Fantastic experience: Walked in super nervous with my wild three-year-old who didn’t even want to get out of the car… but the vibe totally changed the second we stepped inside. I swear he could feel he was in a safe place with really good people. Erica, you’re the absolute BEST. So grateful we found you. Our oldest is pretty comfortable now, and it’s all because of the team. Quick, kind, and easy all around. Looking forward to years of care with this team!!!

They are amazingly patient and so timely! I appreciate these ladies more than they know! 11 years with Dr. Lentfer and I wouldn't want my children with any other dentist office! So thankful

Fantastic experience: Two of my kids have dentinogenesis imperfecta and Dr. Lentfer has been a life saver! She is so knowledgeable and provides such a positive experience at the dentist for my kids, especially with all their extra visits that come with the enamel disorder. She makes sure to communicate with me about all our options and walk us through treatments. They also have a wonderful staff and wonderful approach to helping kids actually LIKE the dentist! Can’t say enough good things about them!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces from any staff member that walked by and a fun place for my kids to play to stay entertained while waiting! The entire team was knowledgeable and made myself and my daughter feel comfortable. We will absolutely be coming back. I wish I remembered her name, but our dental hygienist was so sweet and understanding! The doctor came in and got straight to the point - I love that! Fantastic experience: Oregon kids pediatric dentistry has always treated my daughter (4yo) and I very well. We visited today because she knocked her two front teeth loose and they needed to be pulled. Not only did she leave with 2 less teeth expertly extracted she also left with a popsicle and new little toys. It was a great experience all in all. Dr Lentfer always works magic with my daughter.

Super friendly and very helpful. when I was scared for my children’s teeth health they showed me everything to do, and helped quickly ! My child had to have surgery for multiple teeth and they took very good care of us! The kids always look forward to going to the dentist! They have a wonderful waiting room with tons of toys for kids of all ages, a tv with kids shows and they accommodate to your children well during the work. We will stay here as long as possible! Fantastic experience: Taking a trip to the dentist can be scary for a kid, but everyone at Oregon Kids Dentistry makes the experience pleasant and enjoyable. They are amazing with the kiddos and take the time to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking a pediatric dentist to make an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Wow. So VERY understanding staff, it was my oldest kiddos first time. Very great with littles. I have a pandemic baby. As unfortunately the 3 YO, and below are referred to. Anywho, they have an amazing office. The STAFF is just as wonderful! We're so happy that we found them. And they take OHP. Which is all we have. We're looking forward to coming back in January. Toys, TV, coloring wall, a treat they can pick when they're done. Annnnnnnd doggies come in for comfort for the kiddos. Truly so happy to have found this place. Will be referring all to them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lentfer is very informative and kind, she has a gentle hand when it comes to newborns. They had to take our one month old back for a procedure and I felt fully comfortable with her and her staff doing so. Highly recommend this place, front office staff is lovely as well! Updated review from 4/3/2025: We have been coming here since our son was a baby and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind and easy to work with and they have a special way with kids. I highly recommend this place! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of dental anxiety bringing my 3 year old in for a procedure. The team at Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry work so hard to make my child feel safe, cared for, and excited for her Dentist appointments. They also work to ease the worries of parents and caregivers. They are thorough, offer multiple chances to ask questions, and do well at informing parents to make empowered decisions. I have never felt pressured to make a certain decision about my child's dental work, nor have I felt judged by my choices. Every staff member I have met has been pleasant, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for this dental office and I can't imagine taking my children elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: OKPD blew me away. We took our 17mo in for her first appointment and were so pleased with the entire experience. Not only did my daughter allow them to brush her teeth, she was also comfortable enough to ask the dentist and her assistant to pick her up while I was chatting with them. I would definitely recommend taking your kids here! The staff is sweet, the building is clean and they have a play & reading area in the waiting room. We are excited for her next appt!

