Fantastic experience: Chris and Jessica were absolutely wonderful! They were both so kind, attentive, and gentle throughout my cleaning. Everything went so smoothly, and I felt very comfortable the entire time. The front desk staff was also friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Overall, such a great experience. I highly recommend this office!

Positive experience: I recently visited Nuva Smile Dental in Paterson. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciated that they apologized for the long wait and were courteous during my appointment. However, my appointment started much later than scheduled, even though I arrived on time. It was frustrating to see other patients who arrived after me being called before I was. While the quality of care was good, the wait time was longer than expected and could be improved. Overall, the team was kind and attentive, but better appointment scheduling and shorter wait times would make the experience much better.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I came back for my follow up appt and had the pleasure to have Jessica work on me. She was fast, sweet, super careful and delicate with her job. Every time I come I always lea e with nothing but positive feedback from this office. Kept it up girls !! This was my first visit to the center, one do the girls that helped me, Tatiana was very nice and professional. She took the time to explain what we were going to do and while she was doing the X-rays she was very careful not to hurt me. She even addressed one doubt I had and gave me advices. It really helped me to forget about my anxiety. The receptionist was very nice and professional too. Dr. M. She was so nice and patient, she was very careful too. My first visit and I have 0 complaints. Coming back for my next appointment in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: 06/11/2026 I had an appointment at 3:30 pm, we got stuck in traffic, and reached at 3:50, But we had informed them over the call already about being late, they asked us not to come, we said, we are coming, just at 3:50pm, After reaching, we were denied entry, as it was a busy day, completely understandable, but in exchange our appointment was also shifted from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on 4th June 2026 without prior notice, so i fought over this point, Post the argument, i asked Mr. Sebastian (guy with big tattoo) for his business card, and this is what he gave me (an appointment card-in the image) I am putting 5* because, i think they got scared, and called us back 2minutes after we left the place,thinking that we are going to put a bad review or something.. Since i got my work done, i am putting 5* . My take- management should be accommodating towards customers who have accommodated them in the past, in our case, we had peacefully accepted the change in timing on our 4th June visit.

Negative experience: I have my crown redone in this here but fell off couple times and then I went back couple times for them to glue it and fell of again and again. They don't respect the appointment time and make you wait as well..

Positive experience: Got my cleaning done here, the hygienist Christina was incredible. Kept me informed about my teeth and she explained what operations I would need. Also, first time a hygienist let me signal if I was feeling uncomfortable or pain during the cleaning--normally I would endure the pain until it was over. Also, I had no issues making an appointment: the team is professional. The only things that made me a bit uneasy was the cleanliness of the room I was in: I noticed that the chair I sat in was missing its right arm rest, the metal plate that they use to have all the dental equipment had a brown smudge on the top, and the machine also has noticeable staining and smudging. There's a chair in the waiting room that's completely filthy and has a gross spot; i was unlucky enough to have sat on it. I only noticed when I took a deeper look; it's chair #2 when you walk into the waiting room. The worst experience was the assistant was doing x-rays on my teeth; the machine failed so we had to do it over again, gagging on plastic wasn't fun and my mouth was hurting--never felt this way with another clinic. Overall, this is a lot better than the dental place I normally go to; hopefully, it continues that way: I'm getting a filling done here and possibly a deep cleaning. Also, wanted to apologize for dropping water next to the portable drain: I was rinsing and missed it, got my sweater and the floor wet. I called them to inform them, meant to tell them in the office but being tired, nervous, and only running on breakfast didn't help me.

Fantastic experience: I was in the office today and I truly have to give credit to the entire team — from the office manager to every single staff member. Everyone was professional, calm, and respectful. I witnessed a situation where an individual was extremely aggressive and openly stated he would have people leave negative reviews. It was very clear the staff handled the situation appropriately despite the behavior, and they maintained their professionalism the entire time. Based on my experience, this office is organized, welcoming, and caring. It’s unfortunate how quickly false reviews can be posted, but I can honestly say my visit was nothing short of positive. Keep up the great work!

Negative experience: They are good but I was charged for work I did not get done. They charged the insurance as well on top of my copay. I had only 1 tooth worked on, but they charged for two. I thought they were going to do 2 to make the two look even or something, I trusted their professionalism but they never performed the work and said it was not necessary but they didn’t refund anything.

Negative experience: Horrible and lazy service. Incompetent front office/billers with poor communication and a poor grasp on how to really execute any of the logistics of facilitating and/or working with insurance companies. Wasted my time for 3 days and produced no results. Still in pain. All because they clearly dont have any compassion or care about their customers or to help people. I would never go back.
