Fantastic experience: Dr. Maddox and his team are superb. At first you might think he talks a lot, which he does! But, everything he says is information. In the past, I have always been anxious while having dental work done and thoroughly exhausted at the end. Because Dr. Maddox tells you what he’s doing and why for EVERY step of the procedure, I feel much more relaxed during and after. He’s very experienced and anticipates sensitivities so he’ll give you a heads up. He does beautiful work.

Dr. Maddox is amazing, he took the time to really explain everything to me and he took the time to actually get to know me as a person and not just a “patient”. I feel extremely confident in his treatment plan, he listed out what was a priority and what could wait. He is by far the best dentist i have ever been to. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful.

He explains what he's doing throughout the procedures and always asks if you're doing alright. His staff and technicians are the best. I didn't visit a dentist for almost 10 years, thought I had tons of irreversible damage, and was dreading having to go in and deal with it all. Fantastic experience: The last thing you want to do is wait to find a new dentist when you are having a dental emergency. Fortunately for me, that is exactly what happened to me. I was having a dental emergency, excruciating pain, knew I must be seen immediately but scared to go to the de rust. A friend recommended Dr Maddox. I called his office after hours and was referred to his personal phone number and he answered the phone close to 11 pm!!!! I was SHOCKED! Told me not to worry and be at his office at 8 the very next morning. I was there and terrified because I knew in my mind it was not going to be good news. I arrived that morning. The staff was so kind to me. I was trying not to cry but I was in so much pain coupled with being scared, I couldn’t help but cry. I met Dr Maddox, had X-rays etc. He was/is a mixture of compassion and right to the point. Two things I very much appreciated. He let me know all of my options, good and bad, and also let me know what must be done. He also lets you know what he is doing at that moment and why but before working on your teeth/mouth, will walk you through everything. His office is clean, state of the art equipment and he plays good music. I have to thank my friend Jackie for recommending him. Fantastic experience: This is the dentist you have been looking for. He Is VERY honest, sincere and has a wonderful since or humor as one goes through dental problems. Dr Maddox tells you step by step what you will endure. He has captured my entire family with his medical ethics. DON'T waste your time. Dr Maddox is your life long dentist. I am VERY critical of the doctors whom I see. From the front desk until leaving you will be treated well. Don't waste your time to find someone else. I have already done the research for you.

I love how Dr. Maddox is a perfectionist and narrates what he is doing during a procedure. Even though I have horrible dental procedure anxiety, he is patient with me and makes me feel that I am not the biggest pain in the behind, even though I am sure I am. All of his hygienist professionals are wonderful and are super careful not to poke you. Amanda has become the hygienist that makes me feel like I am in a safe place even when I'm freaking out inside. I appreciate all of the Dr. Maddox team. Each one of them has played an important role in my families dental journey. The front desk staff is super friendly, caring and compassionate. The entire office is also very efficient. When you have an appointment time, they respect your time as well as the doctors. Some offices will have you wait for extended periods of time, making you feel more anxious and that you are not important. This is never the case here. I highly recommend Dr. Maddox and his entire team.
