Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Heidi enough. I literally drive 3 hours to see her because of how quick, efficient, and skilled she is. She always makes me feel extremely comfortable during every appointment. I also bruise VERY easily, and somehow she has never bruised me once with any Botox/filler she’s done. Negative experience: Appointment was at 3:15, they came in about 30 minutes later and were super rushed and haphazard about my treatment. Didn’t remember my allergies noted in my chart and tried to give me something I was allergic to. Heidi encouraged me to leave a review and asked me to speak about it. This is the most accessible location for tattoo removal for me, but I am not returning after this appointment. I think they did their best, but the whole thing felt extremely rushed and slightly careless. I’m really sad about this, I hope they do better for other clients in the future. I don’t really think they even got all of my tattoo spots that needed removing. This is my third session.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even tell you how thankful I am that I found brighter smiles med spa I usually go to a spot in Newport Beach California I get charged $175 for a lip flip and I could barely even see the results. I am so thankful that I found brighter smiles because I only pay $60 for my lip flip at last forever, it kicks in immediately and the results were way better and it was way less expensive. I highly recommend please do yourself a favor and come here!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been getting Botox/Xeomin/Dysport treatments for my elevens, crows feet and forehead for almost 20 years with Heidi. I also have received laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal from Heidi and my results were 100% removal of tattoo and very very long lasting hair removal results. I had tried other med spas doctors and nurses in other locations and states before that and since and hands down my results are always perfection with Heidi every time and every time I go to another Spa per my request Heidi always needs to correct their mistakes to make sure my results are even and perfected. Negative experience: Got my lip filler done here and they refused to fix it even though it was uneven. They gaslit me and then told me I could pay for an entire new syringe. I ended up having to go to another place to get it fixed. Heidi also injected me with a broken wrist RIGHT before going to get it casted and she told me as much. Still wouldn’t fix it after I went back when the swelling went down.

Fantastic experience: I came home for Christmas and got lip filler here, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for it! Heidi did such a great job and was so kind and helpful with aftercare tips. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Negative experience: Rushed appointment and way too expensive for a simple procedure. That's not something you want when there's a laser on your face. The owner was the one to do it and was supposedly training her assistant. I hope she does not learn to do it that way. Also, the glasses they had me get for myself were broken on the side. For what I paid, I think they can get new ones. They were not prepared for my appointment when I showed up on time. Front desk was understaffed and untrained. They had to call a staff who was clearly very sick for help even though the proprietor was present. It was fine when there were friendly and knowledgeable techs but they seem to have all mysteriously disappeared. Very odd experience.

Fantastic experience: My first impression of Brighter Smiles was that environment was inviting, comfortable, clean, smelled wonderful, and elegant. I checked in with her staff and sat down to fill out forms. That's when I realized that Heidi is definitely a professional. The forms were detailed with questions that pertained to potential issues that could be contradicting to receiving cosmetic services. The staff was there for questions, was helpful and compassionate to newbies. Then I was brought back to the treatment room. I was introduced to the medical scribe (via tablet) whom takes medical notes on your treatment. After, Heidi explained what she recommended and quickly went about providing the treatment. She explained aftercare, that there is a wellness check included in her services after a week out, then instructed me on how to save money on my services. I am in awe with the level of professionalism!! That level of professionalism and customer service is rare these days. Thank you Heidi!!

Negative experience: I went in for a special, botox and filler. I recieved a duleted amount of dysport. Owner talked about it being the same as botox when mixed 3 to 1. I have done botox for 30 years, no pain no bruising, doctors were always so gentle. I was shocked how she jammed the needle in my face in weird spots. I was left with bruising, eyelid dropping and cannot keep my eye opened. It was nothing like the skilled doctors i have seen in the past. I am disappointed in this service, the material she used was not quality botox but charged at botox pricing. I went to speak with her and she kept talking about being the best in town having hundred of thousands of clients. She was unable to discuss the problem and continued to talk about how successful she is. I felt sad for her. She seems to know she is overcharging clients and did admit she is aggresive with her injections but never showed any compassion or concern about me. I will never go back. I did not even get a valid receipt. My mistake was not going to a trained professional and reading the comments on Yelp.

