Fantastic experience: I have never experienced the kind of care I received here before. This place set the standard for patient care that every health clinic/ office should follow. I called with a horrible pain in my mouth and they were able to schedule me immediately. Even more, I asked to be put on a waiting list and they brought me in even sooner. Everyone from reception to the oral surgeon were fantastic and so sensitive to my pain, i'll never forget it. Hope the donuts were good! You deserve a box everyday!

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from out of state, had a dental problem that had to be fixed and Aspen Dental got me in right away. They worked with my insurance and did an outstanding job. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was friendly, kept me informed and treated me with respect. Very satisfied and would recommend this office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: As someone with massive dental anxiety, this place has completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist. Everyone there, from the office staff to the techs to the hygienists to the doctors, are nothing but kind, respectful, and deeply committed to dentistry in a way that really puts you at ease. I may or may not be spending more here than at other places, but I wont be leaving Aspen Dental because of the culture of kindness that they seem to cultivate. I’ve had a lot of work done with Dr. Bowers specifically and she is one of the most genuinely kind, empathetic, and sincere people I’ve come across in any medical or dental office I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this Dental office. I have the worst anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Hussain and the rest of the staff all put me at ease and made it really easy. They were all so kind and reassuring. I have had multiple appointments and they have been great every time. I never had any issues or pain with my appointments or procedures. The girls at the front desk are all very kind and so helpful too. I don’t have anything negative to say about my experiences and I will not be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Aspen Dental today (2/2/2026) was my first and a very positive one. My teeth were becoming a real problem and I was pretty certain I needed dentures, at least on the top. I am impressed with everyone there. I had the needed x-rays which were then gone over by the hygienist and the Dr. and it was decided I would need full dentures. I am looking forward to working with them to complete my upcoming dental work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the misfortune to have to have two root canals. I had to spread my experiences apart due to finances. Both procedures were handled with care and concern from all the staff. Everything was explained to me in detail, and I was made as comfortable as I could be. Emily and her Staff are absolutely amazing. I completely felt in good hands the entire time. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: The thought of going to the dentist is always a little stressful and never a pleasant one but everyone there was very upbeat and they listen to me and they explained things thoroughly and I thought that my experience was a good one the work that was done I'm just now getting used to since it was a bridge and and they took the time to show me how to floss with a tooth missing because of the bridge there was a unique experience and so far it's held up and I very much appreciated everybody's enthusiasm I'm not sure if they were just as excited about having it done as I was the first person I met when I first contacted you was serenity and she was actually the reason I came to Aspen dental she was very enthusiastic very polite she tried to help me in every way that she could and I found that extremely encouraging and helpful so that was my experience and I'm still ongoing it because I'm getting used to the bridge work and all the cavities that I had and all the work that was done with I'm very thankful for so from the doctor to the nurses assistance God bless and I hope I don't have to see you for a long time

Negative experience: This has been the worst dental experience of my life. Dentist Bowers seemed like a student she had trouble using her tools and someone had to come help her twice. She left an air bubble in my build and said it was fine. I had water up my nose, in my eyes, multiple times to the point that the assistant was like “omg what is wrong with me today!” The dentist said oh don’t worry “if it is not water it is just your spit” they dropped something that was supposed to go in my mouth and looked for it. Luickly they didn’t find it. I was made to get a cleaning in order to get treated and my insurance isn’t covering cause they said it was unnecessary based on images. So now I have to pay 460$ out of my pocket. They also make decisions about your treatment with out your consent. I mentioned the cleaning was to pricey and she said she would give me a discount but really took out the antibiotics part out of the cleaning and didn’t tell me. Worst experience I have ever had!

Negative experience: I had just had my teeth cleaned 2 months ago and Aspen wanted to do an introduction. They did X-rays and rechecked gums and decided that gums needed laser treatment to the tune of $300. My teeth were JUST CHECKED!!!! Ouch expensive!!!!

