Fantastic experience: I came into this office June of 2025. As soon as you walk through the door before it even closes you are promptly greeted. I was extremely nervous and just went with the flow. I met with Dr. Ali who was great and reassuring and then was handed off to Daniel (Danny). The young lady who did my x-rays and took me in was also calming. I felt the choice to come to this office was Gods guidance. Daniel did what he needed to do with my cleaning and made me feel comfortable when I shared how nervous I was and allowed me to feel the presence of the lord within his space. I share my experience today because I just had a follow up clean and again Daniel was the alignment needed. We encounter people and places at the right time. Some encounters show more than the actual purpose. Thank you, Nikki, Daniel, Dr. Ali, Ashley, and Chyanne, (sorry if its spelled wrong). When you have a strong team that starts in the front everything else falls into place. Keep shining and keep that beautiful light you all have. God Bless! Fantastic experience: Oral surgery sounds like a terrible day, but Dr. Santore was polite, informative, quick, and professional. No pain through the whole procedure. Pain meds wore off quickly, no drooling on yourself all day. No pain afterwards either. He was well worth the drive. His staff was very accommodated and friendly.

Negative experience: I have had my teeth cleaned by three different hygienists at Dental Arts of Avon. The one I prefer (Danny) was unavailable and I had to make an appointment with the one I had not seen yet. She was pleasant enough. However she seemed as though she wanted to complete the cleaning in record time. It was aggressive and painful. Hours later my gums are still sore and there are rough patches in my gums where she was rough with the polisher. Not a pleasant experience.

She is very knowledgeable and professional. Talitha did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and gentle. Afterwards I felt that my teeth were cleaner than they have been in a long time. I recommend this dental practice with complete confidence.

My visit on March 13, 2025 was excellent with the Hygiene Specialist. She was very thorough and gave me so much information, I can use to better my treatments. Now this is exactly how a Dentist should interact with a patient. Update October 2025-... I am overwhelmed with the talented Dr. Rubin Ali and her dedication to please and improve a patient's vision of a better smile. Brilliant is her mind and so wise it's just an excellent visit every time learning from her. Her way is the wisest and her medical advice fits each patient personally! Negative experience: Not much I can say its been 2 weeks still haven't heard back from Samanta Sheppard the person who looked at me still waiting on a response as the cost of me teeth A bed bug has better bed side manors then she does. Second if someone has a infection wouldn't you take care of that asap well that didn't happen All I know will not make the trip out there again. And they better not bill me for anything because THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING Go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali has been my dentist for 3+ years (and 3 different insurance carriers!), she’s a fantastic practitioner and leads a great office. In addition to regular dental care, she’s installed crowns for me and I’m now almost finished with Invisalign at age 68! Update: I had a mouth injury and Dr. Ali was able to see me on an emergency basis late in the afternoon it occurred. She referred me to a local periodontist and I was able to have my split lip stitched the next morning. All this after urgent care examined the injury and told me it wouldn’t be necessary to repair. Dr. Ali is skilled, warm, and invested in my dental health. Her assistants and office personnel are unfailingly caring and helpful as well. I recommend Dental Arts of Avon wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. They will lie to you and tell you they’re safe and cautious and they will sedate you and attempt to coerce consent for procedures you have already declined. When I met with the practice admin they lied to my provider about what happened when she was out and then discharged me as a patient when I did speak to her (Dr. Ali) and found out they had lied about what took place. Does not meet standards of care.

Negative experience: We go to Dental Arts of Avon for Daniel and Dr. Beason-Brown. They are both exceptional and trusted professionals. Today I was seen by two employees I have never met and to say my visit was a mess from beginning to end is an understatement! When I arrived I was told I needed a full mouth x-ray…the machine was not working properly, so plan B was to use a camera like device which required two people. The woman taking the “pictures” was actually a front desk receptionist and honestly, she was more educated on how to perform the x-ray than the Hygenist! Her approach was calm and precise where Hygenist fumbled around and jammed the device into my mouth. I was hoping she would calm down prior to my cleaning….needless to say, she didn’t. She was quick, rough and when she used water to clean out my mouth, she sprayed it all over me! She seemed nervous and unsure of herself. The icing on the cake was when the young dentist came in to check for cavities. She noticed I had a small one starting on my top wisdom tooth…the comments to her colleague were to make a note to fill or actually pull the tooth! I almost jumped off my chair! Why would you even suggest pulling a perfectly healthy tooth I asked?! Her explanation was that it is “difficult to fill a tooth that far back in the mouth and because I only have two top winsome teeth, just taking them out would be easier”! I was so stunned by this explanation…where is the common sense in that diagnosis?! It is my understanding that in the health care profession, you would attempt the less invasive protocol first and would think pulling 2 healthy teeth from someone’s mouth (because there is a tiny filling that is “hard” to reach) would be a last resort! Seems like a money grab to me! I would not visit this practice unless you are guaranteed to see Daniel (Hygenist) or Dr. Beason - Brown.

Positive experience: Dr. Sheng or however it is spelled. Sewed my wife's gum to her cheeks then told her it was my wife's fault. Now 13 months after I had filling put in they fall out and they say since it's over a year I have to pay for new ones? That's insane

Negative experience: Im waiting for them to return my call about a bill they sent me for an appointment they never cancelled after I left the practice. I was charged $500+ for dental X-rays they said would not cost me, but they neglected to tell me it would be taken out of my insurance allowance, reducing what I had left for a years worth of procedures. I could have had X-rays transferred from my previous dentist instead if I had been given that option. That was not offered. Instead they did complete dental X-rays — totally unnecessary. I did not have one concern when I visited them for the first time. Again, this might be standard but I don’t/didn't need any work done. They also wanted to charge me thousands for unnecessary procedures they recommended but never sent me written estimates that I requested. That’s when I called them back and cancelled with them. They never took my next scheduled follow up appointment off their calendar and to this day are still attempting to charge me a missed appointment fee. They haven’t called me back either. Call me back and I will amend this review…

Ashley was extremely helpful and explaining what my co-pay would be I am so glad I switched from my previous dental group. Where I always felt, I was playing spin the wheel to see which hygienist and dentist I would get.

Fantastic experience: They were all amazing. I got there early, they took me early and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: Bad experience I had a tooth extracted, and it was very painful. I had to move several times because of the pain, but the doctor and her assistant got upset, and in the end, they increased my fee for all the inconvenience they put me through. I do not recommend this clinic nor do I plan to return.

Everyone from the front office staff to the doctors are great with communication and customer service, encouraging a welcoming environment. The dental hygienist Danny is especially wonderful during cleanings, as he's very attentive to any concerns and genuinely cares about his patients!

I came in with one of the worst canker sores I've ever had, and he was very careful to not agitate it. Overall I'm very happy with this dentist office!

Negative experience: Worst dental office, I ever visited. I do not recommend. Got filling done and had to go back after weeks of pain coz they didn’t make the filling flush with rest of the teeth, when asked why was it not done right the first time, no answer! Got a bill and when called said the card reader didn’t go through on the day of service, after talking through she said it was something else and insurance issue. Out and out- worst Dentist in town.

Fantastic experience: My teeth had such a great workout! Dental Arts of Avon made me feel calm throughout the cleaning. They also took the time to print out a copy of my X-ray so I could identify the areas of my teeth I needed to focus on.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience…getting cavity fillings redone! Dr. Ali communicates super well, letting me know what she’s doing and what to expect. She has a quick, steady hand; everyone at the office is super kind and helpful; the waiting room is like a super comfy living room; and they see me on time! Couldn’t ask for anything more.
