Negative experience: Very friendly and expert service, they care about you and your needs. Top quality products, what else can you ask for? I got my dentures from Afordable Dentures ten years ago with no problems. Just upgraded to new ones. Thanks Springfield , Oregon office for your great service. My wife is getting new dentures here also. Great product and service with great prices!UPDATE LITTLE OVER ONE YEAR/paid almost 3000.00 dollars with a four year warranty. Tooth came out of lower denture. Went to local office where they were made. Office has closed, they referred me to another office. Nearest office is over 100 miles away. Called the them, will not honor warranty because it wasn’t made at their office. So my Affordable Dentures warranty is worthless. Called their national phone number was told they would refer the issue to corporate and send more info by email. Have not received any response. They may have been good at one time but not anymore!

Negative experience: I’m at a complete loss. I had my dentures replaced a year ago and they were perfect by these people then I ran over my dentures and you get a new pair. I finally got them back six months later the teeth are really big not like my normal size teeth And there was a lot of acrylic In my mouth, they added teeth to the set really difficult to even talk. I tried to call them, but they do not answer their phone I am really disappointed and I don’t know what to do. This is the third set. I’ve had done by them. I can only afford the economy set and they sure let me know it made me feel like I should’ve ordered a more expensive set, but it’s all I can Afford they made me feel Like they were doing me a favor by letting me Buy my new dentures there. I don’t know what happened over there. I hope they do me right. I’m going back in to have that discussion. You just don’t understand that may be a really nice pair of the year before and they did it in three weeks This set took six months.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and frustrating experience I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Affordable Dentures with Dr. Bruce Schwandt and his denturist was truly awful. After four failed attempts to make dentures that should have matched my current set — even after keeping my original dentures to copy twice — I was blamed for their poor work. The denturist was aggressive and dismissive, despite my repeated, clear feedback about the shape. When I raised my concerns, Dr. Schwandt turned red-faced and indignant, spoke to me like a child, and told me to "go sit down and wait until he was ready" — or get a refund. This process was stressful, disrespectful, and unprofessional from start to finish. If you value your time and dignity, look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: It was a great appointment. All staff was really nice. Recommended care was explained clearly. I had been to 3 general dentists. I was very pleased with my appointment. Two just wanted to crown the broken tooth. The third said I might need a root canal. None of them recommend a antibiotic. The endodontist said one root of tooth was broken. A extraction was recommended, but dentist wasn't willing to give me a recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Springfield Oregon location. The dentist and staff are very friendly. They run the office like clockwork and are very accommodating to my needs. With as many cancellations I’ve had due to other health issues, they had no problem switching my appointments. My daughter used affordable dentures in Colorado over 12 years ago and now she will need to get new ones due to her weight loss and this office is going to be doing that for her. Recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my denture that happened the day before we were to leave on vacation. The denture was purchased in a different state 3 years ago and was under warranty. I contacted Affordable Dentures in Springfield/Eugene Oregon and they were able to see me, get the denture fixed, and all in the same day! These guys were great!

Negative experience: This was the worst I have ever been treated, I was basically told they will not guarantee the set I get, no repairs no adjustments, nothing....I was told I would have to sign a waiver stating all that, what you get is what you get....that's what they said, never had this issue in Texas at affordable dentures, they were great there..

Negative experience: The staff was professional. Unfortunately the practicing denturist left the business right before COVID hit in 2020. My contract was not honored, they tried to change my treatment plan and charge me more money. I threatened them with a lawsuit, and settled for a full refund. Which I used to go to a different local provider and was happy with the results.

Negative experience: It started out good, But! I went in for a repair on my 5year old denture. They agreed to fix it, then I asked for a new lower partial. So we discussed options. He recommend the acrylic, I wanted the stainless cobalt. After discussing it with him I was going with his recommendation. And before I know it, he said (I don’t think we can work together on this) I was confused, he said that he thinks that he will not be able to make me happy. So he will not help me. He said he will only repair my upper but that is all. And left the room. I am very disappointed…

I am very relieved I went with them. Changing from your teeth, as bad as they may be, to permanent dentures is a major life changing decision. Fantastic experience: I originally wen to Affordable Dentures prior to the start of Covid. I was back this morning needing repair to my upper after breaking a tooth off during Thanksgiving dinner. I was in and out, with a fully repaired denture, within 3 hours. Still the best deal in town, friendly, skilled, and affordable!

