Fantastic experience: I went in for a teeth cleaning on a holiday. If you do paperwork and check in prior to coming in, it makes things seamless. My appointment was for 11 am. I got there a little early and they were able to take me a little earlier. Since there were no major issues, I was in the office no more than a half hour! Service was exceptional today!

Negative experience: The appt. was set at 3pm and they made us wait for almost an hour. That's annoying.

Fantastic experience: My visit for a cleaning at Occoquan smiles went very well. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I barely waited before I was seen. My dental hygienist Hirut, was very friendly, professional and thorough. After explaining her findings from the X-ray, she proceeded with a thorough cleaning, followed by a counseling on proper after care, all while making sure I was comfortable through out the entire procedure. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking dental care.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience with the dentist and the technician. The dentist did an excellent job and took the time needed for my root canal, removing the old gums and crowns, cleaning everything thoroughly, and placing a temporary crown while the permanent one is being prepared in the lab. A special thanks to the front desk team for their positive energy—especially the Afghan lady who spoke multiple languages and was extremely helpful. She clearly explained the cost of each item and greeted us with a warm smile throughout the process. We were referred by a friend, and it truly turned out to be a wonderful dental practice. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: My visit here was very painful, and the dentist was very rude. I dont remember his name, it was quite a few years ago. I write this review because i am suddenly receiving promotional emails from them. He used tools for fillings for routine cleaning – completely butchered my teeth. It was a nightmare – the worst I've ever experienced.

Negative experience: I was a customer for a few years. Most dentists are OK. I only had my cleanings and a couple of old fillings replaced with them. The nightmare was a root canal procedure. I was never in pain I had the root canal per recommendation and ever since I had the procedure back in October I had pain. I kept going every two weeks to have it check and to polish the bite until March. The pain never went away. I kept telling the pain was in the gum. I changed dentist had them look at it. Turns out they didn't prepped the tooth correctly left some excesses at the top which caused gum inflammation. Long story short I had to have it redone and now I'm pain free.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly and they were kind enough to accommodate me walking in. I got a quick appointment for a procedure that the dentist couldn't complete in one sitting. May I say Dr. Aziz did an awesome job with my tooth filling. She was kind, efficient and quick. Overall, a really good experience!

The staff has gone completely down hill they’re rude, let’s not get started on Madalyn the receptionist she laughed at me on the phone…and one of the dentist herself is extremely rude and hurts me every time!!! My teeth seem to be in pain every time after I leave !

Negative experience: The Dentist Was unable to pull my tooth he said I needed to go to a surgical dental due to high blood pressure. I went to a surgical dental and had the tooth extracted. I returned to him to install my flipper The flipper did not fit . I returned three times still no flipper I now have to go to another dental office and pay out-of-pocket to get a partial/flipper. I was told the Manger call me to discuss Reverse in the charges to my dental insurance. I have not received a call from the manager yet when I called the office I am unable to speak with anyone about the situation.

Negative experience: My fiancé visited this practice for an exam on March 26, 2021 and then on April 1st, 2021 to get 4 cavities filled that were discovered at the first appt. About a month after getting the fillings my fiancé began feeling discomfort in one of the teeth that got filled. I told him to make a follow up appt to get it checked out. On June 15th, 2021 he went again to have a follow up and they said NOTHING was wrong with his filling and couldn’t explain where his pain was coming from. Now about 10 months after his most recent appt, the tooth that he was feeling pain in (and that was filled at this practice) has begun to rot. I cant believe they said nothing was wrong and now we have to deal with a larger issue. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY.