Negative experience: Went in for my first appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I was told I was going to have to wait another 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes is already pushing what I consider a reasonable wait time. Thirty minutes is simply unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The Aspen Dental Clinic franchisees in Eugene and Springfield Oregon, owned by Dr. Erum Husain, are the most clean & sanitary of all the medical and dental offices I’ve Been in. And I have been in the medical field all my professional life. “Dr. H” as they refer to her, is both excellent technically, and incredibly gentle. She and her staff are friendly and kind, and there are both an Endodontist and Oral Surgeon on staff to provide a full range of needed procedures in these locations, without having to find specialists elsewhere. Every need including dentures, is available. I've been helped quickly in an Emergency, and I’ve never had a tooth pulled painlessly before having one removed here !!!

I had a very traumatic dental experience with another dentist, which kept me from continuing my dental health. However, everyone was very kind and understanding of my past experience. Negative experience: I have a very bad experience with this Gentle Dental Clinic.First visit I paid $1,182 for my cleaning and for my antibiotics for my tooth that they told me to be doing a root canal.that same day they asked me to pay my root canal in advance so that they can schedule me.I paid again $308 plus another $25 dollars my my root canal to be scheduled. They called me again for another visit and said they couldn’t do root canal because my tooth is fractured ,why they didn’t do an extraction on my first visit so that I could not spent a lot of money for all the mistakes the doctor had made.i am struggling on that day I have a very terrible toothache and they can see in the x-ray that it is fractured..second visit they charge me again .and the advanced payment that I made for root canal cannot be credited back to me.why?

Fantastic experience: This was the best medical visit I’ve ever had in my entire life. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful, nobody was judgy or discriminatory, and the empathy and compassion shown for the issue I came in for is absolutely unmatched. I appreciate the care I received there with my whole heart. I received above and beyond help from the person who helped me with paperwork. I was greeted and helped immediately. The procedure I was scheduled to receive was done promptly and I was released right on time Dr Case did a great job of explaining the details of what was revealed in the scan that was done. Negative experience: The people that set the appointments and the actual office don’t communicate they set appointments for people with ohp and then call you back later and tell you you have to pay out of pocket because they don’t deal with ohp. Fantastic experience: I went into Aspen yesterday as a transfer patient from Grants Pass and I absolutely loved the whole staff at the Eugene location. Every person I encountered was so kind and helpful. I felt comfortable there and could sense how empathetic each staff member was. Great experience and great workers!
Negative experience: I just had the most ridiculous runaround from the answering service I asked a simple question: does this office take a specific insurance The person who I spoke with kept talking in circles, asking me for my personal information and not answering my question Then they finally said some answer about the specific office can tell me information regarding what insurance they can work with And then asked me for information again to make an appointment I'm not going to make an appointment if I don't know if you take my insurance Why do you need to make it so difficult for people? You're wasting my time and also your employees time Make it easy and obvious, let your employees know what insurance you accept and don't accept… And stop wasting everyone's time oy vey

Negative experience: READ THE REVIEWS!! Total scam! Don’t be fooled by their calm welcoming demeanor… it’s a ploy to get you in the door so they can upcharge you. Complete bait and switch tactics and a waste of time! They get you in with a cheap intro exam and X-ray, but won’t give you a price on something as simple as a basic cleaning, because they want to stick you with a hefty price tag!

Fantastic experience: The dentist's office was one place a step mother I had as a child, discovered she could add to her repertoire of abuse methods. They strapped me down (head, chest, arms and legs). and performed all the procedures with no anesthesia. It left me with a lifetime of debilitating fear of the dentist. This particular group of folks at the Eugene office were SO INCREDIBLE. They were so kind and understanding! They didn't make me feel foolish or that my fears weren't valid. From the moment I told them the "highlights" of my story, they made my level of comfort and care their top priority. I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have found them. If I was rich I would send every one of them a huge bouquet of roses and fly them all to Fiji. But there will be hugs. Genuine, loving hugs.