Negative experience: Not happy they don't honor their guarante I just wanted my upper replaced after it broke, initially I paid 14,000 with a life time guarantee witch means nothing to them they just wanted to charge me more money

Negative experience: This company is nothing but frauds!! I went in to get my dentures and when I received them, they were the size of kids teeth and not adult teeth. They said I had unlimited fittings. After the second fitting they said that I had to pay out of pocket. It's been several years since I've tried to wear/use the dentures that I got from them because they never did fit properly and I have been waiting for quite a while now to find a denturist that actually knows what the heck they're doing and can help me fix/redo them. Unfortunately I had to give them at least one star but if it was up to me, I would give them a negative three star rating!!

Negative experience: i was running late - called to see if i should reschedule. no just go on in. i was about 10 minutes late - was there for a repair - they wanted x-rays -??? just a repair. didn’t want to pay for x-rays?? got in the room & waited a few minutes over an hour & no one came it. i gave em an extra 15 min. cuz i was late. but that doesn’t excuse them leaving me alone in a room for over an hour. so i just left. pretty crummy experience.

Fantastic experience: --THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR A SPECIFIC OCCURRENCE. I am still learning about the company. --As you all know, dental work is insanely expensive and you don't always get a good job done, yet still owe the money. Often, you have to push the dentist to fix their mistakes. Some refuse. Miserable. Thus, you may find this long review worth reading: --On 04-29-24 I showed up as a new patient for a front tooth root extraction and implant. (A previous crown had snapped off at the gum line.) I was given a free exam and an incredibly advanced set of images were taken. The dental procedures were well explained and professionally done. --The appointment overall was a bit dragged out with some confusion afoot. They were aware of the problem and apologized, saying the office was new or had reopened as of 01-2024. (Clearly working the bugs out of their office systems.) --In the first step of their implant process, a mold was taken to be sent to a lab for a surgical guide to be made. An itemized estimate of the total cost was given to me. ($3,494.00, all out of pocket.) I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks or less, whereupon they would schedule the procedure. (My standard dentist quoted me $4,772.22 out of pocket, after insurance, for the same job.) --In 2 weeks, on 05-I3-24, I called to discover there was a snafu. (I hadn't heard from anyone.) They told me that Corporate wanted Springfield to wait so that patients would get the advantage of the new, improved machine (due to be in service in 3 weeks or so) to make the surgical guide. --The upshot was that the [previously] normal advice they gave patients was now [temporarily] wrong. Someone didn't get the memo. This is likely a challenge for the business model of the main corporation, the various labs, and the franchise together. -- It would now be a total 5-6 week wait for the guide. At that point an implant can then be placed. ---- THEN, A SURPRISE a couple days later. Ashley, a coordinator, called me. Dera Lynn, a particularly competent dental assistant with a high amount of insight, knowledge, and humanity, had arranged a for a complimentary "Flipper", (a retainer with a tooth on it that snaps into place) to be made for me. Dera Lynn's act of empathy for my humiliating, dysfunctional, and isolating situation, (and I suppose too, as a recompense for the delay) was outstanding. It also shows you that this franchise has equitable policies, perhaps made possible due to the corporate franchise rules. (?) --They did this on their own without a word from me. How refreshing. How appreciated. --In this day and age, how often do you see old-fashioned, moral, virtue-based-behaviors on the part of the whole office and especially Dera Lynn? Honesty, sincere-endeavor, kindness, caring, fairness, responsibility, friendliness, competence. It makes me trust them and willing to work with them as their office evolves. (Any medical office requires herculean organization.) --On 05-16-24 I received the complimentary "Flipper". (Normally $400.00 to $500.00.) It doesn't hurt and it makes it possible to be in my home and in public, smiling again while I wait. I am thrilled and thankful. To be sincerely cared for and respected with compassion feels wonderful. GOING FORWARD Implants and Dentures are their specialty and all that they do. It should be good. If the final implant works well and looks up to par, I will be an avid fan of this company. In a year or so, they should have their systems fixed. That would make Affordable Dentures and Implants a great resource at a significant financial savings for this kind of work. I will update this review then.

