Fantastic experience: They listened to my concerns, very friendly. Patient with my son and myself as he’s autistic and dentist visits are not fun for him! They even called me few hours later to f/u and make sure he was ok for the rest of the day!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rave enough about how wonderful our experiences have been at Petite Smiles. We began coming soon after they opened and the five star experience has not wavered once! I’ve been meaning to write a review since my first visit but life always got in the way. I write today because my husband attended this visit with my youngest and was just BLOWN AWAY by the atmosphere of the office, the attentiveness of the staff, the personal details, and just overall welcoming experience the staff and facility provide. Which is a huge deal because my husband hates most people and things (haha). This is not your average dentist practice. We couldn’t be happier with their services!

Fantastic experience: Petite Smiles offered us grand smiles with their customer services and actual care. Lots of staff so no long waiting time. All staffs were friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: I’ve known Dr. Rashed since she was opening her practice & to see how much she’s grown is so amazing to watch. Dr. Rashed and her assistants are such kind hearted individuals. They never fail to make my siblings laugh so I knew that switching them to her practice was the best decision. Dr. Rashed makes patient care her top priority, as well as parent education. If she sees a filling or something that needs to be worked on, she will call you over and show you exactly what she’s talking about. Everyone at her practice does such a wonderful job from the moment you check in to the moment you go to the back. I love this practice so much that I drive almost an hour just for my siblings to go see her.

Fantastic experience: My little one and I just finished from our visit today at Petite Smiles and we had such a great experience! Just walking in the woman at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, and they even made my little one feel special by writing her name on the board. Once we got in the back, we met Zoey who did the cleaning and was very professional and patient and took her time to explain everything that was going to be done. Afterwards we finished with Sara and got some goodies to go for the LO and educational information for me. Also I loved how clean the office was. I highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved our experience at Petite Smiles!! When I first called I had a few questions the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and answered every question I had, and then was able to schedule my daughter. From the moment my daughter and I stepped in everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere was clean, bright, and so cute! There was hardly a wait to be seen once we checked in. The rooms had giant murals of animals and a little weighted stuffed animal on every chair! My daughter was very excited about getting to hold the dinosaur during her appointment. The dental hygienist was extremely friendly and sweet. She made my daughter feel included and safe. She walked through what was going on so that my daughter wasn’t left in the dark (it was her first dental visit!). She explained all the tools and made sure she was comfortable. Then the dentist came in and introduced herself to me and my daughter and again she was so friendly and kept my daughter in the loop of what she was doing. They really are such a wonderful pediatric dentistry. I was able to talk about any concerns I had and came up with a game plan for what we can do at home. My daughter loved her experience there and especially her little goodie bag she got to take home! We are excited to come back for her follow up in 6 months! Thank you everyone:)

Fantastic experience: My 1.5 year-old daughter chipped half of her tooth over the weekend, and we were afraid it had exposed the nerve. We frantically searched for emergency dental care and reached out to Petite Smiles. Within 2 hours, one of their team members called us, took all of our information, assuaged our immediate concerns, and scheduled our daughter for an evaluation on Sunday. When we arrived for the valuation, we were met by Dr. Rashed who leads the practice. She instantly helped my daughter and I feel at ease about the trauma, explained what she would be able to do immediately, and clarified what next steps would be. Throughout the visit, I was impressed by Dr. Rashed’s professionalism, exceptional ability to deal with a toddler in immense pain, and communication skills. We left the practice with my daughter‘a tooth “bandaged up” and the sharp parts filed down so she wouldn’t hurt her gums. We will be bringing our daughter back to Petite Smiles from now on, and we’ll also be switching our oldest child to this practice as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Rashed and Petite Smiles enough, especially in the event of emergency. They are clearly the gold standard of pediatric dentistry in Northern Virginia.

