Fantastic experience: I have been lax trying to find a new dentist since I moved to Eugene. But I called Magnuson Dental, and was blown away by the customer service over the phone (Debbie?). She was awesome... scheduled me for the following week, took a bit of information on where to get prior dental record, and chatted just a bit. When I arrived, I was greeted by two wonderful dogs that they have... and that was a big plus. I was taken to the room where they do photos, and that went well. My cleaning was perfect, the young lady who did it was terrific! Excellent care! Meeting the Dentists here was really nice... great people. The staff (all of them) were wonderful! Very happy to be part of their customer base now!

Fantastic experience: As a patient who has had numerous dental procedures throughout my life, I have to say the Magnuson Dental is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been lucky enough to find. Before I went to Magnuson, I had missing and cracked teeth and was in need of several procedures. I had zero reason to smile. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff that immediately put me at ease. Debby (the office manager) provided clear guidance through the initial steps and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. Once I met Dr. Norm and Dr. Ryan, I knew I was in good hands. They expertly fixed my dental issues and showed genuine care and compassion. The personalized attention and emphasis on patient comfort makes this practice exceptional. Such kind and skilled people with attention to every detail. Thought they were too good to be true myself, but hands down, best dentist in the Eugene/Springfield area. Negative experience: The receptionist is the rudest person in the world. The cleaning was subpar at best. They charged 100$ for a mossed appointment. You should be ashamed to call yourself a business charging common people that much. Seriously, the lady behind the counter needs slapped with some serious respect. She is so rude and short. And just an ugly character. I would never recommend this place... ever id let my teeth rot out before I went back.

Fantastic experience: Had my first crown placed over a tooth that was broken. As always the staff was friendly, professional and compassionate. Jennifer, Carly and Dr. Ryan were alert to my concerns - the tooth was quite resistant to being numbed, but they patiently persisted and the drilling and placement of the the crown was eventually pain-free. Been a patient for about a decade now and always excellent dental care.

She is so nice and friendly, which I really like in anyone that provides a nice and friendly service, especially with my teeth! Ryan gave me a good check up on my teeth and could not find anything wrong! YAY! It was a very good day! There was a time a few years ago when wild horses could not get me into a dentist office! It was a must for my three children and my husband, but not for me! My dentist stories were what motion pictures and horror films were made! It had been over 12 years since my last dental visit! While making an appointment for my youngest son and my husband, but not me. The receptionist ask if I was going to make an appointment for me? I told her that I had a real problem with seeing a dentist! If I could get an appointment instantly, I might be able to go through with it. I wouldn’t have time to think about it and get really nervous. She said “how about in an hour, today”! So I did it! I was getting nervous, but I was there an hour later! Norman and his staff were so easy to talk to and he understood my problem and dentists that had no chairside manners! He said he had some of those same problems. I ended up having to have two crowns and a two cavities filled! I had never had my teeth cleaned, so that was a new experience. The hygenist was a wonderful lot and so very patient with me. She was also quite funny and we were instant friends! I have never missed an appointment since then! That was 33 years ago! Thank you all at Magnuson Dental! You have helped me keep my teeth in great shape!

Our conversations left me feeling valued, validated, and respected rather than just tolerated as a patient by all of them. I felt like more than a dollar sign to them, and I'm grateful they were able to take me as a new patient for some complicated dental work. Fantastic experience: My usual dentist is in another town but I needed attention for a problem. My friend who works for Magnusson got me in to see Ryan. I needed an implant, the biggest dental procedure I’ve had by far and I was nervous. I was so impressed by how well I was treated. So far it’s been a great experience (other than it sucks to need an implant). I give them the highest recommendation.