I didn't have insurance and they helped me find an institution finance what I needed done payable 18 months no interest. The entire staff very helpful, genuine kind. My experience is very pleasant. Fantastic experience: I did not have insurance to cover my visit at Aspen Dental, and couldn't get in for an exam anywhere else soon enough. They were able to see me pretty much immediately, I called and scheduled my appointment on Saturday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The staff was incredibly friendly, seriously I did not meet a single unpleasant seeming person. I love the positive environment, and I love that the staff genuinely just wants to help you feel better and get the care that you need. I can't afford to continue getting my dental services at Aspen Dental, but they were able to point me in the direction of where I can go to get the care that I need at a price I can afford. They were also able to work with me on the price of the exam, and are going to send over their exam results and xrays to the provider I end up getting treatment from. Overall it was a great experience, and I'm typically very anxious at appointments. Thank you for getting me in quickly, and doing an exam so that I can know what's going on and what I can do in the meantime while I wait to see someone within my budget. And thank you for guiding me to resources that will help me immensely in getting the dental treatment I need. I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this office for a while now, maybe 7 years, and their staff has all but healed my extreme dentist anxiety (which I developed after years of orthodontia, a double jaw surgery, gum grafts, etc.). I have decent dental insurance and no major issues, so I can't speak to the reviews that claim getting blindsided by outrageous bills or have more extreme dentistry needs, but I can say that my gum health (which was previously very poor) is now far better under their care and guidance, the one cavity I had to get filled was handled with efficiency and sensitivity, and in general the care I receive has always felt very expert, gentle, and clearly communicated.

Fantastic experience: From Alexia, who took all of my Xrays and was very kind, to Dr. Hussain, who asnwered all of my questions clearly and was nothing but great, to Lauren who helped me with my insurance in the nicest way, this was a great experience. Who woulda thunk it - a great experience at a Dentist. But it was. If you're looking for a Dentist, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental, they're awesome.

She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and informative throughout the entire cleaning. Negative experience: I would have given a minus 10 if I could. I went in because my crown fell out. They took lots of xray. Then proceeded to take me to the hygienists. Who proceeded to tell me my teeth were bad and I need to spend 4 to 5 grand on cleaning my teeth. Finally a dentist who came in to a look. Then told me that I needed to see a crown specialist because they may need to pull the tooth and I would need to have a new tooth implanted. Then they took me to finance. She told me I would need to pay up front $700 for the specialist and that I could see here in a month. Then she tried to sell me that $4000 to$5000 cleaning. I was in shock and kept refusing the cleaning and wanted to just discuss my crown. She told me they would not do anything unless I paid for the cleaning. They kept my crown I left. Went to a new dentist. He gave me a temporary crown I will get the new xtown in a week. Btw he thought my teeth were not bad no extensive cleaning needed. Aspen just wasted my time.

Positive experience: A very prompt and professional organization. I got there a bit early to fill out some forms. They use a computer tablet, very easy to operate, much better than filling out forms. I was seen on time, which is appreciated. I found the person who escorted me to the room to be a bit scattered and disorganized, but once at the X-ray machine, she was better. When I got to see the surgeon, she explained to me what was going on, and put easy to understand X-ray views on the monitor to show me the situation. She answered all my questions, and was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be done for my tooth with seriously fractured roots plus an infection, so I got referred back to my dentist who will follow up from there. I think Aspen is a well-run, well-organized operation, and I would return for their services without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my hygiene appointment enitionally, but was able to get current exrays done and get my care plan updated and appointments booked. I'm closer to my goals of getting my teeth finished and my permit partial made. The staff at Apen are very friendly and my dentist is Awesome . So thanks for caring about the patients so much.

Negative experience: Seems like they're trained to trick people into coming in who are trying to get emergency dental work done with OHP insurance. They got me scheduled to get a cleaning done and partial retainer removed and we would "work out insurance details after". I took work off which I can't afford to do but this is an emergency because of the pain, I show up and they say "we don't network with OHP it's $270 for a cleaning today" i was very clear i dont have any money and was specific about my healthcare plan calling on the phone, being the only way to pay.

Positive experience: Won't give it 5 stars but 4 is perfect enough. Staff was very friendly and professional in my double tooth extraction. I've always had horrible experience with dentists, yet this was the best I could have asked. Almost zero pain yes some discomfort but all in all. Would definitely recommend if you are having any sort of teeth or pain make an appointment and do it. You'll thank yourself and Aspen as well.

Negative experience: The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the exceptional dental hygienist—he was truly amazing. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. I was recommended a surgery that, after seeking a second opinion, I found to be completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous. I was never informed of the serious risks involved, including the possibility of facial paralysis. That alone is deeply concerning. On top of that, the pricing here is outrageous. I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover a certain prescription, only to find the exact same one elsewhere for a third of the cost. It feels like they prioritize profit over patient care. I’m just thankful I got a second opinion before going through with anything here.

