Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Taori was unbelievably honest and knowledgeable. Saved me from a dentist scam I encountered recently. Because of her, I could sleep again. Beautiful office ambiance and generous little giveaways (hand sanitizer & lip balm). Most holistic approach to dental I’ve ever seen. I’m over the moon happy with this office and staff. Kayla is the best!! So happy I found a dentist I could TRUST!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal, to say the least. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and compassionate. I was in excruciating pain, and the doctors showed genuine empathy while being gentle, attentive, and thorough throughout my visit. Although they weren’t able to fully resolve my issue, they referred me to other specialists who could help. I was not only prescribed pain medicine but also antibiotics, which showed their prompt and proactive concern for my health. Some providers may send you on your way without considering that infections—big or small—can sometimes become serious. They believe in being safe rather than sorry, and I greatly appreciated that level of care in today’s society. They truly put the “Family” in Arden Mill Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this office. I recently went in with a cracked tooth and was honestly pretty stressed about it. I don’t have dental insurance, but they helped me get set up on their membership plan, which has already saved me a lot of money. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is how kind and accommodating everyone is. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, and they always make me feel comfortable and welcome. They never make me feel embarrassed or judged about my teeth, which means more than they probably realize. If you’re someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist or you don’t have insurance, I highly recommend giving them a try. They’ve made every visit a positive experience, and I’m really grateful to have found them.

And they are a very financially responsible group of workers, they try their best to lower your healthcare costs as much as possible. Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! I used medicaid and everything was covered, all my cavity’s were filled. I got an appointment almost immediately and came every week untill alll the work was completed. The Dr is so kind, quick but efficient. I never had to be there more than a hour. She made me feel very comfortable and i never felt any pain. I also feel nervous about asking for additional touch ups following treatment, but she made sure i knew bite adjustment and anything else would be no problem! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone :)

I chose Arden meal family dentistry due to their high reviews And I'm so glad I did. They took very good care of me by giving me a huge peace of mind. They Did not pressure me into things I was not comfortable with And we're willing to try less invasive procedures to protect the teeth I have instead of scaring me into larger or more complicated ones. I've left feeling cared for rather than made feel guilty or shamed for my teeth issues. I highly recommend this office and the team here!

Negative experience: My special needs daughter was left with strict instructions for no x-rays as she has enough struggle against environmental variants without adding more. When I was called back, they had done 2 x-rays!! This is doubly ridiculous because they had in hand recent x-rays from 2 different dentists. We were just switching dentists to be closer to home and lower our costs. Can anyone spell 'billing'. I have since been led to believe that this is not an unusual occurrence, but on a special needs patient!!! Shame on you!!

Negative experience: Office is very clean however the dentist is rude and overbearing! She is also very rough when providing services and makes rude comments. My daughter left school to get her teeth cleaned (mind you she had eaten earlier) and she complained about her teeth being dirty! They did a root canal on my other daughter and within a few months it fell out , when I called to ask them to fix it they wanted new insurance and after I refused to give them the insurance they refused to fix their mess up ! 0 out 10

Fantastic experience: My son has had 2 visits now at Arden Mill Family Dentistry. Everyone in the office was very patient and helpful with his exam and his fillings. It was his first time getting fillings and they got him in and out while doing a great job! The membership was also a life saver for us, I 10/10 suggest!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taeori was able to review a treatment plan presented to me that was needing a second opinion. She was able to explain to me why the plan was not the current standard of care and the risks associated with the plan. After researching both I agreed with Dr.Taeori and decided to get an implant versus very costly bridge. She saved me several thousands of dollars as a result. I also found out she offers nitrous oxide for appointments and this is something that really helps nervous dental patients like me. Thank you to Dr.Taeori and her highly competent staff for getting me on the right path to complete my treatment plan comfortably and without the massive price tag I was about to embark on for the wrong procedure. I will have all of my work done here as a result of the honesty and professionalism of this clearly cohesive team. Thank you!

Negative experience: I was a patient for over a year and a half. The staff is great, I loved the assistant. They don’t have a hygienist so the dentist does the cleaning herself. She seems very kind and nice until she gets started. She is aggressive and rough with the cleaning and has a condescending tone. She is extremely pushy about leaving a review. She badgered me every time I came in that I hadn’t left one… I didn’t want to leave a negative review until I had found another dentist. Also, the amount of phone calls and texts to confirm your appointment is excessive.

Fantastic experience: I had tooth pain start on a Friday night. I kept the pain at bay the best I could over the weekend. I called Arden Mill Family Dentistry on Monday Morning as a new patient, and they got me in by 11am. Explained my situation got Xrays done and had a wisdom tooth pulled all within two hours. Doctor and staff were very professional and accomodating. Arden Family Dentistry will be my new Dentist moving forward. Thank you!
