Fantastic experience: Staff are a delight! Visiting "The Dentist " is stressful to begin with and even more so when something is wrong. Everyone was kind, friendly and kept me calm throughout the visit. Dr. Ference is terrific. Very thorough and explained every step. Best experience I've ever had and made it it easy to think about returning for additional work.

Christine shared helpful tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Karen is also amazing and friendly, always willing to help with scheduling and ready to answer any questions I have. Even after moving 50 miles away we still go back to Dr. Ference and her team for the excellent care they provide.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place! Dr. Ference and her staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They have always treated me like family and offer a welcoming atmosphere with smiles and comfort. I’ve been to MANY dentists and continue to drive 3 hours from Albany, NY to maintain my relationship with this office. Dr. Ference ALWAYS does great work, takes my anxiety and nervousness into consideration and allows me to leave satisfied every time. She takes the time to explain what’s going on with visual x-rays and speaks to you in a way you can gather an understanding of what she’s going to fix. They’re even open some Saturdays and have a late weekday. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ference and her amazing office staff. You will not regret it.

I came in on 8/10/22 for a filling. They did a excellent job. procedure didn't take long. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are excellent. I came in today 2/26/24 for my routine Dental visit. Found out I need to have an extraction and possible implant. I also will need to come back for a follow up. To see if there might be additional work to be done. I very happy with the time they took to review my x-rays and explain what other procedures might need to be done. Very happy with Clifton Dental Arts the staff is wonderful. Rich Kitti. 2/27/24 .

Fantastic experience: Good friendly service, and they take great care of their patients! Always will get you in for a emergency or bad toothache! The only bad thing is they're closed on Fri and some Saturdays so if you have a problem on Thurs evening you'll have to wait till Monday! And if u can't get in by 1pm you'll be waiting till Tuesday!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I always see Christian for my cleanings and I couldn’t be happier. He has a very delicate touch when working on your teeth and for someone who has sensitive gums, I definitely appreciate it. With other hygienists I’ve been to, usually a delicate hand meant they did not do a good job cleaning your teeth. With Christian however, it was the complete opposite - gentle and great cleaning. Absolutely love the office as a whole. The staff is super friendly and easy going. High level of professionalism while also connecting with their clients personally. It honestly feels like seeing an old friend. The dentist, Lisa Ference, is also such a pleasure to work with and easy to talk to. The staff and Dr Ference were pleasant, kind and understanding. I was given a quick appointment and was done in one visit. They communicated well and checked on me.the next day. Fantastic experience: Recently had a new crown and it didn't hurt at all. Digital scan of my mouth to create a 3D model. Then the data is used to create the ceramic crown with a new thingamajig laser gizmo. A drop or two of hi-mod bonding gel and you're good to go.The procedure took only two hours. VERY IMPRESSIVE! The future is now. Dr. Ference and staff are excellent and made me feel relaxed and quite comfortable. Just be careful with Karen as she's been known to throw staplers at troublesome patients. For all your dental needs, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ferrence is great! I was going through a lot of pain and was looking for a new dentist and wasn't expecting Dr.Ferrence to see me right away, but she did. I remember calling the first time and the staff member was so kind to me, she spoke to me for about 30 minutes taking note of my pain and what happened and that Dr. Ferrence will see me. After my first appointment with Dr. Ferrence, I felt so much at ease knowing that she cared. I ended up needing a root canal and she put me in the right hands. My pain is finally gone! And I just had my crown put in yesterday and during the whole process she was patient with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Jennifer was also so sweet!
