Fantastic experience: 9/23/26 My dental hygienist Christine introduced me to a two new products used in the cleaning process. Both worked very well and actually accelerated the process. The add-ins were not financially onerous. I’m booked for future appointments. If that doesn’t speak volumes towards a high recommendation then I don’t know what to say. I appreciate Christine’s, my hygienist, attention and skills over some 10 years since she has been at Dr. Cassandra’s Dental practice. She is always concerned with my comfort during her procedures. I highly recommend Christine as part of the Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist. I guess it's some 15+ years now and my 5 Star review stands!

Fantastic experience: I was given what is probably the most thorough cleaning I've ever had in my life here, and it was really informative! Dr. Cassandra is awesome, and she provided information about my oral/myofunctional health that I've never even considered. I went back to have a crown placed, and Dr. Kiledjian was very accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to the procedure. Dr. Kiledjian, Dr. Cassandra, and the rest of the office staff were really supportive when it came to any questions I had about post-op care, and also billing.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Kerry for XERF treatment. This hour was so much better than Morpheus or Ultherapy. I recommend this to anyone with signs of aging in their face . I also highly recommend using Kerry she was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Fantastic experience: I have an upper right molar, Dr. Mary Kiledjian took extremely excellent care of me , she made me comfortable— took picture of before and after— she really did a beautiful restoration!! Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After nearly a year and a half of persistent tooth and jaw pain following dental treatment, I had seen multiple dentists and specialists. Time after time, I was told that everything looked "fine," yet I continued to live with constant pain and severe muscle knots in my cheek that affected my daily life. Finding Dr. Diana Cassandra was truly life-changing. She recommended the EM-Vital treatment along with a deprogrammer, and after just two EM-Vital treatments, I noticed an incredible difference. The painful muscle knots in my cheek were gone, and I finally experienced real relief. My comfort has continued to improve, and the quality of my life has returned in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. Fantastic experience: Received such wonderful care at Dr. Dayna Cassandra & Associates! The office came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. Veronica, the hygienist, was incredibly thorough, informative, and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. After a very comprehensive exam, I learned I needed treatment for a few cavities, including repair work from previous dental treatment. Dr. Kiledjian explained everything to me step by step, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was even able to complete the procedures the very same day, which was so convenient. I was nervous about being sore or uncomfortable afterward, but Dr. K was so gentle and thorough. The next morning, I even woke up to a personal message from Dr. Kiledjian checking in to see how I was doing. I had absolutely no discomfort and was finally able to eat again without pain! The office staff was also so friendly and welcoming throughout the entire experience. I’m so excited to have found such an amazing dental practice and highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Unfortunate to write this review as the actual care I received was excellent. After changing insurance, I called the week prior to confirm my insurance was accepted and assured it was. When checking out after my exam I was told to pay my nearly 600 dollars which would be reimbursed by insurance. When my insurance only paid a percentage, the practice then told me they were not under that insurance. After waiting a week to get in touch with the billing department, I had to call again to be connected. After a long conversation, the billing person admitted that a temporary worker behind the desk had given me false information and the best that they could do for me was 15% off a future visit. Even after admitting fault, I was told they would not be able to reimburse anything even after admitting I was given wrong information.

