Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Laleh today for a new patient consult. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laleh and her staff. I have a complicated situation in my mouth and she took a lot of extra time explaining my condition and what I might be looking at for options. She even had her husband come in and consult with her. I feel like I'm going to be in very capable and caring hands going forward. The support staff were all very friendly and I felt like everyone was genuinely enjoying their jobs, which says a lot for how the practice is run. I'm so glad I made the decision to be seen at Rezaee Dental. I would highly recommend!

Although I knew I'd havr to prob. opt for a dental implant, scary news, financially and also difficult to deal with, she gives you ways to resolve those issues too. She's honest and competent and what she does. I've had her since my kids were in middle school and now 25 laters and older, still want to keep her! Positive experience: Fantastic dentist but their billing practices are problematic.They don’t like dealing with insurance, even though they say they accept it. I’m constantly getting bills for services my insurance has already paid for. They also overcharge for services and then give patients a “credit.”

Fantastic experience: When I called about a bad toothache, Dr. Rezaee’s office found a noon hour when I could get an x-ray; he reviewed them promptly, and staff scheduled an appointment for me with an endodontist for a root canal. As always, Dr. Rezaee is personable, thoughtful and kind. The office was also COVID-careful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Laleh for a few years and this visit was the first dental work I’ve needed. I had a filling replaced; they were aware of my anaesthetic needs, and finished in 40 minutes. Frances, the hygienist, was gentle and efficient.

Fantastic experience: oh dear … I went to rate my visit yesterday and I found that I had written but not posted about my previous visit . So I feel compelled to post both reviews. My appointment on 7-28-25 was wonderful. My faith is restored from my previous visit. I have been with This office for around 15 years and they have always gotten rave reviews from me for kindness, efficiency, friendliness and excellent dental care. My recent visit was no exception, 5 stars! My previous visit was the single exception. It was difficult for me . While the person who cleaned my teeth was friendly and caring , I experienced pain and had to ask to stop several times. I doubt that he read my records. I have a history of early trauma with my dentist. Previous hygienists have taken a great deal of time to insure that I wasn’t in pain. And I had gotten to the point of not dreading sitting in a dental chair. My experience yesterday took me backwards in that area.Two stars for that previous visit 6 months ago.

Fantastic experience: When I first went into the office the receptionist was really nice and kind. When Dr. Shahram's assistant came out to help me, she was really nice and kind. The dentist was really nice. Dr. Shahram looked at my teeth he took the time to tell me what was wrong with my teeth in a way I could understand. The office told me how much the treatment plan would cost per visit. When Dr. Shahram went over the plan with me, he said he does not believe in pulling out your teeth. He believes if your teeth can be saved they will be saved. I gave Dr. Shahram five stars because he gave me options and included me in the decision making process. He told me what was wrong with my teeth. My back teeth had a lot of fillings in them. He took the time to do what was needed to save the teeth that were salvageable. He is concerned about his patients and his patient's teeth. He saw me as a person and listened to my concerns. I felt like I was part of my care team. He said if I have any problems to come back to him. and every time when I go in there for my appointment his assistants are all very welcoming. I have never had a bad experience. They are all so welcoming. Dr. Shahram made going to the dentist a positive experience. I am grateful that my daughter found him for me. Dr. Shahram is the best dentist I have ever been to. He's more concerned about his patients and his patient's teeth than any dentist I have previously gone to. I recommend anybody go to him. He is good at his job!

Every staff I see is so understanding about my fear and works with me and allow me to open to my comfort level. I feel comfortable and less anxious now when I come in.

Negative experience: This office may be okay for routine care but I absolutely do not recommend them for anything specialized or any sort of emergency. I managed to get an urgent appointment scheduled with Dr. Rezaee while my regular dentist was closed for the week (the last minute availability is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1) and could not have been more disappointed. I had a bone spur (a bit of my jawbone was poking through my gums), my gums were so swollen it looked like I was about to sprout a new tooth, and my teeth in the area were in immense pain. Dr. Rezaee took about 30 seconds to look at my mouth, told me it would go away on it's own, and when I reiterated that the pain had been worsening in my teeth argued with me that my teeth "shouldn't be hurting because it was just a gum issue," recommended that I eat using the other side of my mouth, and sent me home. Thank god I kept calling around and was able to get in elsewhere the following day because it turned out I had a massive infection and needed antibiotics and oral surgery.
