Fantastic experience: I am happily amazed at your ability and willingness to do it all, including a bridge on a front tooth when many dentists now pass patients back and forth between specialists. Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I haven’t received any treatment yet, so I can’t comment on the doctor or her work, but I was planning to have a root canal done here. Their website indicated they accept Cigna insurance, so I decided to call and confirm. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. From the moment she answered the phone until I hung up, she was just plain rude. She sounded angry and unpleasant throughout the conversation. I asked her general questions, questions I’ve asked at other dental offices, and I kept a professional tone, but she responded as if I were wasting her time. Expressions Dental, you lost a potential patient before even becoming one. That was the worst interaction I’ve ever had, and it left me feeling really upset.

Fantastic experience: Had to change dentist due to my insurance change. What could’ve been a disaster was a blessing in the sky. Great customer service, very friendly staff, and Dr. Suganya Nelatoor was excellent. She spent the time talking to me and explaining different options. You can tell she care and your not just another set of teeth in her chair.

Fantastic experience: I needed an extraction, was able to make an appointment as a new patient rather quickly. I went in and was having issues with my blood pressure, we talked through the issues and decided it was better to get my BP down before having the procedure. She worked with me to get me in the right place to perform the extraction. Once I was ready, she took about 5 minutes and the broken tooth was out. Didn’t feel anything. I don’t like going to the doctor or dentist but I’ll have no problem going here or sending my family. Great dentist!

Fantastic experience: New patient who called in the morning with a problem and was able to get an appointment the same day. I received a diagnosis of my issue and a referral for Periodontal evaluation. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Am now a Patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sukanya was wonderful and handled my toothache very professionally. She first prescribed antibiotics to ensure the infection subsided and then performed the tooth extraction the following week. The entire experience was excellent. Dr. Sukanya and the support staff took great care of me and made the process comfortable and stress-free. Although I don’t remember the support staff member’s name, she was truly great, very kind, helpful, and easy to interact with. Highly recommended!

They also find ways to help save money while brining quality to their care. They care exceptionally for their patients. She even sent us a gift when we had our baby. Fantastic experience: I took a nap before my 4:00 appointment because I was tired from the two other ones earlier in the day and my alarm never went off. They called me at 4:15 to ask how far I was and in the process they woke me up. They still let me come in and got my teeth cleaned even though I got there at 4:35 instead of rescheduling me. It really meant a lot to me and again I apologize for being late. They really did not have to clean my teeth it was very nice of them.

I am terrified of getting shots in the mouth though I'll let a nurse stab me anywhere anytime. They are the absolute best at making me feel more comfortable that I'm even laughing afterwards. I really appreciate the doctor and team she has and I like going to the dentist! Only this one though, I'm extremely picky haha.

I am always warmly welcomed by Sarah and Nicole’s smiling faces at the front desk, as well as Bob Ross on the tv (always a nice touch). Dede never fails to get my teeth squeaky clean while keeping me comfortable. Dr. Nelatoor is the heart of the office. She shares her passion with her patients, and always makes sure to address my concerns in a way that is easy to understand. From the first call to inquire about scheduling availability to the first visit, Dr. Nelatoor and staff are one of those who take the time to patiently hear your story and discuss a treatment plan that works for you. I felt at ease discussing difficult life experiences which had affected my dental journey and did not feel judged or rushed. My questions and concerns were carefully examined and responded to as if they were important questions. I appreciated the transparent heads up I received about out of pocket amount I would be responsible for, in advance to the appointment, so that I can make an informed decision. Dr. Nelatoor was very easy to talk to and I felt heard. I received a trustworthy referral and a seamless transition to endodontic care.
