Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Vera Dentistry for well over ten years and we are all pleased with the dental care we are receiving. Dr. Vera seems to have the most updated dental equipment for treating her patients. Her staff are very efficient and knowledgeable about all the dental plan benefits and are able to advise me well accordingly. Had a teeth cleaning by Angie today and she was very meticulous. Very pleased with my experience with Vera Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this office for months now and somehow every single visit exceeds the previous one. From day one, they made me feel comfortable because they treated me like a friend, not just another patient. They really took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns and goals, and answer every question and doubt I had without ever making me feel rushed. The cleanings are so detailed and thorough, my teeth always feel incredibly clean afterwards. I’ve also had fillings done here and they were completely painless. One of the things that impressed me the most was getting my crown done in-office and walking out with my permanent crown the very same day! I came in with so many dental issues and in a lot of pain, and the very first thing they focused on was getting me comfortable and out of pain. Negative experience: I was a patient here for a couple years, even referred multiple friends, family members always had good things to say good reviews to write however recently my own sister has been scammed out of thousands of dollars!! we went into the dental office on Monday May 11th an ultimately left being promised Dr. Vera was going to call us at 4:30. That call never came the next day I reached out to Isabella, the office manager assured me that she had a great solution to fix this when my Mother In sister went in there all she had to say was smart remarks asking if we were really going to complain about a half millimeter? spoke to my mother disrespectful. No regard for other people‘s time I will never refer another person the Better Business Bureau has been informed also will be contacting the board of dentistry

Negative experience: I came in for a routine annual cleaning only after confirming with the front desk (Katrina) that this office was in-network with my insurance and that I would owe $0 out of pocket. I provided my full policy number and plan information, and I was explicitly told that they confirmed coverage with my insurance. I was told this before scheduling and again after the cleaning. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with the appointment. The hygienist (a young Korean woman) was excellent and had great bedside manner — she did her job well. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this experience. Three months later, I was shocked to receive a $500 bill, which they conveniently reduced to $250 as a “discount,” and then informed me that they were actually out of network the entire time. This directly contradicts what I was told multiple times and feels like a classic insurance bait-and-switch. When I called to dispute the bill and explained that their front desk misrepresented their network status, I was threatened with collections instead of the issue being properly reviewed or escalated. That response was unprofessional, inappropriate, and only reinforced how fraudulent and money-driven this provider is. What makes this worse is that another Yelp review describes a very similar experience, suggesting this is not an isolated mistake but a pattern. Had the bill been higher, this would have absolutely been taken to court. Fortunately enough, when calling back, miss Jessica was the only one that was able to help resolve this so big thanks to her as well. Bottom line: Do not trust this office’s insurance verification. Call your insurance company yourself before stepping foot here. I do not trust this practice, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

She came into the room, held my hand and talked with me about my kittens and Christmas. The staff are angels. You can’t teach this. Once my orthodontist treatment plan was completed, we started with my complete dental care I now have a brand new smile and my confidence has sky rocketed. Negative experience: This is the worst dental clinic I’ve ever visited. The doctor is completely unhelpful and seems more interested in making money than providing real care. The staff are also rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience even worse. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: I have been a happy patient with Dr. Vera for many years. That's mostly the usual ones for dentistry, like x-rays, cleaning teeth, taking care of cavities, etc. Although, everyone there is marvelous as I have Vertigo problems, etc which has happened in becoming a senior. However, in 2023, I fell from my cement outside stairs onto my mouth area. Dr. Scoti saw me right away. Recommended specialize Dentist on staff that had to take out tiny bits with a microscopic device (no, don't remember his name but he put me so at ease). Then, Dr. Scoti saw me for needed visits after that. In other words, Dr Vera and her staff took excellent care of me. Now, I am doing so well, I that I only go 6 months for maintenance, unless I have a cavity. Summary is that I recommend Dr. Vera and all her staff as friendly, caring and very knowledgable.

The doctors and dental technicians are also friendly and efficient. The office is meticulously maintained and they even have a floral wall to take selfies in the waiting area.
