Positive experience: I was apprehensive at first as this was a new practice for me to try from another doctors office where I was for over 14 years. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff as well the thorough treatment performed. Too early to say anymore as we are not done yet as I’ve been sent to a specialist for another opinion but let’s see and I will most likely have more to say but so far it’s a good connection.

Kasha, Zanab, & Roquia her assistants are also pleasant, friendly & professional. Vicky, who is currently at the front desk, is very nice, friendly & polite - calls to verify your appointment, make new appointments. Vicky is very personable , and is a wonderful new member to Dr. D’Amico’s team. Parking is not an issue, as she has many spaces available. I was always afraid of needles & drilling, but Dr. D’Amico will definitely put you at ease. Her office is clean and so very modern. It’s a pleasure to go there. Fantastic experience: Update - 6/9/25 I had a dental emergency over the weekend when a front tooth cap came loose. Dr. D’Amico had temporarily secured it earlier in the week, knowing I had an important business meeting. When it failed on Friday, I called after hours in a panic. I received a call back within 30 minutes, and she arranged to see me first thing Monday—despite the office being closed. Dr. D’Amico and her team went above and beyond. I’ve been a patient for years and can confidently say she is highly skilled, professional, and truly cares about her patients. The office is spotless and equipped with the latest technology. Highly recommend Pleasant Avenue Dental. I am so grateful Dr. D'Amico decided to open her dental business in Maywood! We all know that going to the dentist isn't always a great experience, but Dr. D'Amico's office is absolutely beautiful, very bright and inviting. She and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure you are in a safe, clean environment with all the latest sanitizing equipment available. Dr. D' Amico is constantly improving, updating and researching all of the latest dental techniques, products, etc. Dr. A'mico is extremely professional with a very soft, caring, concerned. Fantastic experience: Dr. D’Amico and her staff (especially Vicki and Rokia) could not have been more accommodating to my dental emergency. They were so kind and professional. There is nothing worse than being in pain and feeling judged or like your presence is a nuisance that upended their day. I can’t wait to go back and have my teeth cleaned and some other issues taken care of. (And trust me when I tell you, I have massive dental anxiety, so this is quite the endorsement!) This dental office is very bright and clean. This is the second time that I visit this office and it will be my new dentist from here on out.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit this afternoon. The office is very clan, well organized and has the latest technology equipment. Everyone was professional and friendly. Ms. Kasia did awesome job cleaning and giving me educational tips. Dr. D’Amico was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable during my first visit and took her time to explain everything. I scheduled my next visit in two weeks. I look forward to having a long term relationship. 3 months later Thank you for another great experience. July 2024 I went for my regular check up and cleaning visit. Mrs. Miecia was as always gentle and throughly cleaned my teeth. Dr. Amico followed up with the check up and found an issue with one tooth. She closely analyzed my condition and gave me a few options on how to address the situation, discussing pros and cons to each. She notified my dental surgeon and asked him to evaluate the situation at the upcoming visit. Thank you Dr. D’Amico for all your help and expertise. Thanks to you my issue was addressed quickly and efficiently. You and your staff made the entire experience a 5 out of 5!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of dental work in the past and often experienced pain during the procedures. Unfortunately, I now have an expectation of pain going into dental offices. It takes me a while to get numb and I’ve explained that to multiple dentists. I can say that only 1 of them was able to get me numb. Until I was recommended here. Dr. D’Amico and the staff are extremely friendly/knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while explaining every step. There was a lot of work that was corrected, but they made me feel confident that it was going to be ok. I’ve never left a dentist happy until now. I finally found my lifelong dental office. If I can give an infinite amount of stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