Negative experience: I have good rapport with this agency. However when scheduling they mentioned if I don't show up or cancel within a certain time frame they would charge me the entirety of the appointment. Well they called me 2 hours before my appointment and canceled. My policy is I should charge them the entirety of my appointment since they canceled last minute. They wish to be respected well so do their clients.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this business. I was charged more than the agreed-upon amount for my service — a charge I did not authorize. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to refund the difference or take accountability for the mistake. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service and integrity. Overcharging someone without permission and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable, especially in a business where trust and professionalism should be a priority. I won't be returning and I would caution others before receiving any services here.

Fantastic experience: I felt like I had met a celebrity. And that's just because I've seen her commercials on TV. But unlike a celebrity Heidi is the sweetest person ever! I had some PDO threads done. I ended up coming back because I wanted to do more of my face. She is skilled, educated, knows what she is doing, and she loves what she does. She most definitely took care of me!!! I am 40 and have lost more than half of my body weight so i have some extra skin. I did this for me and myself confidence. Even with the pain and a little bruising it is so worth it. I have never spent this much money on myself and it feels good. I do not regret it at all. Her staff are amazing as well. Fantastic experience: I made the 2 hour trip all the way from the coast to Eugene because I’d heard great things—and they did not disappoint. This was my first time getting lip filler, so I was super nervous. I’ve always been told “don’t fix what ain’t broken,” but I just wanted a little extra fullness before I took my graduation pics. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was kind, professional, and so reassuring. I’m currently on a medication that makes me more prone to bruising. They acknowledged this right away and worked with me carefully. The results? Absolutely stunning. My lips look natural but fuller, and I feel so confident with my grad pics right around the corner. I’m so glad I trusted them with this process—they truly care, and it shows. If you’re on the fence about trying something new or looking for a trustworthy & skilled med spa, Brighter Smiles is it. So I went for it! I got lips initially and ended up with chin and dysport to no pressure and was talked threw the entire process and I Cannot be more happy with my results Iv recommended and illl continue to recommend brighter smiles to anyone even if unsure and just a wanting yo shop around or see what the need or can be done. Fantastic experience: Best in the area, by far! My first Dysport/Botox experience was with Elizabeth McCorkle, her pricing is higher end and a friend recommended her, so I expected great results. More than $300 later, I didn’t see much of a difference. I read a lot of positive reviews about Heidi at Brighter Smiles, so I decided to try again. The first thing I noticed was Heidi’s positive energy and confidence in the service she provides. She made it easy to trust her, I am so glad I did. I paid half the price for the results I wanted in the first place. I wish I had gone to Heidi first instead of throwing money away somewhere else. I unfortunately learned my lesson again when I tried dysport from Alora Spa when Heidi was out of town. They advertised less per unit than Brighter Smiles so I figured I’d try it out. Once I got there, I told them I usually see Heidi. They knew who she was and told me that she dilutes her dysport in a different way (they said she does it the wrong way) and because of this, they would be using twice as many units as I usually get. So not only did they inject more into my face, it ended up costing significantly more than I paid at Brighter Smiles. To make matters worse, it also wore off more quickly. I regret having wasted more money for less desirable results. I will literally never go anywhere else again. On top of the results, the picture attached says it all, Heidi makes you feel like family. She really cares about her clients and wants to make sure they’re happy with their results. She told me she knows we work hard for our money and she doesn’t want us to feel like it’s wasted. The before picture (top) is a resting face (AFTER seeing McCorkle and spending over $300) and the second picture is after seeing Heidi (and spending much less). I will never stop recommending Heidi at Brighter Smiles. Learn from my expensive mistakes and don’t waste your time and money anywhere else

Fantastic experience: For the past couple of months, I’ve been searching for a place to get Botox injections for my TMJ. It’s been challenging to find a provider in the Eugene area who isn’t booked out for months. I initially had an appointment with another company, but they canceled on me twice—which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had already waited about a month just for a consultation and was dealing with jaw pain. After the second cancellation, I reached out to Brighter Smiles, and I’m so impressed with how quickly they were able to see me. I called, and they scheduled me for the very next day! Fantastic experience: I seriously could never say enough about this business. I will forever be grateful for Heidi and her crew. She really did give me a new outlook on life. The very first service I received was to remove a cherry angiomas in the middle of my face on the tip of my nose. I had it for years and was told there was nothing I could do unless I went to a surgical center. For such a low cost, it took Heidi all of 2 mins to get rid of it and I will forever be grateful for her. I have recently just received laser hair removal for my underarms and once again in about 2 mins and an awesome price she has changed my outlook on life. I get razor rash that is unbearable and waxing hurt pretty bad every 2-3 weeks. I can’t wait to go back and get another treatment of laser hair removal for a different area. Not only is her services cost effective but you can tell Heidi takes pride and genuine care for her clients. If you get the chance book immediately so you can understand why I can’t stop raving about her business.