Even though the office was busy, she never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I had a fractured tooth that needed to be removed, and I couldn't have been in better hands with Dr. Mary Kiledjian at Dr. Dayna Cassandra's office. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciated how carefully she explained every step. Her assistant, Nikki, was also fantastic—so supportive and attentive. Dr. Kiledjian even called me a couple of hours later to check on me. Fantastic experience: I have had extensive reconstructive work done for a 30-year-old due to my multiple congenitally missing teeth (thanks, Dad). Before I saw Dr. Cassandra, I had braces twice, had multiple bridges and crowns placed (and break), and needed a root canal. I was pretty frustrated and fed up with having to go to the dentist at that time, as you can imagine. However, when it was time for me to get implants, I switched to Dr. Cassandra, and she has been nothing short of excellent. She communicated openly about possible treatment options and seamlessly with my oral surgeon. She is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word and she never rushed the process even when there were slight hiccups (due to no fault of her own). Furthermore, she always ensured that I was comfortable. I have had many painful dental experiences in the past, but I have not had any with Dr. Cassandra. She ensures not just that the teeth are being taken care of, but that the whole person is as well. I trust her implicitly and I would recommend her to anyone who needs reconstructive work done.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dayna Cassandra came HIGHLY recommended by my long-time, well regarded dentist in Miami… which I am no longer able to see due to a move to NYC. As someone with dentist-phobia and horrifying dentist experiences in my past I was extremely reluctant to see any other dentist. However, I finally had no choice since a very old crown needed to be replaced and some new cavities emerged after refusing to see a new dentist for many years since I moved away from Miami. Despite an outstanding referral from my previous dentist in Miami and having read all the other excellent reviews about Dr. Cassandra, I was battling with anxiety attacks the entire week before my visit and was a nervous wreck when I arrived at the dental office. Fortunately - as promised by my previous dentist and other reviewers - I indeed was in best hands!! Dr. Cassandra‘s dental office is by far the most nicely furnished that I have ever visited. Everything is so lovely decorated that it makes you forget you are at a doctor‘s visit. The office being so well appointed and not plain & “sterile“, like a hospital atmosphere, immediately put me at ease. The visit itself was actually pretty amazing! The entire team/staff is remarkably friendly and accommodating… you really get the feeling that everyone is happy to be working there and aiming to make your visit a super pleasant experience. It’s a very good energy. Dr. Cassandra itself is a world-class dentist! Coming from one of the most renowned dentist‘s in Miami my expectations were extremely high and I was very skeptical. However, Dr. Cassandra and her team easily managed to exceed my expectations. In fact: my visit was so great that I decided to return soon to evaluate all my old fillings and potentially have them replaced. In sum: agreeing with my previous dentist and other reviewers, I highly recommend Dr. Cassandra and her team - to anyone looking for a super professional, knowledgeable, skilled dentist who only works with the best dental materials (means your fillings don’t fall out or have to be replaced every few years by using lower grade composites). I especially recommend this dental praxis to patients who - like myself - suffer from dentist-phobia and are mortified about a dentist visit. During all my repeat visits Dr. Cassandra was very empathetic about my anxiety and also clearly understood my need for a high amount of anesthesia due to extreme tooth sensitivity. The entire team were so incredibly nice and patient - I could have not felt more pampered and taken care of!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Dayna for aligners. In her thorough exam, she voiced concerns around the stabilization of my overall dental health prior to moving forward with the aligners. I then met with Dr. Klein, the periodontist, that works with Dr. Dayna to review the concerns. We are taking extra steps to ensure predictable outcomes. I am thankful for the level of care I am receiving. Dr. Klein is a phenomenal surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Cassandra for many years now because she is the absolute best dentist! In the past, I had tried many dentists in the area and was used to having a cavity or two filled every year or so due to genetics and crowded teeth, ever since I was a child. I often wondered if all of this work was truly needed and ended up not trusting other dentists and kept trying others until I met Dr. Dayna and learned that I was in the best hands! I am always so impressed that Dr. Cassandra’s preventative care has kept me from having hardly any cavities in all this time! She keeps a careful eye on minor areas of concern to monitor them, but will not rush in to do unnecessary procedures and fillings until they are needed. For the first time in my life, my teeth are so much healthier and I have had hardly any cavities for many years now under her care! Fantastic experience: Where do I start! Dr Dayna and her entire team are the kindest, sweetest and most caring dental team that you’ll ever meet. They make you feel special, they listen to you and they offer the best solutions for your needs. They all collaborate as a team to figure out the most reasonable course of action. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service provided with a smile (pun intended) a family friendly atmosphere and a very relaxed feel to everything. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years and they made me feel like I've known them and was a regular client. They weren't pushy and offered multiple plans that would fall into what I was looking for, with a very comprehensible path to fix what was necessary. I would recommend them 10/10 for anyone.
