Negative experience: I see a lot of good reviews I thought I would call and see if they were taking on new patients but no one answered the phone not even the emergency phone number was working??

Fantastic experience: Amazing people and the quality of care is always top notch. My husband, 2 year old son and I all see Dr. Bikki and she’s always been very kind and informative. She answers all questions, doesn’t do anything without first explaining it. My son’s first appointment went so smoothly and she was so so good with him. They’re always quick to get you in, and try their best to work with your budget when paying out of pocket without dental insurance. I recommend their office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The cleaning was through and the hygienist was friendly. Not only that, she washed her hands before putting on her gloves. She also wore her mask. I felt safe in her chair. My former dentist would come in and check my mouth which isn't done here. I'm not sure why. Regardless, my teeth feel clean and I'm satisfied with the care I received.

Fantastic experience: I am very dental-phobic and have severe anxiety about going - even calling for an appointment is enough to make me have a panic attack. I have had numerous rough experiences, and usually wait until I am in pain to seek out dental treatment. I had an emergency over the holiday weekend, and Dr. Miller's office saw me as a new patient with an emergency Monday morning. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with compassion, and made to feel welcome there, even though I was in tears at the thought of being seen. The dental assistant was kind, talked about everything but dental work while getting me prepped, helping to keep my anxiety under control. He brought me a blanket, and gave me dark glasses to be more comfortable with the bright lights. Dr. Lavanya Bikki was a dental dream come true!. She explained everything that I needed for the urgent issue, and did not make me feel bad about waiting so long to make the appointment, or the shape of my other teeth. She discussed the procedure and why it was needed (I had an extraction) and how it would be done. She told me what I would likely feel, how long it would take, and reassured me I would feel so much better after. We discussed my anxiety (she has such a soothing mannerism and she was so kind!!) and we decided together that I could try using laughing gas (I had never before). Once she started, the procedure was quicker than she said it would be, and I felt no pain. She was gentle and continued to explain what was happening the entire time. After we were finished, she said she would like to see me again for a cleaning and xrays, so we can take care of any more issues before they progress to my being in pain with an emergency, and I booked an appointment! I plan to have more dental work done (by choice!) by Dr. Lavanya Bikki I have never trusted a dental office more and know that I will be well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Dr. Lavanya Bikki. I cannot say enough about how wonderful your staff is, how they comforted me, and made this a very safe experience.

I used to see Dr Miller, but while he definitely is still there, he has taken a step back. The new doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. I typically see Windy or Kayla for my cleanings and they are fantastic, efficient and very kind. The providers, techs and front end staff genuinely care about their patients and it shows. I suggest this place to all my friends, and I would suggest it to you too.

Fantastic experience: I have sensitive teeth, so, in the past, cleaning was quite unpleasant. But not at Dr. Miller's office. Wendy is such a gentle hygienist. At my cleaning last week, I almost fell asleep in the chair as she cleaned my teeth. I give Dr. Miller's Office my highest recommendation.

Negative experience: My hygienist is light handed and very clear when offering help. I am very bothered that it's called Dr Miller office but that is not who you see. I have issues with the new Dr doing a cosmetic filling with no consent and was going to charge me for it too.

Dr. Bikki was very thorough in explaining things to me and in clearing up some confusion in the records my prior dentist's office had provided. My next visit was for a cleaning. Wendy the hygienist was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend this dental office. My most recent visit was for a six-month cleaning, and bite wing x-rays. Everything was once again efficient and pleasant. At the front desk, Jenny was extremely helpful regarding my questions about charges and insurance coverage. 8/20/24 Another friendly, efficient, and expert cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone was extremely kind and informative. I was nervous going in as it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist since I've moved around quite often, but left with my next appointment booked. Would recommend for anyone nervous about going.. it's a small office with great people.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this is being changed to a 1 star. I hadn't been into this office in awhile due to moving out of state and now moving back. I maintained regular visits to my dentist in kentucky. I went in to get my teeth cleaned, while this was happening the hygienist popped a filling out. While I understand that can happen, it seems like a really huge disservice to a patient to have it happen and the office not take any bit of responsibility. Had I not gone in for a cleaning I highly doubt my filling would just pop out. I have had multiple exams done and not a single dentist doing those exams has ever had anything to say about that area. When I called to talk to the office about this, the manager told me they would take care of it. So I came in under the impression it was going to be taken care of. The dentist decided that some drilling needed to be done to clean it up and because of that they would be charging. The worst part was the dentist belittling me and saying "the hygienist didn't put the cavity there" no kidding. Some people have bad teeth and some people have good teeth. Mine have never been good. It doesn't make me an unhygienic person. It makes this dentist look like a jerk for trying to blame me over something that happened in their office. The least that could of been done is offer to fix it at a discounted rate. Considering I liked them SO MUCH, I went there even though they are out of network with my insurance. Needless to say this was an awful experience. If you read this far, I hope this won't happen to you. It is a horrible feeling to be out of benefits for the year and have to walk around with a cavity that was filled hoping and praying your front tooth doesn't get infected until next year when you can afford to get it fixed. Hands down the best. These people care. All of them. Both dentists I have seen treated me with kindness and were extremely gentle. I used to take an anxiety medication to be able to go to the dentist and since coming here I no longer need one. I am so grateful for this office and wish I had found them sooner. I can't say how appreciative of them I am enough.

Negative experience: I filled out an "anonymous" comment form with some mild feedback and the front office staff went through their records and talked to everyone in the office to figure out who it was written by. They then outed me to the dentist and confronted me in the public waiting room. Very hurtful and unprofessional! All I had suggested was that their new-ish dentist introduce herself to patients before giving advice, since we don't come in very often and her name isn't anywhere in the waiting room.

I was there for just a six month cleaning, but the dental assistant answered my questions and gave me options for after visit tooth cleaning. I also had questions about my insurance and the women at the front desk Took the time to answer my questions (even though I could go home and get the information online). Based on my many previous visits which involved cavities, crowns, and wisdom tooth retractions, I can recommend Dr. Miller’s office as a knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly place to get dental care!

Ex ray was taken and results And options discussed.referred me to a specialist who deals with posts all the time.will wait and see where this is headed. Fantastic experience: Lohring has been our dentist since the 1990s. He is the best combination of old school and new technology. His office staff is amazing! They found a health insurance benefit we didn't know we had that kept our money in the bank and the cleaning was free! Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: In my ~30 years of dental visits, this is the first time I’ve walked out of an office with a smile on my face and not overwhelmed with guilt. From the second I walked in the door, I had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. As someone who’s prone to panic attacks pre-dental appointments, this experience was much needed. My hygienist Wendy was the best! She was personable, empathetic and well-informed. She was able to detect my oral hygiene habits and history quickly, and was honest about what habits I needed to develop or quit, without being judgmental. As long as they’re in business, I will never go anywhere else.
