Fantastic experience: Literally the best dentist office. Everyone that works here are super nice, the dentist makes sure to take his time to explain everything to you and to make sure that you're comfortable. The dental hygienist is the BEST! Literally one of the main reasons I come back!

He also recommends Invisalign and that was the best thing I ever did I am loving my teeth. And not to mention all office staffs are just amazing and friendly . They text reminders for scheduled appointments so there are no issues. They make you feel like they have known you for years. Great conversations and most of all great work. Fantastic experience: Best dentist, best staff. I have been going to Dr. Bastidas office since 2017 and I now drive from Pennsylvania for my check-up and cleanings. The hygienists are amazing too. Mayra is thoughtful, dedicated and cares about her patients. She goes out her way to make you feel comfortable. I’ve recommended Dr. Bastidas and his staff to family and friends, who have all seen a great improvement in their dental health and most of all, now look forward to their dental appointments

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sylvester did an amazing job. I got both my wisdom tooth removed by him didn’t feel a thing, he did it very quickly. I would recommend everyone to come here to get their wisdom tooth remove. The customers service is always amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Bastidas is a very good doctor got two crowns done with him 4 years ago and they have never bother me and fillings.Currently going to the Cedar Grove with Dr.Patricia Bastidas since my job is located at Little Falls which is closer.Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Each & every staff member is very helpful and nice. I never been to a place where everybody is so sweet and make you feel welcomed. They definitely get 100% on customer service. Bastidas replaced 2 of my crowns & fixed most of my cavities/fillings, I personally feel like he rushed them & they are still bothering me. Of course he tried to fix the problem but my mouth is still sensitive to certain items hot or cold & I didn’t have this sensitivity when I went in. I spent over 4K here and now I’ma have to spend more money to get the problem fixed which makes me highly upset

I would refer anyone to this dental practice....and Dr. Jorge is very thorough.... that's something that I don't see in a lot of the younger dentist....he's one of those hard to find type of dentist. The entire staff is Bilingual which is a plus so that every patient, young or old, can feel welcomed and understood. The front desk staff always do their best to accommodate a patient’s needs from the very first phone call and when you walk in you will always be greeted with a smile and by your first name! The assistants do an amazing job of explaining step-by-step what will be going on during your visit and they’ll play music in the room to ease any fears and make you feel at home. The hygienists, Mayra and Tori, do an amazing job of cleaning your teeth and giving you the instructions and tools you needs to have successful oral hygiene at home. Highly recommend! The wait time is none, I was told to call when I arrived, was greeted at the door for temperature check and brought into my exam room for care. The staff at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The young lady, Julissa, who made the appointment is very nice and informative on what to expect upon arrival. I had the pleasure of being treated by Tori, awesome awesome awesome!!!! Hands down the coolest down to earth, gentle, most comforting person, who has ever touched my teeth! I recommend this dentist office with no hesitation. Being a healthcare worker myself, If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! This office meets all standards when dealing with patients.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this dental office in January and all I can say is wow, they are amazing! For someone like me who has a phobia of dentist each person who helped in my care understood this and took their time with explaining what work was being done. Before coming here I was one of those people who would go for one cleaning and not come back. However this office staff makes you want to come back their friendliness and patience has finally made me complete my root canal and to tend to my x amount of cavities . I highly recommend this office due to their patience and professionalism. I also even added teeth whitening so now I feel even more confident in my smile. Will definitely continue to come back!

Fantastic experience: When I meet Dr Bastidas I felt that I have found the dentist that is really going to take action on my dental health. The team works great and fast. Almost no wait. My dental health is delicate but I feel confident that everything will be good.

Negative experience: I’m upset because I was ripped off. They took advantage of me and had me spent so much money that I didn’t have to. Never again will I do business again in Paterson, NJ. The doctor just cares about he can get paid and if you have good insurance they try to milk it. I went somewhere else and my problems were solved. The reviews are not sincere.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist, because they clean my teeth real good and they take their time. Plus, they give me information I needed to know about braces and envizline. Its like they're helping me with my list of total Makeover, straighten up my teeth is one of them. As well as whiten up my teeth so they can look bright while smiling.
