Fantastic experience: Dr Joseph Fierro has done an amazing job helping me to recover from a most unexpected loss of my front tooth after biting into a piece of hard chocolate. I wasn't even his patient when he met me at his office on a Friday afternoon, cleaned up my bloody mouth and contacted an oral surgeon for a Monday appointment. I'm now back with Dr Joseph Fierro as he's preparing me for my implant. I am very grateful for his care and couldn't be happier with his service!

Fantastic experience: Our long time family dentist recently retired and we decided look for a dentist closer to where we currently live as we no longer wanted to travel over 30 minutes to the office. We asked several friends and neighbors for recommendations of local dentist. The office of Drs. Ben and Joseph Fierro was an office that several friends suggested. We were told that the dentists were father and son. Upon calling the office to schedule appointments for myself and my wife, we initially requested to be seen by Dr Ben, who was the father, the woman scheduling appointments told us that if we wanted to be seen sooner that there was an opening in Dr. Joseph schedule sooner than his father. We didn’t have an emergency and we thought about waiting to see Dr Ben, but we scheduled our appointments with Dr Joseph. WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR DECISION TO SEE DR. JOSEPH. Upon being seated in the treatment room, Dr Joseph came in introduced himself and explained what was going to happen. X-rays were taken and when they were finished Dr Joseph came in and reviewed the X-rays and examined my mouth. Dr Joseph informed me that I had a broken filling, which I had been told about previously at the old office but I had ignored. Dr Joseph asked if I had time he could replace the broken filling that very visit. Dr Joseph explained that he would need to give me an injection to allow me to be comfortable while he worked on me. I’m sometimes very anxious when a dentist has given me an injection in the past, I barely felt anything while Dr Joseph gave me the injection, he then left the room and allowed me to sit while the injection started to work. After 10-15 minutes my face had that sensation I get that feels numb. Dr Joseph returned to the room and once again explained what he was going to do and what I should expect. I’m not sure how long Dr Joseph took to finish the work but it didn’t seem very long and I DID NOT HAVE ANY PAIN AND I WAS NOT ANXIOUS. Dr Joseph explained that I shouldn’t chew or eat for a couple of hours and I scheduled an appointment to return for my cleaning. I don’t think I will ever look forward to going to the dentist, but I was very happy with Dr Joseph and believe I will be very comfortable going forward with him and his office.

Negative experience: Have been going there for 21 years, went in for my 6 month check up cleaning, Dr Joe kicked my butt, never had I have such a painful cleaning, didn’t use the sucker so I was gagging on my blood and saliva, don’t know if he was having a bad day or what, but I don’t think I’m going to go back there, shame. Dr Ben called me and I thought he was going to be apologetic, but instead he blamed me and wanted me to retract my review, it was my fault! Imagine? No more pain!

Negative experience: As a family for pretty much over 20 years, perhaps 1 less family member, daughter relocated, I had to cancel an appointment last year, dr had been good to us for many years, however I left due to his son who joined into practice, who is so nice, however I preferred to see dr Ben, when asked if I could request him receptionist just looked at me as if no, so I had to cancel an appointment unfortunately, due to the fact I was going to be late, asked if someone could call if had a cancellation around same time, waited couple of months, no call, called thereafter, spoke with person told her situation, asked if they call if they call when cancellation, she wasn’t clear on her answer, again I said so do you not call people anymore if there’s a a cancellation, she said no, I said again ok, so you no longer call people to fit in for cancellation, she said right ok, done, tell dr Fierro I won’t be back, he didn’t care, no call nothing switched told my husband you can go to his practice, dr Joe, whatever, now my husband had a bad experience with his cleaning as expressed, and no apologies to my husband spoke to dr Ben literally, sorry Dr Ben, your demeanor was not good to me nor my husband I also spoke with a very long time employee who is retired that he is a masogyonist! Explains some things about my situation, also possible narcissistic, not implying, just reacting to a not so great ending of didn’t have to be that way

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth on a holiday when the office was closed, and Dr. Joe still found a way to see me and take care of it right away. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with the utmost care, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through each step so I felt completely at ease. He worked quickly but very professionally, and you would never know the tooth had ever been cracked by looking at it now. I am extremely grateful that he went above and beyond to help me on such short notice, and I highly recommend Dr. Joe to anyone who needs a skilled, caring dentist, especially in an emergency.

Fantastic experience: What a superb dentist (and lovely person)! Today Dr. Fierro spent close to an hour with me diagnosing and treating pain in my mouth. He had replaced an aging crown about a month earlier. Dr. Fierro wanted to see if he could resolve the issue, before sending me on to a specialist for a (possible) root canal. Meanwhile, he didn’t charge for today’s visit. Who does that nowadays?
