I lived in Jersey all my life, moved to Florida 8 years ago and I have not been able to find a good dentist. Negative experience: yo. wrote about this a little over a week ago but only writing about it here because now i have new problems chewing on the side of my mouth that they did work on. came in for fillings like normal been going there for years. dentist ended up drilling a piece of skin off the bottom of my tongue mid procedure then made a rude comment afterwards when i was hesitant to continue the work due to being in pain. & now i expected the fillings to feel like brand new but every time i go to chew food on the side that got filled its a painful and an uncomfortable feeling i get. makes me wonder if i even had cavities or they just tell you that you have cavities just to be able to do a filling and make a check. if i had known that now it hurts to chew regular food after you get you "cavity" filled i would have never gotten them filled in the first place. who ever reads this just find a new location and save your teeth and tongue the pain --

It's to bad that dentistry was like butchery 60+,years ago. Dr. Ghattas and her staff make me feel relaxed. When I arrive I may have to wait 5 minutes or less. They are all professional, never appear to be overwhelmed. They make you feel like you are the most important person for the time you are there.

Fantastic experience: I really love going here! Everyone is super nice it’s a real 180 from my last dentist! Mike at the front desk greets you with a bright smile that you don’t get to see anywhere else, he also has a really calming voice so if you have anxiety with the dentist, he and a lot of the hygienists love having good conversations to ease your nerves. I always get excited to see them! It’s always nice to see people who know how to enjoy their jobs. Like if they were my coworkers I’d actually look forward to going to work. I do my best to avoid cavities because I hate the numbing part so when I come in and ask about anything I notice that may be off with my teeth the dentists listen and really do a great job inspecting and reassuring that everything is good! And they also appreciate the effort I put in to double check on my teeth. I feared that it made me a bit annoying but I can tell that they do appreciate it! It seems to make their job a bit easier and eases my nerves! They also got me to floss consistently! They do a real good job of explaining what they’re doing, what’s going on, and the benefits. They also know how to laugh and have a good playlist playing. I guarantee I have laughed at least once every visit. Although once I started talking with the hygienist and we talked about Halloween and vampires it upped to probably about 6 times every visit! Also when they have you in the chair you're facing the window so you can see the sky whether its rain or shine it’s all so relaxing. You’re also not waiting a long time. I really do love the atmosphere around here. There’s a level of respect and appreciation and genuine kindness that is hard to come by in today’s day and age. Seriously, they’re all so nice I actually don't mind calling for an appointment. Even if I’m not up for calling there is a texting option. I won’t make a Drs appointment but I will definitely make a dentist appointment!

I came here for an emergency one day and fell in love! From Mike at the front desk, who is a pleasure and works with your schedule, to Destiny- the hygienist I told her about my phobia and sensitivity and she took her time, she was so careful and I didn’t feel pain AT ALL.
