Fantastic experience: This was our fourth visit with Dr.Noah, and we could not recommend a Dentist office more! My son had dental emergency today and they got him in at 10:30! We were extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate him and get him all fixed up really fast! Dr.Noah is always great with distracting them from what's actually happening and it makes seeing the dentist like a fun thing to go do and not something that is terrifying! You know it's a good dentist and staff when you pick your kid up from school to tell him he is seeing Dr.Noah is yells with joy and not fear! Thanks again to Dr.Noah and to the entire staff!!

Fantastic experience: Truly a wonderful experience. Appointment was at 10:30 went right on back on time. Sydney was our hygienist, my daughter is 3.5 still scared of the unknown but independent. Sydney made her feel comfortable explained all the things she was going to do before she did them. Dr. Noah Menaker was wonderful, personable. Reassured me of my concerns. The environment was clean, kid friendly. And of course the praise and rewards were awesome. Will be back for our two annual visits.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Pediatric Dentistry for about 7 years and seen all of the dentists. My kids have had such a great experience with all of them - they’re all so caring and fun and puts the kids at ease for any type of procedure. My daughter had sensory issues and as a result, we needed almost all baby teeth pulled when they were ready to come out. In each of those appts, they always took great care of her and made her feel so comfortable. The dental hygienists and front desk ladies are always so welcoming, sweet and easy to talk to. You won’t find a better pediatric dentist practice!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been to 2 other offices over the last year. Due to a number of bad experiences, my youngest son has pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. We Prayed and continued looking for the right place to go. Waxhaw pediatric dentistry cared for my children, showing them love and grace from the very first visit. My kids are comfortable, the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help my kids feel safe and to accommodate our needs as a family. The office is clean and there are lots of fun activities to help keep my anxious boy busy- he has had so much fun in the office. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this office to my friends and family and community as they truly are 10/10 in service, care and hospitality.

Fantastic experience: On our first visit to Dr. Noah and staff my 9 yr old had to get 2 canine baby teeth pulled to make space for her adult teeth. I cannot express how grateful I am that they work so well together and for the child to keep them comfortable and distracted in fun activities and conversations that she did not even realize what was going on. They explain everything up front to parents and take the time for questions without feeling rushed. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter! Way to go team at Waxhaw pediatrics dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and office. I brought all 4 of my children ages 4-8 years old and they did amazing with them. They have TV above their head to watch while getting dental work, games for siblings who are waiting, and then a prize machine for them after the visit.

The waiting room was full of games and activities that kept her entertained, and the staff was incredibly patient, calm, and friendly throughout the visit. The hygienist and dentist explained everything in a fun, reassuring way, and the TVs helped keep her relaxed. The prize tokens at the end were a huge hit! As a parent of a 20-month-old, I was a little nervous going in, but the entire team was so kind, patient, compassionate, and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and genuinely listened to any concerns I had. They made my toddler feel comfortable and safe, which made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their patients and families. I’m so thankful we found this office and would absolutely recommend them to any parent looking for a caring, knowledgeable pediatric dental team!

Fantastic experience: Brought my twin 2.5 year olds in for their first appointment. The hygienists and dentist were so kind and patient despite 2 crying toddlers who didn’t want to open their mouths. We were able to do a quick cleaning and have fluoride painted on for both. We’ll be coming back for their 6 month cleanings.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves coming to this location. The staff is professional and really kind. There is actually another location that’s closer to us, but this one is worth the drive. The only negative is the hours are pretty limited, so you’d have to make an appointment during school hours or wait to do so during a break. Other than that, no complaints!

Dr. Molly explained the procedure to my daughter in a caring manner. She also took the time to talk with me in private to avoid any anxiety with my daughter. Fantastic experience: Doctor Meg and Nurse Bailey made our first pediatric dentist experience an absolute delight! I think I was more nervous than my daughter but they took such good care of her & answered all my questions. My daughter doesn’t take to the strangers fast but willing held Dr. Meg’s hand during her cleaning and asked to be held while picking out her goodies. We will be lifelong clients and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a dentistry to call home!!

