Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my appointment today! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Scheduling was quick and easy, and everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. The dentist was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I also loved the TVs on the ceiling. They’re such a nice touch and really help make the appointment more enjoyable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Dr Primavera and staff who are absolutely wonderful. Our daughter has medical care trauma issues and getting her to take anesthetic shots for a cavity was a huge challenge. Their patience and care for her were outstanding and ultimately we got the job done.

Fantastic experience: I know going to the dentist isn't at the top of everyone's list of favorite things to do, but when you do go this is the place to go. Dr. P is great, and he's gentle which is nice when you have to get a crown or something. The dental hygienists are gentle too, so I don't dread getting my teeth cleaned. You won't be sorry if you go to Palmetto Advanced Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Palmetto Advanced Dentistry is one of the best dental offices I've been in since I've moved here 2 years ago. Dr primavera is one of the best implant doctors and general dentist in our area he is truly very knowledgeable professional and he is here for the patient and not just to make money. Michelle the front desk receptionist is so wonderful to deal with and Mary Dr primavera's assistant is very nice. I would highly recommend if you're in need of a dentist or an implant specialist you go to this man as he comes highly recommended I've had implants for 20 years and when they say they can work on them they know what they're talking about. I gave him five stars and the man deserves more than five stars but that's all Google will allow me to give cuz I'd give him 20 if I could like I said highly recommend him and the office and you'll see for yourself when you walk through that front door

From the time I first walked through the door and met Michelle, at the reception desk - a kind and friendly Lady. (Who actually moved up my appointment because of an Urgent situation.) Then Mary, led me into the Exam room, She made me feel very comfortable. When Dr Primavera came in, We talked about his treatment plan for me. He was knowledgable, and Professional and understanding. We discussed taking care of my urgent problem first. Then explained how we would take care of another problem that I had. I was agreeable to the whole Plan. I left feeling totally satisfied. Fantastic experience: Palmetto Advanced Dentistry staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. The overall first time experience was wonderful as they made us feel very welcome and our needs important to them. Since this original post over a year ago I have been back a couple of times to have a crown replaced as well as a couple of cleanings. I have had three different dental assistants and they are all kind, helpful and thorough. The dentist does a great job in his setting the tone with his staff and they all together execute a very efficient dental office. Pricing is good but the smiles from all of them make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency. A crown dislodged from my front tooth. I called the office first thing in the Morning. The greeting on the phone was Pleasant, happy and cheerful, which put me at ease. An appointment was made. That very same day and the tooth was fixed. Three associates plus the doctor assisted me throughout the day and it was one of the most wonderful experiences you could ever ask for. It reminded me of home when you went to the dentist. He confirmed my suspicions that a dental procedure was not needed at this time. He gave me preventative options before needing to perform any dental procedures. Fantastic experience: My wife and best friend is confined to a wheelchair and has speech issues and paralyzed on one side. The hygienist had her work cut out for her. But she managed to take x-rays and clean her teeth while she was still in that wheelchair the young lady had to do a lot of bending over to get this accomplished. Fantastic experience: I feel like most wouldn't describe a trip to the dentist as pleasant but Palmetto does their best to make it as pleasant as possible. They are seriously Amazing! From the moment you walk in they make you feel taken care of. Also gotta shoutout Kelly, my dental hygienist. I assume they try to put you with the same hygienist each time because i've had kelly every time, I like that they do that because it's nice to see a familiar face when you come back each time. Fantastic experience: Our family adores Dr. P, his wife Katie who is always so kind to us, and all his staff especially Mary! I am challenged with being able to open my mouth wide and hold it open for long periods of time from a history of TMJ symptoms. They always take so much time with me through every procedure ensuring I’m comfortable and doing ok. Dr P and Mary always keep me informed step by step during the process- they even tell me how much longer until I can rest my jaw and give me as many as many breaks as I need. He has personally referred me to the best TMJ specialist and worked find ones who accept insurance!! Everyone is a delight to work with and they make me laugh while I am there. Our family is so thankful for them and amazed by how personable and professional they each are. Seriously- the best dentist and staff we have ever had. If you struggle with dental nerves/anxiety or TMJ this is your place!