Dr. Rashed and her team were great with my son. They made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Dr. Rashed formulated a plan with my husband and I for my son’s treatment based on his age and comfort. She also accommodated our comfort with how aggressively we wanted to treat his cavities given his young age. Fantastic experience: We had a really great experience here and I’m so glad we found this office. My toddler is usually very anxious at the dentist, but the entire team was incredibly patient, calm, and kind. The dental assistant took his time and never rushed him, even when the x-ray took several tries, which made a huge difference. The dentist was wonderful with my child, gentle, reassuring, and very good at explaining things to me as well. I appreciated her honesty about what she could and couldn’t determine yet, and that she focused on monitoring rather than jumping to worst-case conclusions. The office itself is thoughtfully set up, with private exam rooms and a quiet environment that really helps kids feel safe. From scheduling to the actual visit, communication was responsive and respectful. This was the first dental visit where my toddler was calm and cooperative, and that alone says everything. We’ve already decided to make this our regular dental office.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit and it was great! Bedside manners were perfect. My son was very comfortable and he’s 10. The aesthetics of the building is very clean and very kid friendly. The only thing I recommend is that when a client states they don’t get a text message to verify forms that front desk verify the number to make sure it was put in Correctly. I noted twice to Two different people, and they did not verify the number. I had to ask can you check the number to make sure and the number was incorrect and that is why I didn’t receive forms. This is not a negative comment. It’s more of training. The front desk was very nice and welcoming. I also signed up for my two-year-old to come soon. Thank you all again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I've always enjoyed my kids' visits to Petite Smiles and everyone on the staff works great with my autistic son (better than any other dentist!). When we had to quickly pivot to have dental treatment done under general anesthesia for my son I didn't hesitate to trust Petite Smiles and their team. They have 2 general anesthesiologists (Dr. Roberts and Dr. Ali) who come to the practice. They both doctors have extensive experience in anesthesia for children. The doctors take a lot of care in evaluating children for anesthesia, take a lot of precautions during the process, and I really appreciated the follow-up calls later that day to make sure my son was doing ok. General anesthesia for dental treatment can be intimidating, but I was totally reassured with the professional and caring staff at Petite Smiles.

Went to get regular check up for my 7 yr old boy who doesn't like dentist visit, not only he didn't cry he had good time . Frankly I was very nervous too but the whole team made me feel at ease . Fantastic experience: So far we have been to Petite smiles twice. Once for a cleaning for my 8 & 6 yr old. And again for my 8yr old to get a baby tooth extracted and cavities taken care of. Both my children told me how much they loved it there once we left without me even asking how they liked it. That’s huge for a parent to get feedback unprompted. My 8yr old was very nervous about getting his tooth pulled but the Dentist and dental assistant were so kind and comforting to him and to myself (obv I was nervous too). I could not say enough good things about them. We saw both Dentists and they were both so patient and kind. That means so much to me when I know I’m asking so many questions and embarrassing my kids. We will definitely be making Petite smiles in Lorton our regular dental office. The front desk staff is also top notch! Also the office is so cute, clean, tvs, and great prizes. Fantastic experience: Took my kids here for the first time and they were so gentle and calming with them! My sons first time ever and they tried reassuring him as much as possible but he’s 2 and doesn’t like strangers so of course we had tears and screaming but they went as fast and safely as possible with the option of stopping whenever I felt was needed. My daughter loved it and did get nervous a few times but she was reassured and communicated with the entire time and was smiling, laughing, & excited the whole time! 100000/10 recommend !!

I initially came to Petite Smiles through a friend’s referral to get a second opinion on my 5-year-old son’s dental treatment. At a previous reputable dentist’s office, I was only given the option of sedating him and was told that any chair-side treatment wouldn’t even be attempted. From our very first visit with Dr. Rashed, I knew she was a one of a kind dentist! She is truly passionate about dentistry and leads with empathy. Dr. Rashed was very gentle and sweet with my son and she took the time to thoroughly explain all treatment options. What I appreciated most was her patience and willingness to try a minimally invasive approach, splitting treatments into a few visits. This approach worked wonderfully—my son tolerated the treatments well and did NOT require any sedation! Because of this experience, I decided to transfer my other three children’s dental care to Petite Smiles, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision! Every time we visit, we’re welcomed warmly by the entire team. They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make our experience feel personalized. The special prizes, treatment certificates, and fun events that Petite Smiles provides take dentist appointments to a whole new level of fun! Finally, THE AESTHETIC! The warm, pink ambiance and spa-like atmosphere make the office feel so uplifting! It’s absolutely stunning and always spotless. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed this experience. It was nice of them to let me use a tv and watch Disney+ while I was doing my appointment. Even though it hurt while I was doing it , it helped me stay distracted and went by fast. Overall this is a good dentist place, definitely recommend to try it!
