite several follow up visits to the doctor for this issue, the problem has not been resolved.

Last week I had unfortunately chipped one of my teeth on Friday, and this caused me to feel incredibly insecure and much more unwilling to smile. Let me break down my experience so everyone knows JUST HOW GREAT THIS TEAM IS!! My experience started with Amber and Berenisse from the front desk being nothing short of incredible. Like I said previously, I chipped my tooth on Friday and had reached out to them on Monday, and in JUST 2 DAYS (yes you read that right) they were able to fit me in for a consultation with Dr. Lee. They really went the extra mile here and helped me every step of the way. From setting up my appointment— to breaking down my exact treatment plan in a detailed cost analysis that was easy to digest. These 2 were absolute SUPER STARS!!⭐️ After checking in I was quickly helped by Ann and Dr. Lee. At many other dentists I find myself waiting at least 15 minutes, or sometimes even longer, but this dentist has seriously streamlined their checkin process. I couldn’t have been waiting longer than 5 minutes. All I can say is WOW, it’s seriously impressive the amount of care and consideration they put into their patients. Despite the overwhelming insecurity about the huge crack in my teeth that I was feeling, both Dr. Lee and Ann managed to put a big smile on my face! I’m serious that the staff here is so friendly and charismatic you wouldn’t believe it until you experience it. In just over an hour they had my teeth repaired and looking better than ever!!! Not to mention they gave me a goodie bag stuffed to the brim with so many things to help me take care of my teeth, in this economy I seriously appreciate that. If anyone is having thoughts about switching to/becoming a patient at YK Kim, I have one last sentiment to share with you. I know it’s hard to get excited about going to the dentist, I’m right there with you. It’s painful, takes forever, is expensive, and don’t even get me started on the paper work. If this is the case for you then I challenge you to take a chance on YK Kim. They have entirely changed my perspective on what going to the dentist means, and believe it or not, I’m actually excited to go back in 6 months from now. They have streamlined the checkin process and made it so freaking easy! They are willing to work with you every step of your treatment, instead of just wanting to bill ur insurance for a quick paycheck. They seriously care about their clients and it shows! If you made it this far down my review, then thank you for taking the time to read and I sincerely hope you give YK Kim dental a chance because everyone deserves a dentist this excellent!

Negative experience: I had Medicaid but still ended up paying hundreds of dollars for filling. After I left and went somewhere else, I found out that fillings are FULLY COVERED by Medicaid. I just don’t recommend this place. Grateful that they took me in but I felt scammed leaving.

Fantastic experience: Wow oh wow what an amazingly comfortable environment. I was nervous after a 7 year gap in dental care and came in for an issue with erupting wisdom teeth at 42 yes old. They did not put me down they did not scold nor spend the entire time "teaching or instructing" instead gradually spoke of what was necessary and truly cared about the quality of life for my future and not offering an extreme amount of services either instead Dr. Suh and the wonderful hygienist did exactly what was necessary and made sure I was comfortable with everything before hand. They worked with my insurance to assist in finding an oral surgeon to help with my rare case of nerve and tooth. I can't tell you how much I talked due to being nervous at first but they all let me say what I needed then continued with their work. They were so patient and understanding! I will be a lifelong patient from here on out and will signing my family up for regular dental care as well. From the front reception ladies to the Dr.s all was so pleasant. Oh dont get me started on how comfortable the chair was, i stated i would want it in my home but might not ever get up. They did a full scan of my teeth and jaw ct scan and xrays not rushed and very gentle especially with my 2 extremely sensitive teeth. Thank you to their team for caring and having such a gentle nature about them. Earth Angels at their best!
