Fantastic experience: Hedia cleaned my teeth and i definitely will be going back in 6 months to have her clean my teeth again. I have 40 years experience in the dental field and i know when i get a good cleaning with no pain!

Fantastic experience: Melanie is the best RDH!! Thorough and gentle. Knowledgeable and kind! Dr. O’Donnel is great too!! Glad I found these guys!! Update: Melanie left. With AI answering the phone I’m having a difficult time getting an answer. I wanted to know if they do Invisalign, and if not if they could refer me. . The AI Assistant did not know, and transferred me to the front desk. I spoke to a young man who didn’t know and would call me back. I never got a call. I called three hours later and spoke to the AI assistant who transferred me to another person. Who did not know, they would have someone call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Maybe by posting this, they’ll get my attention.

Positive experience: I’ve had a great experience with the dentists and hygienists at this office. I’ve seen two different dentists, and both were welcoming, thorough, and made me feel comfortable during my exams. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk has been completely different. I left 3–4 voicemails over the span of a month, and none of them were returned. When I finally received a call from the office, it wasn’t regarding any of my previous questions, it was to cancel my surgery. My phone rang twice before they hung up, and I immediately received an email notifying me of the cancellation. I called back right away and expressed my frustration about repeatedly trying to reach the office without receiving a response. This was the first time anyone had actually answered one of my calls. I was then given an email address and told to direct any questions there. I emailed two separate times with questions and received no response. I had my wisdom teeth removed and emailed asking for a post op appointment, since the app for booking wasn’t working. I haven’t gotten a response. It’s been frustrating to feel like my questions and concerns are not taken seriously. The lack of communication and follow through from the front desk has felt very dismissive and unprofessional. Patients should not have to repeatedly call and email over the course of two months just to get basic questions answered. I’ve genuinely liked the dental providers I’ve seen here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The quality of care from the dentists and hygienists has been great, but the communication and responsiveness from the front desk could use significant improvement.

Fantastic experience: Dr O’Donnell is an awesome dentist who explains each procedure he did in detail with a very relaxed approach. He placed a crown on me to correct my bite after a different crown procedure I had done a previously in another city. What a difference it made! He and his staff are so kind and professional. I feel really fortunate to have found this office.

Negative experience: I really don’t want to leave negative reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences with this office, I feel it’s important to share. The biggest issue was with the dentist Dr. Odonnell. I felt there was very little personal communication or genuine concern for my well-being, and the focus seemed to be on making money rather than providing quality care. My crowns were done poorly, which left me in significant pain for weeks. Instead of feeling heard or cared for, my concerns were largely dismissed. My son’s experience with the oral surgery department was also disappointing. His wisdom teeth surgery was canceled twice in a row, and because I had already taken time off work, I literally had to go to the office in person just to reschedule. When we finally saw Dr. Guerrero, his female assistant was extremely rude and impatient with both my son and me. Dr. Guerrero himself came across as dismissive and unwilling to answer my questions thoroughly, which was frustrating when discussing a surgical procedure. Unfortunately, the scheduling problems didn’t stop there. My husband is also a patient at this office, and his routine cleaning was canceled twice at the last minute because the hygienist was “not available.” We were told the office had called that morning, but repeated last-minute cancellations show a lack of respect for patients’ time. The only positive experience we had was with one of the female dentists, who was kind and pleasant to interact with. It’s disappointing that our family has had so many unpleasant experiences in one practice, from poor dental work and painful outcomes to rude staff, dismissive communication, and repeated scheduling issues. We will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sealey and Liz were phenomenal. Made me feel very relaxed even though my BP showed how nervous I was. Told Dr. Sealey I’ve had worse cleanings than the root canal he performed. Thanks to Dr. Sealey, Liz and all the staff of FHD.

Fantastic experience: Very Professional and Quick to operate despite being quite busy. Dr. O and Sierra were very welcoming and provided a great experience with care and precision.

Fantastic experience: I needed to switch dentists because of changing insurance providers and picked FOLSOM hills dentistry because of their positive reviews. I’ve had 3 visits this year and have to say I am impressed. Cutting edge technology and skilled staff all around at this office. 2 crowns, with a perfect fit, each done in a single day and pain free both times.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with an old filling that partially fell out needing a crown asap. Not only was the office able to see me same day and fix it but every individual I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Dr Abigail was sweet as a button and efficient. I have only been to this office twice and now seen two dentists and have been throughly impressed. 10/10 recommend coming here for any dental needs

Negative experience: Made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned today. Received a call from the office to move the appt. from 11:00 to 10:00 am. Fine, I can do that. Left work, drove for 20 minutes, arrived 5 minutes early to check in. I was told I need an X-ray to have my teeth cleaned, and their X-ray machine has been down all morning. Poor communication from staff and complete disrespect for people's time and money. The office manager had nothing to say but " Sorry". Not, we will be working on additional training for staff to better communicate, so we don't waste your time or money. I will not be using them in the future.

