Fantastic experience: Convenient professional and competent in a close by location. Good find. Good dentist, knows how to administer Novacain. Dr. Olsen is a great dentist. Handles difficult repairs with professional competence. Dr. Olsen also figured out how to save a complicated tooth repair saving me anguish and money. I'm very grateful! Great cleaning and exam post visit to work done in Spring.

Fantastic experience: Great hospitality, I really felt welcome here. Everything about the procedure, the products used and general dental habits were explained to me well. Instead of just doing their job, they were good at inviting you to learn more about dental hygiene. I decided to change to this branch for proximity, but in retrospect I would’ve changed just for their service.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist. Staff is great also. I had two teeth that became infected and needed to be pulled - I decided to do permanent ones. Doctor sent me to a very good surgeon that pulled them and placed posts for replacement teeth. Process took while but looks great and I have teeth back!!

Also when I first arrived the Secretary was able to easily correct insurance glitch . The visit felt like it was Taylor made for me. On a previous visit I really I was impressed by Dr.Olsen' s consciousness efforts to provide secure and precise placement of a crown.

Positive experience: Had to appointments in the last few weeks. Two weeks ago for a temporary crown implant and this week for the permanent crown. The first appointment was a little over a half hour, no pain, no issues. Flawless. Staff was congenial and informative. Second appointment for the permanent implant was quicker and easier. One of the smoothest dental procedures I have experienced. Same congenial staff. Other than the dent the procedure put in my wallet, the whole crown implant was essentially painless. :)

Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had so far at a clinic. They take your booking. You make alll arrangements to reschedule your meetings to attend it and then on the last moment they cancel the appointment and ask you to reschedule. It’s all done by text messages. Most insensitive way to handle customers. I got this experience back to back twice.

Fantastic experience: I just started seeing Dr Olsen at Premier Dental this year bc I switched my insurance. He is really great! He is honest and really good with solving dental issues without jumping to expensive procedures. He fixed an older crown that had always bothered me. He knew just what the issue was, and thankfully it didn’t cost me anything. He is spot on with diagnosing what’s going on. He’s also very personable. I’m very happy to have found him. The hygienists and office staff are great too.

Fantastic experience: I was having lunch and started to have some discomfort in eating and then noticed a piece of tooth I called premier dental and asked the receptionist if I could see Doctor Olson today.The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to set up an appointment with Doctor Olson for the same day.When I got to the office I was 10 minutes early and was taken in to see the doctor right away.Doctor Olson assistant was very professional and took an exray Doctor Olson showed me the exrays and we made a game plan.I was quite pleased with the professionalism and service of the entire office..

Fantastic experience: Obsessed with the new teeth cleaning protocol they just recently started! They begin with painting your teeth with a disclosing solution, and after awhile the areas that are pink/purple are where you need to work on brushing better. I believe the new protocol now relies primarily on pressurized water, much like a water flosser. This includes getting rid of many of the old steps like the nasty tasting toothpaste, the manual flossing, and most of the scraping process, which is also a huge relief given how unpleasant those steps were from a sensory perspective. At other practices, I've had them try to tell me I needed a filling for a cavity that didn't exist, whereas the staff here work with integrity and will show me x-rays and explain what they're doing every step of the way. I've always had great experiences working with the hygienists and the dentists here, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: God bless… too many cancellations tried to call to see if I could cancel. Nobody’s on the late call and they always charging $30 or something extra. Something is wrong with your teeth. They do that to everybody to get that money.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for a cleaning and the office staff and hygienist would not let me have a "regular" cleaning b/c I had a deep cleaning at my last visit. My insurance only covers a "regular" cleaning. I requested only a cleaning that my insurance would cover and the hygienist would not do this. So I will NOT be returning to this office in the future. It's very high pressure, money-driven, and patient-unfriendly.
