Negative experience: This place was awful I’d never recommend it to anyone. They charged me after I had surgery, then two months later I had called to complain about their job they had done during surgery since I was having complications and to that they told me I owed them more money mind you this was all said over the phone. I paid the same amount I paid when I first left after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I asked why they were charging me again and they claimed insurance. So to that I paid 2 times what they quoted.

I had read the reviews for this office, so I decided to make an appointment for my aunt and I saw how she got treated so I decided to make a appointment for myself and I am glad I did, because they were awesome. Now they have fixed the work I needed to get done and my smile is back looking great again. I thought I was going to need Veneers but I didn’t they got my smile back looking great. Love this office make your appointment now after reading this review. I promise you’re going to love them too.

I went there for emergency pain( root canal and crown) and the dentist did the root canal in one session. It was smooth and stress free. I have been their patient for over a year and highly recommend. I got them donuts as thank you, and appreciate for their hard honest work!

Negative experience: I went to prince William family dental in Dumfries 2 weeks ago. I wanted and a regular cleaning and told them. instead they took 50 unauthorized X-rays claim they did a debridement--they sprayed dirty water in my mouth and told me it was a regular cleaning and then they charged me 186.00 my co pay is 60.00 I talked to Erica the manager twice who agreed to refund my money and send me email me my records and X-rays. now she refuses everything. I work for God I have a ministry when you work for God I know that He will take care of this establishment and as the holy bible states it would have been better for them to keep their word and refund and return X-rays etc. every positive review on their site is a lie paid for by a company that does that. look at all the negative reviews and that is the truth about this dental practice and the people who work there and run it. Negative experience: The dental assistants and the dentists needs to learn how to explain the situation to patients. They treat patients like dummies. My dad had multiple bad experiences here. They did a deep cleaning but divided it in 2 separate appointments. Both were horrible. The 3rd appointment was the worst one. The date is 4/25/2026. Our appointment is 9:00 AM. The denstist sees multiple patients all at once. He was also the dentist from the previous visit, who did not explain what was going on with my dad’s teeth. All of a sudden, they’re telling us that my dad needs 3 of his left upper molars extracted. My dad and I had no idea until after he injected the anesthesia. I asked what procedure are they doing, and that’s when they explained it but not very comprehensive that we would understand. Don’t go around not explaining anything to your patients! Very bad bedside manners. All of them has terrible bedside manners, except the Asian and Ethiopian dentists from my dad’s first and second visit. We will not come back here. There’s appointments for a reason, and we still wait very long time. This clinic is clearly understaffed with dentists, or overbooked.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy visit with Dr Kim and Lila today. They made me feel very comfortable during my procedure, listened to my concerns and was very detailed. I’m booking my next appointment with them. Also the girls at the front desk are always so understanding, especially Hiwot!!

Negative experience: I will never used this office again. As a service member, I expect providers to understand and properly verify TRICARE coverage instead of making incorrect assumptions. During my visit, I was told that TRICARE would not cover my care after the cleaning, and the X-ray listed on the form was not completed. While still at the office, I personally called TRICARE and was clearly informed that my services were covered 100%. I provided your receptionist with the TRICARE contact number so the office could verify this directly, but it appears that call was never made. Since then, I have received multiple calls over the past two months stating that I am not covered, despite already explaining the situation several times. This ongoing communication feels unnecessary and unprofessional. I am requesting that your office contact TRICARE directly using the number previously provided to resolve this matter. Please stop contacting me regarding this issue until proper verification has been completed. Doesnt matter if the SM are reserve, guard or active, I did my part i called tricare to make sure I can use that dentist, I print the form etc. Who are you to tell me to go ans used the dentist in base? Im using outside dentist for a reason. Additionally, I expect all future communication to be handled respectfully and professionally

Negative experience: 3-17-26 I called to schedule an appointment for 3-18-26 @10:00 a.m. shared my insurance info to get there this morning to be told they do not accept my insurance. And for the receptionist to say she had just tried to call me but my phone was disconnected which was a LIE!! Poor customer service!!

The only downside is that the actual dentist(s) are only onsite once per week and never on weekends, meaning that any visits that require the dentist can only be made on a week day. If you are employed, you will lose hours (time and wages) every single required appointment.

