This was the most accommodating and pain free experience the I have had at any dentist office all the ladies from front desk and the orthodontist and assistants were incredibly polite and made me feel at ease with my anxiety from the procedures I had done on two back to back appointments.

Negative experience: Broadway Family Dental 15 Broadway, Passaic, NJ (confirm if correct) I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I was scheduled for a dental appointment, only to find out upon arrival that there is no elevator access, and the office is located on the 2nd floor with stairs only. As someone with mobility limitations, this is not just inconvenient — it is unacceptable and unsafe. There was no prior notice given when booking the appointment that patients would need to climb stairs to access care. Because of this, I was forced to cancel my appointment on the spot, after already making the effort to get there. Healthcare offices should be accessible to ALL patients, especially those with medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility issues. This lack of accessibility shows a serious disregard for patient needs. I strongly recommend that this office: • Clearly inform patients ahead of time about the lack of elevator access • Provide accommodations or alternative solutions for patients with mobility challenges Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone who may have difficulty using stairs.

They helped to get my procedure approved by the insurance and Jasmin at the front desk made sure to call me to let me know. My dental hygienist Claudia was super nice and made sure I was okay throughout the cleaning. Really great staff!

A couple of years ago, I began experiencing tooth spreading and pain, which my previous dentist in South Jersey dismissed as insignificant, merely filling my teeth and sending me on my way. I felt unheard and uncared for. Despite their reassurances, I continued to suffer from extreme sensitivity, pain, and rapidly increasing gaps between my teeth. I became increasingly self-conscious, embarrassed, and hesitant to smile, which took a toll on my mental health and overall sense of well-being. Determined to find a solution, I researched Periodontists in New Jersey and discovered Dr. Duggal's office. I had a gut feeling that I was making the right choice. Although the office is located in Passaic, New Jersey, a 2-hour and 30-minute drive from my home in Woodbury, New Jersey, it was well worth the trip. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Duggal's wonderful staff, who immediately put me at ease. Despite my initial nervousness and fear, stemming from previous negative dental experiences, I was blown away by the genuine concern, care, and attention to detail exhibited by the entire team. They took the time to listen to my concerns, offered reassurance, and ensured that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my procedure, which included tooth extractions. The outcome was nothing short of life-changing. When I saw my newly restored teeth, I was overwhelmed with emotion and felt like a brand new person. My confidence was restored, and I could smile freely once again. I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Duggal, Hygienist Claudia, Manager Jasmin, and Dental Assistants Michelle and Abby, who collectively transformed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a dentist office that actually care about their patients & that are professional then this is the right place for you. I called today for a wisdom tooth extraction . I was in severe pain and was unable to get it extracted elsewhere due to insurance purposes. When I called I spoke to Jasmine (manager) I explained to her what was going on, she told me to come in right away she set me an appointment to be seen with Dr.Roby and thankfully they were able to extract it the same day. Dr.Roby was super gentle . Her hands were like feathers. She made sure I was comfortable, and felt no pain. She explained everything very detailed and was very patient with me. All of the other staff are very friendly & professional. They are very attentive and make sure that you’re okay. I want to thank Jasmine once again for going above and beyond . Negative experience: I changed my dentist office from paulison due to the fact the assist was rude to me for me now to come to this broadway office & turns out to be it’s the same staff & the worst part that I got attended by the same rude assistant. Beside being rude she didn’t even help assist the doctor when my mother got attended. Please do better with communication and attitude especially among the doctors. I don’t know how the light skin assistant “ don’t know her name “ is still working here. Ill give this place a 0/0.

Negative experience: Hello! If I could give a 0 star I would. I don't do reviews but I had a really bad experience. WORST PLACE EVER. Don’t get your teeth fixed in this place because they will messed up your teeth and then, they will say: “Sorry, This doctor no longer work here and we can’t fix it”. Also, the secretaries are very rude. And be prepare to spend the entire day because they always over book.

Negative experience: They are terrible with the appointments. They make you wait 2 hours before you can see a doctor. One day they made an appointment for me and when I went to it it was closed.

Negative experience: I reported this place to my insurance because of the rooth canal and crown was done very bad, I got infection at this point , I lost my tooh after 4 months , when i call to the ofice because i was in pain they said the dentist is no working any more with them and they don’t take responsability for what the dentist did, they are so rude and all they care is about the money , this place should be closed!! They are not professional! They deserve 0 star!!

Negative experience: Just tried to make an appointment. They kept saying 5 more minutes then try to act like they're doing me a favor because they booked me when they were already fully booked... waited an hour and a half but then I had to go back to work so I left. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Let me tell you something guys. I don't do reviews but i had a bad experience. DONT GET YOUR ROOT CANAL OVER HERE! They have this rude Indian lady who only do Root Canal & she mess my teeth up. & for you to go to another dentist, you have to make a call to your insurance & make a report. Alot of steps just to remove that lady!!! The hispanic females are amazing even the secretary.. but that Indian woman is horrible.. should be shame to be a dentist!! Disgusting!!

Fantastic experience: i was looking around for a dentist and came across broadway family dental, I highly recommend coming here! Going to the dentist in general is scary, but over here they make you feel safe and everyone at the front desk are very kind so don’t be scared you’ll feel judged. If you ever have trouble with anything jasmin will be there for you, she’s very helpful :). As for Dr.Roby she was very sweet and professional about her work.

Negative experience: First time taking my father , for his general check up. Dental revision. 3 hour waiting . My main concern was , that he is diabetic. He has to eat every 3 hours and 3 hour all ready passed. About to leave to go to another Doctor . Something that really concerned me is . That there was a family of 5 . Who got there maybe 1/2 hour after we arrived. And , there were finished , even before we were seated with the Doctor . Well , we wee never seem. We left the office. There’s something call being considered with others . I stepped out from work . Traveled 1/2 back and ford. And do all this for nothing. Don’t recommend this place at all . No sense of responsibility.

I would definitely recommend getting your wisdom teeth removed here or doing any procedure. Negative experience: If you value your teeth and money take a minute to read entire review. I’m editing my original review after coming here for a couple of years. This place is HORRIBLE I don’t know how they can still hold their license. Staff is “friendly” to lure you in. My fillings have all fallen out in less than 2 years .Made the mistake of taking my daughter, after asking them to do whatever may seem necessary so after her X-ray they extracted all 4 wisdom teeth, one was so strongly rooted it broke in pieces. After a week my daughter was still in pain, when I brought her back I was told the extraction was fine but needed a root canal for the tooth next to it, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO LOOK AT THE X-RAY BEFORE TO SEE SHE NEEDED A ROOT CANAL!!! They had the audacity to charge me because they had used her insurance coverage for the year doing the unnecessary extractions. On the day of the root canal the dentist broke the tool used inside her gums and was told now I need to go to a specialist. Earlier I heard her arguing on how the other dentist was getting paid more than her. I never realized that the reason I seen so many different dentist was because they’re constantly complaining about their salary and getting switched around, in over 2 years going there I never saw the same dentist twice. I had to go to a specialist and a regular dentist to repair the damage they caused , costing me over 2,000.$ Bottom line : DONT GO THERE