Our dental assistant, Sydney, was so gentle, my one year old loved her! And Dr. Molly answered all our questions and was so great with my son’s first dental exam that he barely even fussed. I emailed them with an emergency regarding my son and they promptly returned my call, had already ran my new insurance and opened up a spot for my little guy the same day. The experience: The minute I walked in they didn’t fail to impress with their professionalism, cheerful disposition and attention to detail. I mean OMG - every single dental office out there needs to take notes because this practice so far does not do average. It’s EXCELLENCE. My son is 6 and they extracted two teeth seamlessly- not one tear, yell, problem. It’s was just so …. Flawless. (These ladies should just play the Beyoncé flawless track and do a tik tok… have all the dental staff jam in the background and I promise it wouldn’t be overdoing it because it would just be #FACTS ‍♀️ !!! just SAYIN ‍♀️) In a nutshell: I love this practice .. you need to come here. Why haven’t you switched over already!?

Negative experience: This review is not the doctors/hygienists, but strictly for their billing department and manager. I have taken my boys here since their first tooth came in, and I have always been so grateful for the care they have received. Unfortunately, the billing department and billing manager are awful to deal with and certainly do not care about their patients/clients. The office is now out of network for us, but never would I have expected to pay over $300 for a cleaning and X-ray WITH insurance. Especially, when they tell you the services are 100% covered. The billing manager offers zero help and understanding, which is incredibly disappointing to say the least. I love the doctors here, but will no longer recommend this business, nor bring my boys here in the future.

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise Pediatric Dentistry of Waxhaw enough! My oldest has been a patient for a couple of years and we’ve always loved the practice. But today I took all 3 of our kids, ages 2, 3 and 7, and the team was phenomenal. They handled the two youngest with care and ease for their first visit. My youngest was done first and her hygienist stayed with her while I floated between my other two. Dr. Molly was quick and knowledgeable as always and helped us get in front of potential issues down the road. The team made what could have been a stressful situation wrangling uncomfortable children a breeze. And bonus, they sent home the cutest photos of them for their first visit. 15/10, will always bring my kids here.

Fantastic experience: We had both my girls’s appts today at this location and as much I was worried about little one seeing a dentist for the first time.. it was a breeze! Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and Dr. Noah were so welcoming and made the entire experience so smooth! My older one got X-rays for the first time and she was literally smiling through it all! Dr. Noah is so great with kids! My older daughter saw him when we worked at a different office and I remembered how comfortable he made her feel. We stopped going there since he left the practice but were so excited to find him coincidentally here at Pediatric dentistry of Waxhaw! The excitement of the little reward coin to get a toy is a plus for the kids;) Thank you for making a dentist appointment so easy for our girls.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jason Sperati is just as magical as I’d heard (maybe more)! He helped my sensory-sensitive kiddo who is normally very nervous with the dentist (& especially men!) feel totally comfortable. The front desk staff and hygienist were also very welcoming and attentive, which helped as well. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: The Pediatric Dentistry of Waxhaw is like no other pediatric dentistry. Dr. Molly & her team were pretty amazing with our boys! From the time you arrive you are greeted so sweetly by the receptionist. The dental & hygienist consultations were thorough & we never felt rushed. The kiddos loved getting the hygienist bag of goodies & a token to get a little prize at the end of the visit. I believe we have finally found our forever dentistry for our kiddos! Fantastic experience: Our youngest had an accident at school and it was recommended we get his injury looked at. Everyone at Pediatric Dentistry of Waxhaw was wonderful to interact with and so helpful! The front office staff took our information and quickly confirmed they could squeeze us in. They were very helpful and great with our child when taking X-rays (which doing on a 2 year old is no easy task). Dr. Molly was so kind and did an excellent job explaining her findings from the exam in an easy way that we could understand, walking us through what to look out for in a calm manner. Fantastic experience: Excellent pediatric dentist. We've been patients for years. Always friendly, with prompt appointment starts. Great staff, too. They have rewards for kids, a very nice, clean facility, and "report cards" to show how your child is doing with brushing.

Fantastic experience: Sheila was amazing with my special needs kiddo. She made my son feel so comfortable. She was able to accommodate him by putting us in a private room and was able to remove all his tarter and complete x-rays which has not been done before! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Dr Meg and her staff in Waxhaw are professional, welcoming and kind. Dr Meg, the hygienist and staff go above and beyond to help in any way. The boys have seen Dr Meg since they were 3 years old and they both love her. She has such a warm and easy going personality, which makes for a less fussy office visit for children. She communicates well with them and encourages them without being overbearing. We have been very pleased and highly recommend this office for anyone who is searching for a pediatric dentist.