Fantastic experience: So can’t believe I’m gonna put myself out there with this lol… but this long post is worth the read, promise! A few years ago I had a really hard year and gained some weight then over the years with all the changes and challenges I kept gaining weight and have gained around 50lbs… I’ve tried just about everything to try to lose weight, calorie counting (which is a frigging nightmare), many OTC weight loss supplements, hundreds of dollars on trainers and gym memberships, I even at one point was barely eating cause I was so miserable, I tried to get that weight loss shot everyones using cause this weight has caused me so much more physical pain but I was unable to get insurance to pay for it and couldn’t afford $1600 a month for it, NOTHING worked and I felt so incredibly defeated! Fantastic experience: Heidi is the best! I’ve been going to her for years and have always loved how she injects and the results I get. I can easily get in and she is happy to do touch ups. I never feel like she pushes me to do more. She gives good information to give me the results I want. I honestly won’t go anywhere else! Before going to Heidi I went to about 4 different injectors and just never had a good fit. Either they were trying to convince me to do more than I wanted or the results didn’t work out as well. Just recently Heidi was on vacation and I had a girls trip coming up shortly so I booked with April at Alora Wellness Spa (September 2024). I had the most uncomfortable experience. I came in expecting an easy visit as I am familiar with what the amount I get and where I get it for the results I like. To my surprise, and before I said anything about what I wanted, April immediately said a treatment plan she would do which included more than just my forehead and frown lines that I came in for. She quoted me about 4x the amount of units that I was familiar with Heidi doing. I explained I’ve had it done a lot and like what I’ve had in the past which was a lot less. April asked who I usually go to and I told her. She then proceeds to tell me that she heard Heidi mixes her dysport incorrectly to make it stronger and gets it from Mexico so she can offer more for less of a price. She continues to tell me why I shouldn’t trust brighter smiles or Heidi with injections, the material she uses, and even implied it could be dangerous. April then offered their monthly plan with Botox explaining Botox is cheaper and with their plan I can get more. I felt very uncomfortable and kind of stuck. I ended up doing the minimum dysport she would be willing to do with some resistance from her, which was about the max I do with Heidi. I wanted to leave as soon as I sat down. It felt rushed and I felt very icky with how she was talking about Heidi and her business. Going home I did some research and it is common to mix dysport differently depending on the potency the clinic wants and how they inject (you can see this on dysport’s official website). Now that a month and a half have gone by I have some weird outside lines on my forehead. I just saw Heidi again and she told me I should wait for the muscle to relax to get injected again due to how it was injected and what the muscle would do if she did inject more, but ultimately gave me the choice. (Doesn’t sound like someone out to get money). It’s unfortunate that people can be misinformed in order for businesses to retain clients. If you feel uneasy, i recommend asking questions and doing research! If you feel rushed and uncomfortable then leave! Or just go to Heidi and you will feel comfortable and your face will look amazing.

Fantastic experience: I went to Jewell aesthetics by Valley River and I paid about close to two grand because the first syringe my lips were uneven the second syringe they were still uneven, so I decided to go to brighter smiles. (6 months later) Honestly, I was hesitant because I didn’t hear the best about brighter smiles to be honest. However, I decided to find real people that went there instead of listening to rumors the people that have gone there have great results so I decided it was time to fix my lips after two syringes. I only needed one from Heidi. They turned out amazing the first time I got my lips done. It was extremely painful. I cried the whole time. It was the worst pain second time was even worse, I didn’t even think I’d be able to sit through the rest of the appointment. It lasted so long, I didn’t feel like I was numb. When I went to Heidi, I barely felt any pain. The appointment was not long at all. I felt like she was more confident and knowing what I wanted and being able to do that for me, and she was very open to listen to what I asked for my concerns so that was important to me. The picture to the left is what my lips look like prior to seeing Heidi those are two syringes from another med spa. The picture to the right is 5 days after I went to brighter smiles. There is no filter in the pictures at all. I feel like if you go to writer smiles you will be very happy. I wish I never wasted my money prior to seeing her. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And everyone that works there is so nice and that’s a big thing for me. Hospitality coming into something that you’re not familiar with or just scary in general her staff is really nice.

