Fantastic experience: I'm old and have experienced many different dentists. The staff at Quest Dental is the most compassionate and attentive I have ever known. And, on my limited income, I don't have to break my bank after every visit.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a root canal done. Yep …..no fun but Quest dental made me feel comfortable and I was in the least amount of pain possible. The doctor and team communicated exceptionally well letting me know every step what was going on. Almost four hours of dedicated care and I had no more tooth pain and a new crown! Thank you all for making me feel the confidence in your skills to get everything done and thank you for doing the entire thing in one ❤️

Negative experience: (3 years ago) I waited a bit to do this until my daughter was mostly better from a very difficult extraction. I'd taken my daughter to 3 other Dentists and wasted hundreds of dollars trying to find A Dentist who could do the job. Not only was he able to get her in quickly but we were both treated so kindly by Dr Lassen and his staff! My child has been through so much because of this ordeal and he literally became our Hero. There is nothing worse than having a child in pain up all night crying night after night. But she laid on that Dental chair with not one bit of fear. This wasn't the case with the other places. The procedure took a while as expected and she started to get a chill... They brought her a warm blanket and she just melted back into relaxation! Every single person we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Listened to our concerns and treated us like friends. Not a client or a number. We won't go anywhere else now. As a mom you have no idea how grateful I am to you Dr. Lassen for treating my baby so gently and taking your time with her! She is healing so nicely and also thanks you!

Negative experience: Do not trust these people with ANYTHING more advanced than the most basic of cleaning, I beg of you. I'm trying to keep it TLDR but 1) They broke one of my 11 year old retainers, so I bought their $600 retainers. 2) First of their retainers broke a few months in. 3) Second retainer broke 8 months in—yesterday. 4) Now, my old retainer that was serving me perfectly fine 12 months ago no longer fits by a LONG shot (bottom front 3 teeth are trying to fit in the front two teeth's original mold). Which means the retainers weren't even working pre-snapping in half like the cheap plastic they were. No hot water was used, or other heat applied. Wore them 99% of nights—only skipped maybe 1-4 days on days my gums got cut up (in the "ate a tortilla chip wrong" kind of way). This is on them and their poor quality materials. Now I might even need to cough up $3,000+ and go back on braces. *Please* don't trust these people.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down, without question, the best dentist I have been to in Eugene. My dentist retired several years ago and I have been floating around trying to find a wonderful dental practice. Quest Dental fit the bill. The dental hygienist, Cat, did an amazing job with my X-rays, cleaning, and taking my dental history very seriously. Today was my first cleaning with their group. Although I regularly see a dentist for cleaning every six months, I don’t think my teeth have been this clean for at least three years. She took her time, was meticulous, and gave me wonderful recommendations for products to help decrease the pesky stains on my teeth (coffee and red wine). Upon evaluating my X-rays, the dentist recommended some work, but was not over bearing. He left the decision up to me and what I was comfortable with since this was my first time visiting the practice. From scheduling my appointment online, check in, to cleaning, and scheduling a future cleaning, everything was seamless. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I wish I found this group sooner. Thank you Quest Dental!

Tony was so comforting and explained everything so well, he was so patient with my anxiety and told me we could take a break at any point. Dr Hubbard was also amazing and professional. All the staff explained everything so well and answered all the questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed out the door and I felt like they really took their time to look everything over. I will definitely be returning, which is saying a lot considering my deep fear of dental work

Fantastic experience: As always, I would much rather travel farther and pay more for the amazing and empathetic service. What a great team! I hate going to the dentist, I am terrified and my body shakes. They usually have to take my blood pressure multiple times because it takes a while for me to calm down. Fantastic experience: Quest dental is wonderful! I’ve had so many issues with my teeth and bad experiences. I came to them and they always make sure I’m comfortable and not in any pain. I have had no issues with them. Office staff is absolutely lovely and friendly. Only thing is that they don’t do a lot of insurance companies and they have a bit higher prices (they do have a payment plan) but no matter the cost they are worth it. If you want people who care about your comfort and health I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was in for a teeth cleaning, with Kristen, who's the absolute sweetest, super gentle and conscious to not cause any discomfort. I truly appreciate that extra touch! The professionalism, friendliness and care given is beyond anything I've ever experienced with any Dentist office I've been to. Kristen asked how I was, and also asked how my husband is doing, since she knows that he's had quite a health journey in the past several years! I feel 100% safe and cared about when I'm there. Genuine kindness, smiles, warm blankets, and cleanliness!! The front office staff is equally as amazing! I didn't see Dr. Lassen this time, but I can't sing his praise enough! Quest Dental will be my forever home for my dental wellness! I HIGHLY suggest them!

