My daughter has required extensive dental care due to an accident, and Dr. Schepis has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. He repaired the damage and her teeth look amazing. It is impossible to tell that there was ever a problem. The office staff is also wonderful. In particular, Phyllis is unbelievably patient and helpful. I've honestly never had a better experience at another medical office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Schepis and his team were great - I only waited a few minutes before my appointment started, and Maria was wonderful - efficient, thorough, and friendly throughout the appointment. The rest of the team worked like clockwork in the background - instruments were taken for cleaning as soon as they were ready, I had my next appointment scheduled before I left, and I had a clear plan for follow-up when my bite guard arrives. I'm very happy to have found Dr Schepis and his team!

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Schepis for over six years, and I couldn’t be happier with the dental care I’ve received. Dr. Schepis is skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. However, my experiences with his accounting staff have been quite disappointing. I’ve encountered frequent billing errors, slow responses to inquiries, and a general lack of communication. It’s unfortunate that such an excellent dentist is let down by an inefficient administrative team. Dr. Schepis deserves five stars, but the accounting staff needs serious improvement.

Negative experience: The girl in accounting is horrible. Nasty attitude, doesn't let anyone speak nor does she take the time to listen to my concerns. She collected our deductible when we went for just cleanings. I tried to explain that the deductible is to be paid for any other work done and she stated that the new office rule is to collect the deductible the first visit to cover for any work done later in the year.....well what if no work is done, what happens to my money. Regardless it's unfortunate Dr. Schepis has now lost another family of patients due to this ignorance on behalf of his staff. My parents and my sister already stopped going there because of this. We had been patients for more years than I can remember but thank God we have found a reliable dentist whose account manager isn't an ignorant thief!!!

I will not be returning after continued nightmare experiences with front staff that don’t understand insurance or deductibles.. So glad I found a dentist in my new area that I love going to!