When I went back for follow up, they remembered me an asked how I made out (with the pain from the extractions) and genuinely seemed to care. Moving forward They will be my primary dentist office

Most recently I had the pleasure of being greeted by Hiwot who is consistently pleasant and considerate from check in to check out! Berket assisted and made me feel so comfortable and was very considerate and attentive throughout the whole time. Zee and Dr. Wisam created a very comfortable and trusting atmospher. No need to second guess booking your appointment the staff/team is amazing and are highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This place is such a blessing from the girls in the front all the way to the assistants and Dr Rodriguez, there patient and kind making there patients feel like they matter and not just a patient I’m so happy and blessed to be a patient here. Positive experience: Today's visit left me very frustrated and irritated. I was only supposed to pick up my night and get remitted for my partial WELL I was informed that I still needed more dental work done. This is very exhausting that everytime I come in, there seems to be additional work. The fact that I was just told last week that I was finished to still needing work. AND to know find out that unnecessary work was done that will have to be redone is asinine; money and time wasted. Im only giving 3 stars because Leslie was amazing and so was the dental assistant ( I forgot her name). Both of their understanding, kept me from becoming extremely angry.

Negative experience: I don't even want to waste the energy to post this review. That is how bad this is. But I have had 5 different situations with the staff at this dental clinic. I don't really want to get on all of them and with who but I can tell you that we had 3 instances... 2 with me and 1 with my mother. We needed Crowns - which I know now, is not covered by our insurance- but they don't tell you until you come back to their place, ready to get it done and when you are sitting, they tell you that we need to pay for that. They should have said that when they knew we needed a crown - don't waiste my time. When they did it to me, they told me that they needed to get it approved with the insurance... I even told them to please call me and let me know. They took a week and didn't tell me untilvI was at their chair. They did it again to my Mother... and when they did it to my mother, they find out in seconds that the insurance wasn't going to pay. All they want is people to feel trapped and now they are there so just put it on a credit card and get it done. Is the way they operate. I will take my business to a different dentistry. I would give them NEGATIVE 10 STARS if there was a way to do that.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the facility, I was welcomed with all the pleasant courtesies. The first Nurse that cleaned my teeth, explained to me what she was going to do before commencing the procedure. She proceeded cautiously and explained to me what she was doing while asking how I was feeling during the procedure. The second nurse also explained to me what she was about to do and told me to alert her if and when I felt pain. She too proceeded with the caution that made me feel at ease. She told me about the state of my teeth and explained to me about FLOSSING with a string rather than depending on water flossing alone. The doctor examined my teeth and gave me the necessary advice . I wish to acknowledge and appreciate the services provided to me by all the staff and to thank you all for what I wish to refer to as “A JOB WELL DONE “. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: In the beginning, I choose their dentist's office because it's close to my home. But after I had a crown there and saw how they care about their patients. I decided to do implant too. The surgery was a success, and I could not be happier with the whole procedure. Dr. Mohammad is very professional and precise.

Fantastic experience: They’re the best dentist in the area. We’ve been to other places but the bedside manner is second to none, in my experience. Where often dentists will minimize your discomfort or pain, everyone here on staff does their best to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during unpleasant procedures. They caught things other dentists missed and had a comprehensive plan for the maintenance of my periodontitis, and even fixed a broken filling another dentist refused to work on.

Negative experience: Horrible dental care here. Save your teeth, go elsewhere. My crap filling fell out after 3 months, leaving me in pain and out the money to get it fixed. The office staff is also no good. I got calls from their office past 8 pm multiple times asking me to schedule my cleaning, etc. I don’t understand why they’d think that’s an appropriate time to call.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my dental care work done. These ladies are genuine and caring which is hard to find these days! In love with the staff The work is always top notch and they try their best to accommodate you and take care all of your needs! So thankful I found them.

Fantastic experience: The Doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. He doesn’t make you feel stupid or foolish. Instead he gently teaches you what you should do without condemnation. He is very patient and compassionate. In fact, the staff that I had contact with were all friendly and supportive.

Negative experience: I received an invoice from a yr back for some basic dental procedure for my son that wasn't covered because the dental practice wasn't in the network and not having their credentials updated since 2021 based on Humana military. Within all this time they haven't told us this. My wife went for basic cleaning about two months ago, then they also didn't told us that they weren't on the network either. Now they are charging us $2k because Humana didn't paid them. Now they want us to pay them when I have dental insurance and everything that my son and wife had done was supposed to be covered but since they fail to informed us of their issues not keeping their credentials updated, they are making us pay for their mispractice. I wish I can give a 0 stars, that's what the deserve for being an unprofessional dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My first time here today. Everything was absolutely amazing! Reception area was comfortable and inviting, there was coffee, tea and waters. The bathroom was super clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. And their prices (with my insurance) is the best in the area. I've lived here for 2 years and go to Aldi (in the same parking lot) almost every week, I wish I would have went to them sooner! Can't say enough great things about this office!
