Fantastic experience: After switching from another dentist, I had my first initial comprehensive exam with Dr Stokes today. Dr Stokes and her assistant Melissa were welcoming and congenial, answered all my questions and gave me the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. The office then sent me a treatment plan via email. Based on today's visit, I give Pearly Whites 5 stars. I will review again after I have some work done.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visits at Pearly Whites Eugene. I feel like I've learned so much from them than any other dentist I've used in the past. Matt is such a fun hygienist with years of experience and a great story teller so your exam goes by so fast. Jossi (dentist) is kind and knowledgeable and the front staff Carolyn and Nikki are top notch. My husband and I even go together and they call it our "dental date". Sounds cliche, but it does feel like family there.

Positive experience: A new hygienist today. I could definitely tell a difference between the previous that I had been seeing for the last few years. Actually the previous 2 had some similarities that my newest hygienist didn't. The attention to care/check in and ask questions was lacking. The little things. Are there any teeth that are sensitive before I start. Asking you if you want tinted glasses before they start blinding you in your eyes. What flavor might you like for your polishing. Would you like another rince. With that being said overall there was a gentle nature to my cleaning experience that maybe I didn't get with the previous. But I'm not sure if that was due to lack of being thorough enough or if they were really good with the modern methods of cleaning teeth, and maybe they did a good job. It seemed like a decent cleaning. I still would see this new hygienist again. Wondering if there was a nervousness aspect of being a new member on the team. The general staff at Pearly whites is top notch and I will continue to support with good words and recommending.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I think i've ever been to. Josie is not only great at her job, but she's trauma informed and a very caring human. The front desk staff. Is friendly and knows exactly what they're doing. Every tech i've had that works with josie has been kind and similarly awesome. A little bit about me. I have had lots of dental surgeries due to a bicycle accident when I was little and have a lot of anxiety when coming to the dentist. I have had pain medication wear off mid surgery, and that has been something that has stayed with me and created a lot of anxiety when booking an appointment with a dentist, finding a new dentist and getting someone to understand how my body metabolizes, pain medication and numbing agents. This doctor gets it. And bonus points, the nature around the building, and the building itself is really beautiful. I would give this place ten stars if I could.