Fantastic experience: I love this place and more importantly so does my daughter. Wish we would’ve found them sooner to avoid the major dental anxiety she got from her last dentist. They’re all so kind and gentle and caring in there. Dr Lentfer is awesome and every single person in the staff that we’ve met so far, front desk and all, has been wonderful. Her dental hygienist today (Jodi I believe) was incredibly nice and made my daughter comfortable and content for her appointment. I’m SO happy we gave this place a chance.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an amazing experience with her first dental cleaning! From the first interaction with the front desk we had a warm welcome and seemless check in! We were called back immediately with no wait time and our dental hygienist (Milika) was exceptional at making sure our daughter was comfortable and explained everything to her!! They offered her headphones and a screen above to watch her favorite show! She felt right at home and the Dr Lentfer was timely and super professional, friendly and also world class! So thankful we were referred here from my husband and I’s dentist ( Dr Ferguson Five)! So thank you @ Oregon Kids Pediatric dentistry for allowing us to have such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: My daughter (almost 5) had what felt like an extensive amount of work done on her teeth. Poor girl. She needed multiple fillings, two crowns, an extraction… and she was under anesthesia for it. I was very impressed with how they treated her and I through the whole process. As a mother I was nervous about the procedure (mostly the anesthesia part) however with all my questions answered and more info given by the anesthesiologist and Dr. Lenford I felt very reassured that my daughter was cared for and in good hands. The anesthesiologist assistant came out a couple times during the procedure to update us. We had a very positive experience and I’d recommend this office to anyone! Many thanks to everyone at Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry, including the receptionist staff who have always been very helpful and accommodating!

Fantastic experience: We specifically sought out a pediatric dentist, not just a dentist that can work with kids, so our child could have exclusively positive associations with the dentist. Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry is incredible and absolutely fulfilled that wish. We truly could not be happier with this dentist and my daughter loves to go. Fun toys, prizes, movies, warm and friendly staff who really know how to work with kids. She gets to watch Bluey while she gets her teeth cleaned. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: We adore this dentist! The communication is so easy and great - with texting options, easy forms online, and simple appointment confirming. Also, every single person is SO DANG NICE and pleasant. EVERYONE from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Lentfer herself. She is the greatest with our kids and makes sure to ask us for any concerns we have, taking time to make us feel good as parents. We were even able to text pictures when we just wanted some reassurance with our toddlers gums. They truly radiate warmth here and make our kids excited to go to the dentist. All that aside, the office is beautiful, super bright and clean. We love the simple and fun nature of it, and of course our littles love the TV on the ceiling to put them at ease, Bonus for the cute prizes at the end! All around the literal best in Eugene. Can’t recommend enough.

My daughter literally did not even cry after the procedure, the dentist was so gentle and kind. She healed very well with zero problems. Highly recommend..❤️

Fantastic experience: You couldn't ask for a more delightful place for kids to have their first dentist experience. They have toys and movies in the lobby, TVs on the ceiling in all the exam rooms, and a fun gumball machine style toys for your brave little ones after they finish their appointment. All the staff are super upbeat and respectful of parent's choices and never push. Check-ins on their tablets are a breeze as well. Plus they have a super fun logo with a tooth in the general shape of our state. What's not to love?

She’s a true expert and will make sure your child is cared for and that you leave feeling supported and educated. Fantastic experience: Dr Jordan Lentfer is the most highly skilled and qualified pediatric dentist we have ever seen, she takes her time to make you feel like family and her office staff are very friendly also are great with kids as well! Fantastic experience: This place is the best, Me and Gracie's Mother were really stressed out for her dental procedure as she needed anesthesia for the first time. Dr. Lentfer was amazing as well with us and was awesome with Gracie! The anesthesiologist staff was amazing as well. They came out before the procedure and explained everything in detail to me and Gracie's mom. They put our minds at ease. The most important thing is that they made Gracie feel relaxed and at ease. Fantastic experience: The technician cleaning, Morgan's teeth spoke to him, praising him for where he was doing a good job and helping him learn where he could do better. It was a very positive experience. she went out of her way to find the brush and tools that would help him best now that he was wearing braces.

Fantastic experience: We travel from Bandon (3 hour drive) because the staff here is so great. You can tell Dr. Lentfer genuinely cares about her patients and loves her job, which is unfortunately rare on the coast. She really is the only dentist I recommend to my friends with littles. I love that my son actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry. First, their receptionist went above and beyond dealing with our insurance, to make sure the burden didn’t fall on me. The staff have been kind, down-to-earth, informative and really awesome with my kiddo. Extremely kid friendly playroom in the front, prize to pick for after. When it’s time for your child’s appointment, they give them sunglasses for the bright light and have a movie playing above their head to help distract uneasy kiddos. They followed up after a particularly rough appointment, like they said they would, and genuinely seemed to care that my son was doing okay. Definitely recommend bringing all age kiddos here!

Fantastic experience: My kids LOVE Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry and they actually beg to go to the dentist! The staff are incredibly kind and professional and I love that parents are welcome to be with their kids if desired. As a parent, I feel that my role and opinion is valued. My kids probably enjoy watching tv shows during their cleanings and the prizes afterward the most. After this week’s cleaning, my 7 year old excitedly told me that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up! Such a great place!
