Fantastic experience: Jan 2023 Update. - Just had dental work done. I had called regarding a semi-emergency tooth issue and Hailey quickly set up the appointment to see Dr Skelton. Dr Skelton diagnosed the situation and did the work on the same visit. This team is always so professional. Lena, who assists Dr Skelton is amazing. She is very good at what she does. Dr Skelton is always professional and personable. One of the best dentists I have ever had. Hailey at the front desk is thorough and explains the charges to perfection. I highly recommend this office. Great team Thorough and honest Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Staff is hyper-sensitive about patient care. Heather, my Registered Dental Hygienist, always examines the soft tissue of my mouth to identify any issues. She is careful and thorough removing plaque between my teeth - frequently asking, "Are you OK?" I would also like to add that whenever dental surgery has been necessary the needle-work (injections to numb a work area) is wonderful. I barely feel anything. Once done I am finally able to relax and let Doc do her thing.

Fantastic experience: The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist and hygienist took the time to clean and examine everything and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean, modern, and ran right on schedule, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a dentist and hygienist who’s professional, gentle, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr Skelton is the absolute best dentist - I would not drive from out of town if it was not true. She is honest about what treatment is needed and when, and she is extremely thorough with all her work. I recently had some fillings at her office, and she and her assistant made sure I was physically and emotionally comfortable the entire time. My hygienist, Debbie, is always awesome. She does the best job cleaning my teeth and makes sure I am comfortable - she is another big reason I travel from out of town. Kelly & the front desk are also wonderful to work with and great with scheduling timely appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Skelton to anyone in need of a dentist.

Fantastic experience: the kor system is by far the most effective & efficient thing i’ve done to brighten/whiten my teeth. everyone in this office is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a joy to be around. they made the whole process as easy as it could be. this office has the best tech i’ve ever seen in a dental office, and looks to have been remodeled very recently. everything is top of the line and super nice. the results using Kor are well worth the price, so if you’re on the fence, i would say go for it.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at the dental office. It was my first time there and everyone was very welcoming and I loved how the hygienists and the doctors shared information with each other to make sure that I had really good care. I suffer from vertigo and I appreciated that they shared that information with each other not to tip me all the way back. I haven't always had that experience with dental offices so it was really refreshing.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed by Dr. Skelton, her dental hygienist and the front office staff. The office took all the necessary precautions for Covid....I never felt unsafe....They explained the procedure they are going to do me and are making sure that someone like me (a healthy fear of pain) at ease.

Negative experience: I scheduled via text with Hailey, but when it was time for my appointment I was told that she gave my slot to someone else. I had taken the day off work for my appointment. She didn’t even apologize, instead she said “I don’t recommend scheduling through text”. Why bother using text as a company if you are not going to make sure that you put your appointments on the schedule?

Fantastic experience: We moved to Gold River about 6 years ago found a dentist here. But in the past year we decided it was time for a change. With more aggressive dental work needed by myself and my husband, we were looking for a dentist that is up to date on equipment and, more importantly, someone who is gentle with their patients. After many online searches from Sacramento to Folsom (including checking out physical offices) we settled on Esthetic Reflections. My "meet and greet" appointment was amazing. It was in the Spring and during COVID. I felt safe and it was very thorough. Dr Skelton was very nice and gentle and she was able to fix my problem with a dental paste and no invasive procedures. I decided last week to get my teeth cleaned as well and they use an ultrasonic scaler which again, is gentle and thorough and was a new procedure for me. With their COVID protocol (including an addition of a super air filter for the office and employee testing), these people make me feel safe. They are really awesome, totally up to date on the newest equipment in dental procedures, are very thorough, and have a great office staff. My husband is geared up to go next week. We are so glad we have made the change!

Fantastic experience: Unable to get in with my regular dentist and they were able to see me for a dental emergency/pain. Very progressive high tech office and unusually friendly staff. Able to diagnose source of dental pain and made an immediately referral and appointment (same day) to a specialist for evaluation to determine if a root canal was required. I highly recommend the office for dental care in Folsom, CA.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Esthetic Reflections in Dentistry. Everyone from the front office assistant Haley to Dr. Skelton were complete professionals and most importantly. Nice. The office was especially clean and lots of Covid protocols so I felt completely comfortable. If you need a new dentist or want to make a change, I highly suggest making an appointment.

That's the shortest I've ever been in that office. And with this pandemic, the staff sure had measures to keep everyone safe while in the office.