Fantastic experience: Heidi at brighter smiles is the absolute best in town for tattoo removal! I’ve went to 4 other establishments prior to finding brighter smiles, including plastic surgeon offices, the results I saw after my first visit here was the best. I would never go anywhere else for a tattoo removal again! The prices were also the best in town! Tue staff is all friendly, welcoming and professional. They keep everything very clean and inviting. I think today was my last tattoo removal session, but I will definitely be going back for other services as well! Below are before and after pics.

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend brighter smiles med spa and laser center. Heidi truly gives the best injections ever!! I've had my lip injections done three times there and my Botox/Dysport. Heidi is extremely affordable and way less expensive than anybody else in town which is surprising because they are so skilled and Advanced with their techniques. I recommend all of my clients and family to them and would encourage you to pre book an appointment when you can because the spots fill up quickly. My Botox lasted almost 4 months and my lips are still plump & beautiful

Fantastic experience: Heidi is the best! I’m so glad I found her. Unfortunately ,The first place I ever went to was Dr.Lee B Daniel’s Office and I ended up with bad results and a nurse who didn’t care for me or my goals. So I came to brighter smiles and was blessed to meet Heidi. She fixed what they did wrong and made me look so much better. The results were far more fabulous than expected. If I could give more stars I would:) Seriously ALL the girls there are super nice and very helpful. I don’t see how anyone could say anything that’s not positive about this place.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I temporarily went back to Botox on a whim/one time thing with another injector. I paid twice as much and got 65 units (they wanted me to do like 80!) and I have HATED the results. I didn’t even wait 3 months - I scheduled an appt and got my usual 35 units of Dysport with Heidi. Kept my original review at 5 stars because nothing changed! Heidi/Dysport is still the GOAT! Love this place! I was using Botox (from another business) but my friend from out of state suggested I try Dysport. A quick Google search showed that Brighter Smiles offers Dysport in the Eugene area. I scheduled an appt. and I am HOOKED! Dysport has eliminated my smiling crows feet and reduced my "11" in between my brows drastically. The staff is friendly, the shop is cute & clean, and the appointments are quick! All around a great experience. I am a happy repeat customer for sure!

Fantastic experience: I love Heidi and her team so much! They are funny and supportive and are always ready to answer any questions you have. After going through some health issues which caused me to gain weight, I was finally getting better and wanted to work towards my body goals right away. At 43, I want to look and feel amazing! I have had a few different things done: EMS Sculpt which helped me with my body sculpting goals by accelerating my fat loss while building deep muscle tissue. I did this for my inner thighs, glutes, and abdomen. My results, alongside working out and a good diet, have been amazing! I've lost 15 lbs in just a couple months. I also had one ThermiVa procedure to help with stress incontinence from child birth and have seen great results. What mom doesn't wish she could laugh, sneeze, or cough without a little accident haha!! I am currently getting a lip filler and lip flip to give me a natural looking, fuller upper lip and to eradicate the small wrinkles above my lip (you know where lipstick likes to bleed to). I'll let you know what I think of results after I'm healed and the swelling has gone down. All in all, I trust and really enjoy Heidi and her team. They want everyone to live their best life! Fantastic experience: Had never had a real spray tan before, and when I say "real," I mean a custom paint job. That is the best way I can describe this ultimate experience. I had SO many questions, and they were kind and patient on each call. I felt comfortable in my appointment, and I say this because I was wearing nothing, which was a choice I made. You can wear whatever if you prefer tan lines, wear a bikini or what have you. I want to mention the professionals name, but in fear I will butcher the spelling her name starts with an "S" and this particular service is one of her Forte's. So do not go to your local tanning place and get a machine tan because this is specialized for your color and body type and is not as expensive as one would think. And they offer a touch-up if any spots were missed. In my case, I won't have to get any touch-ups!

