Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with getting my wisdom teeth removed. If you feel any pain at all, tell the surgeon and he’ll numb you up more and make it comfortable. It was fast as well. I was helped right away. I imagined the procedure to be longer. Also, since wisdom teeth are in the far back, I denied the bone graft as it’s very unlikely teeth will shift from wisdom teeth removal.

Fantastic experience: I brought my kids to smile dental and I am beyond happy with everyone. The staff were really professional and all the nurses and Dr. Were really nice. I highly recommend this place and we are definitely coming back if anything!!! We are very happy!!

The dentist and his assistant were so gentle and kind, it was hard to believe I was only a patient and not a family member. I’m 70 and from this point on, I will only go to Smile Dental.

Fantastic experience: I'm so sorry if you've ever experienced Western Dental. Smile Dental should always be your first choice. I thought Western was my only option because of my IEHP/Medi-Cal insurance, but I was wrong. Smile Dental treats you like a real human being, not an option and not a cash-grab, or a paycheck. Everyone here is so so sweet and so nice. From the moment I walked in everything was so clean and they greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. I felt the most safe and comfortable here. They made sure to calm my worries and my fears from what I was previously told. Turns out I didn't have any cavities at all!! And the "bone loss" Western Dental mentioned isn't even a real concern either; they just wanted to scare me. Smile Dental will always be my go-to from now on. Thank you all so much!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: Came here a year ago and they traumatized me ! female staff were extremely rude and condescending towards me. they were extremely rough when working inside my mouth and convinced me to pull my teeth knowing that my insurance could cover any crowns . left there in tears multiple times and seriously worsened my fear of the dentist. The ONLY staff member that was nice to me was the woman in the front desk and NO ONE else. They referred me to an orthodontist down the hill and when calling the establishment they said that it should have been this places job to fix what they did to me and to go back with them. I can never look at dentist office the same because of this place.

Fantastic experience: Fellow Yelpers and esteemed guests, I am absolutely enthused as it relates to my review of Smile Dental.(Smile) Absolutely clean and a caring staff. From the time they call you for an appointment date, until seen by the professional staff / Caring Dentists, the entire process is undoubtedly effortless. Having met several Dentists within their practices over the years, I see a significant difference as it relates to Smile. Without a question, hands down observed multiple patients on their way out after treatment, and yes, they always had a smile. A perfect name for a group of perfect people. From the front office staff, to the radiology staff, dental assistants, and the actual Dentists take their time and remain patient with the treatment process, explaining every step prior to treatment. Kudos to Dr. Sung along with her esteemed assistant Genesis, they were truly gentle in their craft. I could not ask for a better tandem. I endorse Smile Dental for your Dental necessities and concerns.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here. As a child going to the dentist truthfully terrified me. Since I started coming here about 8 years now, that perception has definitely changed. It’s so nice to come see all my girls and the Dr. He’s amazing! I’ve never left with a sore mouth or in pain. He’s very attentive and respectful. He gives you a play by play before he even starts to do his work. Coming to the dentist is such an easy and pleasant experience now. I’m so grateful that I found this office, even with my drive from Los Angeles. I highly recommend them for their level of professionalism, customer service, and thorough work. My smile has never looked better

Negative experience: I have been going here for 2 years because I was wearing braces. I'm not happy at all, my teeth don't align and a couple teeth shifted after braces even though I wore my retainer as instructed, so I spent over 5 grand just for my teeth too still look terrible, don't know where they got their degrees from, but they need to do a better job. Don't recommend, 0/10, don't even think that "doctor" is certified. I'm upset with how my teeh look, i'm going to have to get them fixed somewhere else and waste more of my time and money. And the workers there like to talk about the customers as if we can't hear. And yeah I did inform them I wasn't happy with my top teeth, and I was brushed off saying I can't expect everything to be perfect, but if i'm paying thousands of dollars, yeah, I expect perfection. EDIT: I responded to the comment stating to inform them I wasn't happy and I did tell them I was not happy at the time and was verbal about that and was told not to expect perfection and they deleted my comment. I'm going somewhere else so my teeth can be straight and hopefully they can fix the surface of my two front teeth because it's not a smooth surface like before, looks like they removed too much of the surface of my tooth and it's not even. I look at my teeth everyday and i'm angry I wasted my money there for braces. Lack of communication as well.

Negative experience: Worst dentist. I paid for a porcelain crown and they didn't do a root canal and left me with constant pain in that tooth that was supposed to be fixed. Waste of my money and time! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I just wanna recommend this wonderful office, the moment I stepped in I knew this was gunna be a great place. The doctors here are amazing and really make sure they take their patients care seriously. The staff is also amazing as well , I would recommend this office every time because it’s very rare when you find an office that makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Kim is very talented , knowledgeable and very professional. He always makes sure his patients are taken care of. Dr. Sung also is an amazing dentist also she is so sweet and knowledgeable, both dentists truly are great. The manager is the absolute best too she is always professional and so welcoming, she goes over everything with you and makes sure you feel comfortable. The girls in the front and back are also amazing so kind and welcoming, if there is one thing that is my favorite part about this office is it is a family and a team . 10/10 best office !!

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST IN THE HD !! Dr.kim graduated from one of the top schools and his work shows it! BEST ORTHO. My profile picture was taken after I got my braces off and I am still obsessed w my teeth till this day !! He MADE SURE I was happy with my teeth before taking my braces off which was nice!! His work is amazing and 10/10 recommend. Staff is very friendly as well. I had Zenia as my dental assistant and she did amazing at making sure I was always confortable she was also very knowledgeable !! The best of thee best!!! Thank you SMILE DENTAL!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my older daughter here for a few years now and they’ve always been so amazing with her. I brought my 4 year old last week for her first dental visit and they were great with her as well and made her feel comfortable and happy about her first visit. I brought her back today for some fillings and they were patient and nice to her. I don’t live in the area but I don’t mind the 45 min drive for this place. Staff is great and office is always clean.
