Her ability to position the wire flawlessly and secure the tie-down bands perfectly is unmatched. Best of all, her precision in cutting the wire ensures there are never any sharp edges sticking out. Her elite technique makes adjustments totally stress-free!

As a teenager who struggles everyday with anxiety, this is the best orthodontist and dentist I’ve ever been to. I have been coming here for around two years now and just got my braces removed today. I have extremely bad anxiety and everyone was so incredibly understanding, supportive, and patient. They made it such a safe and easy experience and environment, and words cannot express how grateful I am. From the wonderful assistants, to the amazing work done by Dr. Hennigh and Dr. Kahn, all the way to the sweet receptionists who always welcome every patient with a lovely smile, I will always appreciate the kindness that each staff member brings. Thank you so very much for being such an awesome team and making even the scariest of moments bearable and calm! :)

Negative experience: Just called to schedule as a new patient for my toddlers after being referred to them and once I told the front desk rep I had two dental insurances she stated one of them was out of network. I said okay well the second one is in network so I wanted to proceed with setting up an appointment as we are just looking for preventive care but she acted like she couldn’t schedule it. I never heard of this before but she said it’s office policy. Even if the first insurance isn’t in network, isn’t it called coordination of benefits? So my second one would then be billed and then it would be covered as I am just looking for cleanings for a 4 and 2 year old. I’m legit in HR and still couldn’t believe or understand how she was being so resistant to a potential new patient. I guess they don’t want new patients. Be sure then to update your website and specify exactly that Aetna is only covered if you had Connection Dental or whatever she said on the card. I will go to find another practice because it just felt like if they are doing this already, they most likely will suck when it comes to billing. Wasn’t like I didn’t have insurance at all; and also why couldn’t I even get scheduled like I couldn’t pay out of pocket. They definitely need customer service training!

Fantastic experience: This is a great orthodontist with a wonderful staff. We have been very pleased with the quality of care and also the affordability compared to other offices in the area. Dr. Hennigh truly cares about his patients more than getting rich off of them. He is careful to begin orthodontic work in the right way at the right time. I recommend this office to anyone needing ortho care for themselves or their children.

My child was a little nervous before the appointment, but the staff made him feel comfortable right away with their kindness and patience. I was really impressed by how well they handled everything, from the cleaning to the check-up, with such professionalism and care. Negative experience: I called embrace family smiles woodbridge on three occasions trying to schedule an appointment for my kids. I am new in virginia and a friend recommended. Emory she saids her name is always answers the phone and always tells me she will give me a call back and she never does!!! Three times!!!. I once called her back and told her this is the third time she has told me she was gonna call me back and so I will be expecting it. She said yeah yeah she was trying to find me a spot and that she was trying to call somebody to do that. Really? Ok am gonna wait then. Emory never did. I feel the moment she hears I had accent, it pissed her off. I have never been there before but I feel unwelcomed already sadly..

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service!! My daughter was anxious but all that was put to ease with the Dr O and Ms Amber. Loved the fact for scents! Suggest scented masks as they helped my other daughter who saw a different dentist with her anxiety. They definitely provide a good distraction and are good keepsakes for kids to have and talk about their great visits!

Fantastic experience: At first I was a little apprehensive when the previous Dentist retired and new ownership occurred but last week I was convinced we won’t go anywhere else. My daughter had an emergency tooth extraction and Dr. Hennigh stepped in as the Orthodontist to help her. Dentail Assistant Amber soothed her and was amazing. I hate watching my daughter in pain but to see this staff be patient made a huge difference. If you have a kid terrified of dentist like mine, I recommend this place. Will never take her anyway else.
