Fantastic experience: Posting on behalf of my mother, Sarah. I can’t say enough about Alpine Dental! I came here originally with a dental emergency and found out an extraction was needed. As a VERY nervous patient, and typically enduring appointments (even cleanings) only if sedated, I was able to make it through without it for the first time in a very long time. Dr. Maryam Ashraghi and her entire staff were so patient, kind, understanding, and gentle. Instructions were clear for after care and Dr. Ashraghi even gave me her cell phone number in case I had questions or issues after hours. She also called twice after hours following my appointment to check in and make sure I was ok. It is abundantly clear that I am in the very best, and capable, hands. I went back earlier today for stitches removal from the previous extraction and had a deep cleaning on one side. I’ll be going back in a week to do the other side and will continue to go back for future treatment. I can’t express my gratitude enough for Dr. Ashraghi and the entire staff at Alpine - they are so wonderful! Thank you so much! - A very happy new patient, Sarah

Negative experience: I went to Alpine Dental about a year ago for a routine dental cleaning after moving to the area. During the cleaning, the dentist noted that three teeth had minor chips and recommended fillings to repair them. I was told the chips were very small, no drilling or sanding would be needed, and the procedure would be quick. Despite this, I was charged the standard price for full fillings. I just remember that with my previous dentist, similar minor chips were repaired at no charge. The fillings were indeed placed quickly, but about a week later, the first filling fell out. I returned to have it replaced, but it fell out again within another week. At that point, I didn’t go back. The second filling also fell out in less than a month. Thought of leaving a review because as of yesterday, the third filling has now fallen out as well. In comparison, I had another filling around the same area done by another dentist, that filling stayed throughout years until now. Also wanted to mention that my husband went in for his cleaning around the same time and was offered a complimentary fluoride treatment during his first visit - a “leave a 5-star review and receive the treatment” promotion. This was never brought up to me during any of my three visits.

Negative experience: Overcharged my wife for a procedure and now I am running around trying to figure out how to get the money back. It's been over 6 weeks.

Negative experience: Charged me way over the insurance allowed limit for a tooth removal. Got my Aetna Explanation of Benefits and i should have paid only $86 out of pocket. Alpine charged me $246. And got more money from my insurance.

They provide an outstanding service, they work with your schedule, they are not crazy with any fees, and they make sure you don’t miss your appointment (they email you in advance, then they text you and give you a courtesy call the day before). Fantastic experience: Dr. Eshraghi is incredibly knowledgeable and truly dedicated to patient care. She spent over an hour reviewing my X-rays from another office, carefully explaining my condition and treatment plan. She referred me to an Endodontist and took the time to consult with me multiple times to ensure I received the correct treatment. Even though this was just a consultation, she treated me with the same care and attention as if I were her own patient. Fantastic experience: Got a cleaning and x-rays. Suri was amazingly gentle and kept reminding me to close my mouth to get the water and saliva. She's the first dental assistant to give me multiple chances to clear my mouth. Dr. Ashraghi was also very thorough with her assessment. She verified previous findings about issues and assured me there would not be any problems with future procedures. She actually left me at ease rather than scaring me about anything I need done.
