Negative experience: This was a great practice until Dr. Prescott sold to this horrendous group that he sold to. I’ve been receiving bills for almost a year now and we haven’t been to the practice since he sold. Make it make sense. Asked for my records to be transferred months ago, made it abundantly clear that since they stopped taking our insurance, we would not be back and they continue to send bills for nothing, as no services have been rendered. All of the bills for past services were paid in full, and we did not carry any balance over. Just recently started receiving random bills with no itemization, no detail of services rendered nothing just random amounts of money that they think we’re going to just pay because they asked us to. Never seen anything like it. Do not go here. Dr. Prescott is a wonderful dentist however this new practice he sold to is not. A horrible, horrible practice and we went to him for many many years. Much better dentists in the area, do not go to this one.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Prescott did an amazing job with a broken filling that had taken some of my tooth with it. The filling was from years ago, well before I moved here. I had a horrible childhood dentist and it’s given me a lot of anxiety to have dental work done. I was terribly nervous about the procedure being done and everyone then, including Dr. Prescott, was so understanding and did everything they could to put me at ease. In the end, everything went very well and the experience did a ton to relieve my anxiety. Doing a cleaning (the dental hygienist was wonderful as well) there was another cavity that should be replaced and updated and having that done was anxiety free. Really a great experience, I’m glad all of us go there.

Positive experience: I’ve been 3 times in last week with 3 different family members. We’ve seen 3 different temp dental hygienists. I like consistency so not a fan of this. I recognize they are going through changes with ownership but the environment feels very different.

Negative experience: Had been coming to this place for years as an adolescent and young adult but a few years ago had to get some crowns put in. There was always trouble with scheduling and communication which was irritating. The most infuriating part? I had multiple crowns done that were left with open margins and poorly fitting porcelain leading to early onset of decay..those crowns didn't last even 5 years. I get regular cleanings and have good care habits, gum measurements all 3 and below. So i know it was not b/c of my lack of care. To say the least if feel robbed of time and money. ive had to spend so much to fix the work they did. The fact that im still working to fix this is crazy! End rant. Should have posted a long time ago.