Fantastic experience: First let me say wonderful, second I have been to many different dentist due to bad teeth and so far I have not been happier in my 63 years. Dr O’Donnell listens to your concerns and helps you work through them as well as explaining it all so you can understand. I have a few more appointments to go and will keep you updated on my wonderful professional and personal over all very pleased work. Also front desk are also amazing as well as the doctor’s assistant( sorry don’t know her name). I recommend this office already in just a couple visits. Let me add also very gentle that is very important when you’re a senior.

Positive experience: The doctors and medical staff are great overall but getting your calls answered by someone actually in the office or getting a return call has been ridiculous over the last year. Even when calling to make a payment or confirming payment obligations you can’t get anyone to call you back. When you call them you are routed to an AI agent who routes you to a third party answering service who has limited access and can only pass your message along. Here I am calling at 11:20 am and am being routed to the answering service again. It’s pretty frustrating and does not make me feel confident in scheduling future services with the office.

Fantastic experience: This office is really well-run and friendly especially with the intake process for new patients. I had a great experience getting set up with a consultation, cleaning, and catching up on better maintaining my dental health after a bit of a lapse in appointments between providers. The staff is awesome and everyone from the front desk to care consultants to the doctor and dental hygienist team are so friendly and caring. Really great first impression and an immediate recommendation for their services.

Fantastic experience: Folsom Hills Dentistry is the best! I have had many dental procedures with various dentists over the years, and my experience here is the most positive. Dr. O’Donnell ensures that you are as comfortable as possible, allows for pauses to make the process easier, and explains what he is doing and how long each step will take. His assistant Lana is not only great at her job but just a very special and kind person. She treats you like family! (To put this in perspective: No, I don’t usually give such shining reviews. Fantastic experience: Update: Folsom Hills Dentistry recently hired an Operations Manager (Chris). Chris has been absolutely wonderful, and has a personal touch that is unmet. Chris, Dr. Ford and Brittney have been a pleasure working with and have reassured my family and I that we selected the right dentist.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Folsom Hills a couple of years ago and have been pleased with the service. The staff is professional, well organized, and welcoming. At my last appointment for cleaning I saw Gayane and thought she was great. This time I saw Mansi. She was professional, personable, and demonstrated excellent communication skills. She was very thorough with the cleaning, gave clear explanations, and provided specific recommendations.

Fantastic experience: At first I had mixed feelings about this dental office because it seemed too big and impersonal, but then I had an appointment with Dr. Justin Ford. He was so incredibly thorough with the initial exam, even checking the outside of my jaw and neck for anything irregular (never had a dentist do that). He discovered that I had a cavity developing on one of my veneers that he not only fixed, but was patient with me going back multiple times for adjustments due to sensitivity. Not his fault, just the placement of where the tooth hits. The front desk staff can come off a bit overwhelmed at times, but they have also been very helpful in figuring out some insurance issues. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place and so glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: So happy with Folsom Hills and Dr. O'Donnell. I had a cracked root and was seriously worried about cost of repair. Dr. O'Donnell was able to save the tooth and rebuild my crown, saving me thousands of dollars. Additionally, im 59 years old and really hate needles. Dr. O'Donnell always takes the time to reassure me and makes sure everything is pain-free as possible. I highly recommend dr. O'Donnell. Thanks so much for the great work.

I hope Nobody ever trusts him with their teeth!!! He’s a horrible person and very very incompetent. Stay away!!! Very rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing. I hope he loses his license!!!! Negative experience: This dental office clearly prioritizes profits over patients. From the moment you walk in, the staff feels scripted and robotic, with little genuine concern for individual situations. I had to miss an appointment because my child was sick—something any reasonable healthcare provider should understand. Instead of showing empathy or flexibility, they refused to reschedule unless I paid cash upfront. That policy felt cold, inflexible, and more focused on money than on patient care. Healthcare should be built on trust and compassion, not rigid policies designed to squeeze patients financially. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others who expect basic understanding and humane treatment from their dental provider to find a better dental office

Fantastic experience: Marsi was great with my dental cleaning. Explaining the treatment did help calm me, and I can tell she is very thorough with her work. Overall good experience. I walked in the office and was greeted by name at the front desk by their Treatment Coordinator. The coordinator was also very helpful, making sure my questions were answered. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve continued to have fantastic experiences here. The staff are great, and thorough. In the past, I’ve been hesitant to go to the dentist, but my experiences here have taken away that anxiety. Dr. Cho gives excellent guidance and takes his time to educate, and patiently answer all your questions. I look forward to seeing him, as he is friendly, and personable. By following through with his advice, we have seen tangible improvements in my dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr. T and everyone here are absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff! To start, Brittany was so helpful from day one, and makes everything so easy! Sam was awesome, and Dr. T truly goes above and beyond for his patients! I was initially referred here, and decided to make this my primary dental office! That being said, I truly couldn’t recommend them more! If you’re looking for an amazing dentist, this is the place!