Fantastic experience: I took my father in to see Dr. Schwandt after being disappointed with another denture company. Both him & Dera Lynn were wonderful in listening to his needs and troubleshooting his denture fitting issue. We left with a Much cheaper fix than the other company wanted to charge us. They were friendly, caring and weren’t looking to do unnecessary procedures. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will be getting my Dentures there. I went to Natural Dentures first and they were friendly but way to much money and didn't take the time with me like Affordable Dentures. I was in natural Dentures for about 15min and Affordable for about an hour. The dentist seemed to be really nice and I felt very comfortable.

Positive experience: I've only used your services twice. Once to replace a single tooth in the back of my denture. No problems with the repair. Now to reline the same denture so far so good. Both were responsibly priced. I will come back for more services when I need them. Thx.

Fantastic experience: I have been waiting to get in to get areplacement top denture. They are open Mon-Thursday and are just as great with customer service as they were before. The internet went down this morning and all the staff did everything they could to get the patients in and out in a timely manner. All very kind and will definitely be back (hopefully not for awhile) but this is my denture place!!!

Negative experience: Three years ago had to go to another denture office and pay $458 to fix something I had a guarantee with Affordable since they wouldn't see me. Stayed closed for a year even after Covid years. Was told a month ago someone would call, no one did. Great office when Dr. Harris had it, not impressed at this time.

Negative experience: I got my dentures done right before Covid hit. I had one or two more alignments to go when they shut down and I never heard from anyone again. I called the 800 number you get and they were supposed to call me back and they never did. My dentures have cracked and broke 5 or 6 times since then and I have tried calling with no response. I have had to go elsewhere for repairs and my teeth still crack and brake. Need a whole new set and affordable dentures should replace my set for free since they don’t return calls or actually care about customers

Negative experience: Very confusing, practice shut down Dec 3rd!!?? Left many messages. Got ahold of someone through the 800 number. The closest and only one open is in Wilsonville. I have a case # now and a patient resolution team is supposed to call me and answer my questions. Really what the heck is going on here

Negative experience: I paid for premium teeth and within a week they had cracks,scratches and looked very thin! I Honestly don’t think these are even premium! I I have tried using my warranty and they haven’t returned any of my calls or messages! I would like to add the teeth I received at a different place were great and they lasted over 10 years with no problem! Im sad these new ones didn’t even make it a month and I paid more for these. If they make it right I will post a update!

Negative experience: After having a great experience at a Afford Dent. In calif for s mid lvl prim.. i decided to buy a full set of ultimate lvl dentures its been nothing but a nightmare , it took them 3 trys the first set was so tall i could not close my lips or open to bite somthing. The 2nd set was shaped like a V ?? What am i a Parrot.. no humans have a U shaped mouth the 3rd was livable but have lost 1 tooth on the top and cracked the top had it repaired back at the calif location. To have another tooth on the top pop off i glued back on and 2 teeth on the bottom and now the bottoms have broken in 2 across the front and behind front as the front 4 teeth are in my hand now 1 1/2 year later being I've been fighting terminal Cancer at different cancer centers and universities for the last 3 years between both my homes in Springfield and Calif. I would swear that i should have waited to have gone to the calif location to get this done.. i now belive as much has broken on the supposed ultimate set i paid for this super strength set of denture i was given I'm beginning to think i was given the cheapest set they make ... i feel very ripped off.. and reczmend don't waist the money for the ultimate set.. not worth it. As the premium upper i got at another location was 10 times stronger and made the very same day .. not 4 weeks later.

They're quote of what I requested and what I was told needed to be done is very affordable as their business name says. Fantastic experience: Dr. Rasnick is the best! He made me a new set of dentures after the warranty expired because o hadn't spoke up about the fit. I was trying to make my mouth and jaw fit the dentures every time they were adjusted. He was great. Very kind and understanding to my nievete. Even after making a new set before I bit my natural bite. He made meet yet another new set. I missed a couple appts without calling and they forgave me. My new dentures with my natural bite fir perfect . Not even 1 adjustment. The whole office, lu lu, cat are all amazing. Person able, understanding and kind. Same day and next dayl lab results and Dr Rasnick adjusts them himself on the spot. I recommend them most highly and am sad to have ended our services together. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Went in today for my consultation and first mold for my new top dentures it was very reasonably priced and they were extremely quick to get me in for my second appointment on Tuesday so excited to have my smile back!!

Negative experience: I am really unhappy with my teeth from here and will ask for a refund if they do not last more than 4 months without loosing a tooth. And the dr got snotty about my "perfect" teeth that have lasted me 15 years and have never lost a tooth. If this does not work after assessing the bit I want a refund!