Fantastic experience: Went in for periodontal cleaning and it was affordable and the dental hygenist kirsten is the best in the business. Shes a excellent tech who explains the procedure very clearly. She helps you with great maintenance advice. She is by far the best. Superior in every facet. 12/12/2024 Great front desk assuring insurance was authorized. Very friendly and active listerners. My dental hygenist was beyond superb. Just when u find a great office GEHA INS was no longer accepted at Quest. The reason i was given was that the Doctor refused to renew in network contract. SMH

Fantastic experience: I love Quest Dental. This was my first visit and Wow what a wonderful experience. From checking in to each professional I spoke with they all were amazing! Being on Medicare is tough when it come to finding in network Doctors. The Hygentist even helped me with my TMJ helping me understand how to massage the jaw area. That was a first ever experience. They’re positive and educational all the way through. As we age there’s so much to learn about really keeping all our teeth in our mouth for the long haul. I got great advice today. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly people from the dentists to the assistants and the front lobby. Everyone was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed about what was being done and why. It really felt like they cared and not like I was just another person whose teeth were going to clean or repair.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend because the office “manager” doesn’t know how to do her job properly. They over charged me several times after billing my insurance and it took months of fighting to get MY money back. The office manager kept trying to “explain” the difference in charges which didn’t add up at all. My insurance had to call them directly and then the manager called me shortly after to give my refund. My insurance instructed me to never pay upfront because it’s not easy to get refunded (which I learned first hand) so Quest Dental initially let me pay after my insurance was billed. Today after my visit and the doctor said it seems I’ve been taking fairly good care of my teeth, I got a care plan for $1800 out of pocket after insurance. I let them know I will not pay until after insurance is billed due to my previous experiences. The office manager said she remembered me, and said that’s not their policy. Well maybe she forgot her giving me incorrect information, and forcing my insurance to contact them to even acknowledge they owed me money! SCAMMY business practices

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Quest Dental that we had contact with were friendly, generous, kind, compassionate, and efficient. We hadn't seen a dentist for far too long, and they helped ease our nervousness by patiently explaining what they were doing and why. We have continued to wear masks in public to help avoid covid. Because of this, they let us use a procedure room for our appointment and they wore a mask throughout the appointment without us requesting them to do so. I just want them to know that we truly appreciate their care!

Fantastic experience: Quest dental has been my dentist for several years and they continue to impress me. I had a crown (in a day) put on last month, and started feeling some discomfort chewing. Even though it had been some time since getting the crown, they worked me in quickly and completely fixed the issue. No more pain! Fantastic experience: This place is the bees knees! The people here are incredibly friendly, and make sure that you understand your options. Ended up getting a crown, they walked me through the process. I thought it was really neat that they actually make the crowns at the office. The woman that made mine did an exceptional job, even down to the color match, it blended in perfect! They really want to be comfortable here and make sure your needs are met, like getting you a blanket, water, making sure you get a break if you need it. They even let me pick a show to watch while I got my work done! Hands down, I HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental care!

Fantastic experience: I did NOT want to go! A swollen gland with every meal finally made me bite the bullet. Within 20 minutes, Dr. Lassen diagnosed my problem and had me feeling so much better about my health! You know how things get out-of-hand in your head about things like this...it's a salivary stone. Aspen dental totally missed it, even though that was what I was there for, specifically. They caused months of needless concern for me.. Dr. Lassen is very kind and compassionate and I recommend him, and Quest very highly!

I wasn’t a current patient, but thanks to a cancellation, they were able to see me that morning! After my exam, they got me in the next day to replace the crown. Wonderful experience, and very nice people. They are all very caring and thorough. I am now a new patient, and will be scheduling my future dental needs with them from now on.