Negative experience: We are part time residents. Previous doctors were great. Has since gone down hill. Office insists on unnecessary x rays even though they could access them from my dentist in So.Cal from a year ago. Our PPO pays them regardless. We will not return as they disregard patients personal boundaries.

Fantastic experience: Folsom Hills Dentistry has wonderful Dentists, an outstanding Manager and an excellent Staff. Recently I had an old crown fall off and 3 days later they repaired it with a new crown on the same day. Looks even better than the original crown. No pain after the procedure! Thank you Dr. T.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dental office for the past couple of years. I was there a few days ago for a cleaning and exam and I just have to say what a great experience. Dr T, Jathan, and other staff members were pleasant and efficient. Excellent!

Positive experience: It was fine, only seen the dentist for a few minutes and he hygienist that cleaned my teeth for me hit me soaked wet where she needed to change the bib and she dropped items on the floor and was hoping the front of my teeth would have gotten cleaner like when the the Dentist completes my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. T and Jathan are absolutely amazing! I’ve had horrible experiences in the past and their care and compassion has created a life long patient! The manager Mariah was so attentive and kind and keeps a very clean and professional office!

Negative experience: Avoid this place. They are clearly trying to scam patients in any possible way. Always check the Code Procedures and treatment plan with your insurance. They want to bill for unnecessary procedures or those that are already covered by insurance. Funny if they are being told or pointed out some billing issues, their staff become extremely rude and angry. The front desk does not listen at all, but always makes sure payments, even if not legitimate, are made before you set foot in.

Fantastic experience: Muncie has a great talent and caring demeanor. . She cleans my teeth with caring and knowledge. I’m afraid of dental work But not here. They show professionalism and help calm me I get crowns and all dental work done here. They are the best people and I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Negative experience: It’s a scam dentistry office . They took bunch of tests and scans and forcing me to do a $1500 job for my teeth where I opted to decline . But I requested for basic cleaning of my teeth and they will always try to avoid to give an update or book me a cleaning appointment. I cald every day for update on the appointment and still they say that they didn’t have enough time to get an update on my cleaning service . I don’t know how people are trusting them . I made my wife appointment with them and will cancel mine and hers for future . Never going to Return again . Thumbs down . please avoid them .

Positive experience: The tech who cleaned my teeth was very informative on way for me to better care for my teeth. Found two new cavities. Dr. Came in to examine my teeth. Said there were two new cavities. Concusion, two caps, my cost $3,000. No discussion on doing fillings or why immediately directly to caps.

Fantastic experience: I love my perio hygienist Melanie so much! She is so incredibly knowledgeable and professional at the work she does. I absolutely will never go anywhere else for my perio cleaning needs, and dental needs. The dental office and staff are all so wonderful too. Love coming here!

Negative experience: At my 6 month cleaning appointment the hygienist came in and polished my teeth (only), no descaling to remove any plaque, of which I usually have very little. The dentist came in and said everything looked great and then the dental assistant (not the hygienist) pulled him aside and whispered something. Suddenly, he looked in my mouth again and stated that I needed a deep cleaning, just on my back teeth. I also had to make another appointment for this. I was stunned and knew I was being scammed. If he didn't see this while checking my teeth and/or after looking at my x-rays, why suddenly did I need it after he talked to the assistant. My portion would be $400 cash after insurance. I've never gone in for a cleaning and not had my teeth descaled, ever. I was also told months ago that I had a cracked tooth, to which I said, "Show me." He pointed out a dark line on the top of my tooth with a mirror, not on the x-ray. I said that I had no pain or problems so let's leave it for now. That line is now gone. No broken tooth nor any mention thereof on this visit. Something is very off at this dentist office. Needless to say, I won't return.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for awhile, Dr. O’Connell. He’s very kind and respectful, as are his staff and as a person with dental anxiety they treat me with so much care. They brought me water and a blanket on my last visit because of how scared I was. The only reason I chose 4 stars is because I don’t agree with their billing. Dr. O’Connell is very experienced, and he went to training to be able to do a special type of crown, the CEREC crown, which is a fancy ceramic/porcelain crown that can be maid in office that day. This cerec crown is what they recommend. Porcelain crowns are 100% covered by my insurance, but because the dentistry decides there’s a special upcharge for the cerec crown, insurance won’t cover it. They wanted to charge me $1175 for each crown. For something that would otherwise be free. I requested for a pre authorization to be sent to my insurance and I will be getting the regular porcelain crowns, but the idea that they get to decide how much they charge for a crown that is the same material is a little weird to me.

Fantastic experience: Had an urgent appointment due to a chipped front tooth. Dr Cho was very professional and pleasant. He gave me options and costs. Then fixed my tooth in a matter of minutes. I was extremely happy with the service.
