Fantastic experience: All I will say is: I was one of those people who didn't like dentists and I must have had the worst anxiety attacks every time I went to a dentist. Even for simple cleaning and exam. Until I met Dr. Ra, believe it or not, I no longer get those anxiety attacks when I visit Dr. Radi. Normal heart rate now . My family and I always feel welcome there and have been very satisfied. Dr. Radi is modest, professional, kind, and generous, always going above and beyond. Also, our sincere appreciation and compliments to his staff. I'm 55 years old, and Radi DDS is the only dentist's office that I have ever recommended to anyone I know. Thank you Dr. Radi and wonderful staff, for everything that you've done for our family.

Negative experience: I was having a health crisis as well one with my dog. I was late to the appointment. Earlier that morning I had been unconscious for 4 hours due to stress and anxiety.The receptionist was the most insensitive person showing absolutely no concern as I was not even given the opportunity to get a sentence in̈. she immediately gave me a very cold look and asked if I had insurance First the dirty look and the insurance question. I was sick, I had passed out earlier that morning and was dealing with a my dog was extremely sick and had made accidents throughout the house. So if you want to be treated like this go right ahead and make an appointment. Just a heads up.

Fantastic experience: I started as a child with the original staff , not only did they stay on , I chose to stay on when Dr Radi began . He and the staff have been fantastic for my family as it grew. I even felt safe in sending my parents and friends to him. Going of course for regular cleanings and check ups , Dr Radi has fixed my: Crowns, filling replacements, checks for signs of oral and neck cancer, today I just set up appointment for invisaline care . Fantastic experience: It was my first office visit and teeth cleaning. I ran into someone I knew in the waiting room which helped my anxieties. The office’s process is a little different than the dental office I came from, but the RDH explained everything step to make me more relax. The probing results were disappointing but that’s on me.