Negative experience: The McDonald's of dentistry. Yuck. Strange and uninviting customer service from the get-go... Immediately focused on money before any concern about than the care I may need. Zero compassion. Quoted me around $300 just to be seen, then a minimum of $385 to fill one basic cavity. Aspen is a huge corporation that charges top dollar. In this case, $150 more than a local dentist I received a quote from earlier. I'd rather support a small business with a reputable dentist and a receptionist that isn't condescending. I'd also prefer to start off that "relationship" by having my concerns heard first, then focus on the financial part.

Negative experience: I’ve never had dental anxiety until coming to this place. I came to get my tooth looked at for what I thought would be a simple procedure. Unfortunately, they took the time to harass me and make me feel extremely uncomfortable and claiming I have severe periodontal disease that would lead to Alzheimer’s disease. I was berated by the hygienist and made to feel uncomfortable as she asked me a plethora of questions and becoming very defensive when I told her I would take care of it. She claimed I could die from this disease and made me feel embarrassed when I explained to her life stressors/things that have been in the way to my regularly scheduled cleaning. I will never come back here and I hope they take a second to think about their stance on how to Treat their patients. Do better aspen dental. Ps they wanted $5K from me. I walked out of the door and kindly told the lady at the front desk that I would not be back.

Negative experience: I came to Aspen dental a few months ago with no glaring dental issues. I now have severe tooth pain after spending what was being billed for around $7,000. This would include the follow up appointment for $600 that's not covered by insurance. I'm having to go to another dentist for a second opinion. Apparently around 20% of routine fillings have complications at this office. Also, is very unclear whether I needed all the services provided. Tooth antibiotic is $100 a tooth, no insurance coverage. It's extortion in the tune of a 600% mark-up, and I now have a dental crisis. I complained early on to the corporate office about the prices, and they quickly gave me a $500 discount. You've been warned.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great experience with Aspen. They always take into consideration your concerns, your wants, and they DO try to work with your budget as much as they can. My husband has always had horrible dental anxiety, and with Aspen he's comfortable with every step! I've also had my share of not great dental experiences, and they went above and beyond to help put me at ease. Really appreciate the dedication to service!

Negative experience: I came here over a year ago, but I am now just writing this review because a coworker came to my office in tears regarding her recent experience at Aspen Dental. And guess what? It was the same manipulative and deceiving script they gave me 1.5 years ago. She went with a chipped tooth and told her that before that she had to get 10k worth of work done before, and that she had periodontal disease and a gazillion things more. When I went to Aspen for wisdom tooth removal (mind you, not even that bad, had worse impacted wisdom tooth removed before), they told me I had periodontal disease, gingivitis and 6 cavities. They scared the shit out of me and made me feel like an idiot. They tried selling me a million different treatments, including a water flosser and an electric toothbrush and some fancy toothpaste. After all those scary diagnoses they sent me to the billing person where they presented the quote for over $3k out of pocket after insurance. I almost fainted because I didnt have that money. Then they “consoled” me and offered me their payment plan. So they wanted me to go into debt. I just stood up cried and left, and accepted that maybe I’ll just keep that wisdom tooth forever. I decided to go to another dentist recommended by another coworker (she told me I shouldnt have come to Aspen because they’re scam artists). And lo and behold, I did not have ANY cavities, no periodontal disease and no gingivitis. They removed my wisdom teeth, had a wonderful experience and it was $200 out of pocket. Long story short, STAY AWAY from Aspen dental. I dont know how they are not being investigated by some agency….

Negative experience: Had my dentures made here years ago. I always had issues with them and kept having to return for adjustments. I also had a reoccurring sore spot that caused constant pain. Finally decided it was time for a new set, but decided to go elsewhere. The new place informed be that the occlusion was not made correctly to begin with (they gave me an underbite) and that they had left a piece of tooth (root) in my gums, which was what caused me the constant pain. Needless to say that I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for a better experience. I made my appointment online and everything from checking in to seeing the clinician and getting X-rays, seeing the dentist and then speaking directly to the young woman about how to pay for it was the easiest health care visit I have had in a long time. I was super anxious and they saw that and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to my next appointment!