Fantastic experience: I’m not one for reviews, I truly wanted to take a moment to thank Heidi, I came in weeks prior being not so aware of my lip filler situation. Long story short I looked like I had a chew in my top lip, I came in originally for more filler but she talked me out of it. She could have just gave me more knowing she’d make more money.. Heidi came with another approach dissolve it all start over. I was so scared! I trusted the process and after waiting I’m so, so happy with the results I literally have a lip again lol. So trust the process Heidi is amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Savannah was very informative. I had the same teeth whitening procedure done at other places and when I went in for my consultation I was surprised by how detailed she was in making sure I knew how to get the best results from the procedure in order to not waist my time or money. I have a busy schedule and she adjusted her schedule to make time for me the next day to make sure I was properly prepared to get the best results. I would recommend this place because of her.

Negative experience: First time visiting this place and the owner Heidi is kind and a professional business woman. However I was shocked with the price they charge for the dissolving only uperlip filer for $450! The dissolving process takes about 5 mins? Dr Lee Daniel charges $170 and go aesthetics charges $100 for this treatment for the new patients. I didn't have any choice to leave the place because they already put the numbing cream on my daughter's lip then talked about the price! My daughter just wanted her lip fixed. We will not go back there again and hope this post help others who cares about spending money for the dissolving fillers.

Fantastic experience: Every time i travel from alaska the girls are great about squeezing me in for a lip appointment! Heidi is the best one who has ever touched my lips. Shes a protectionist and is so fast at injecting.

Fantastic experience: I got a lip flip and it was the first time I had gotten Botox, let alone done anything to my face! I could not be more pleased with the results, Heidi and her staff are beyond friendly and professional! I will definitely be returning and I’ve already referred my daughter for teeth whitening! Negative experience: I don’t usually take the time to make reviews, but I feel like people need to know what they are getting themselves into with this place. This is going to be a long review. I went in for a sclerotherapy consult 3 weeks ago for spider veins. Heidi and the laser tech Savannah (sp?) did the consult togther. They said my veins were a better fit for the bbl laser because I had so many small ones they could get more done with the laser, and that they could even do it that day since I was already there and not summer tan yet. I asked about recovery time as I had to go back to work that day, and had an event to attend 3 days. She said the spots made by the laser wouldn’t hardly be there in three days and I could go back to work that day. I agreed to do the laser that day which I now obviously regret. Savannah was kind and professional but something went wrong. I was either not a good canidate or the laser setting was wrong. When I finished the procedure my legs were on fire. I told them as I was about to leave that I was very uncomfortable. Heidi asked “does it feel tingling or like a curling iron burn”. I said a curling iron. She asked to see them. I showed her and she said they looked fine and told me to ice and ibuprofen, and sent me on my way. It only gets worse from here. Within a couple hours I had to take a tramadol because the pain was so immense. A couple days later blisters formed and Heidi asked to see me. She said my burns were “normal” and refused to refund me. I consulted another esthetician, an ER nurse, as well as a plastic surgeon, all of which told me I have 2nd degree burns. About a week ago Savannah called me saying she would personally refund me but that Heidi and the business are not liable. I still haven’t gotten my refund, and am left with over 100 spots on my legs that I can only pray don’t leave scarring. Photos are a few hrs after, next day, my event day, 2 weeks ago, 1 week ago, and today.

Fantastic experience: I met with Savannah about getting a HydraFacial and BBL photo facial as well as reviewing my current skincare regimen. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and I could tell she really cared about helping me. She wanted to figure out the best products for my skin type and wasn’t just trying to sell me on expensive products or services. Some of her recommendations were things I already had on hand or could purchase elsewhere. She even gave me some samples to try out. I will definitely be coming back here. I left feeling great about the plan for making my skin look its very best! Everyone who works here has been so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Brighter Smiles Med Spa and Laser Center has been very good. The receptionist is very friendly. The staff are busy, but that is what goes with the territory. I felt like I was in good hands with someone who knows what they are doing. At my appointment I had lip injections and also old filler dissolved in my cheeks. I would say Heidi has an eye for symmetrical beauty which makes her very good at placing fillers accurately. Heidi is pretty much fixing a botch job that another injector had done, and I am super excited about my next appointment. Also, I look forward to getting other beauty services done here.
