Fantastic experience: They kindly accommodated me at the last minute, and despite having a lot of major work needed on my left front tooth, I felt really comfortable here. Rena was nice, and the dentist was efficient and straightforward. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to take my 4 kids here for a healthy checkup appointment. It was very quick, they were able to accommodate all four of my kids at the same appointment time which was very convenient for me as a mother.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience! Bad the last cute my lip ! She no long there , They would not finish the work and they are discriminating people and go back-and-forth telling lies. The representatives says she’s not busy then you get there and she says she’s busy and you cannot be seeing they fabricate too much and they don’t like for u too us to tell u what’s we have experienced so they won’t make the same mistake.. The Japanese doctor is scared to talk to the patients one on one to understand the patients well he refused too just ignore me My kind .. not best too come here..

Fantastic experience: An incredible experience. Had a few poor dental experiences and I'm generally anxious about visiting a dentist, but every single member of VIP's staff made me feel super comfortable. I had been to a different dentist in the area on that same day who had made me feel like I'd be drowning in debt from all the work I needed and sent me to a different location just to get a second set of X-rays, but VIP dental took me in on a walk-in since someone else had cancelled and they treated me like a VIP (pun intended.) The dentist here is no-nonsense or fluff, gets the job done quick and with less pain, all while saving you money. While he works, there are very kind and understanding assistants who can answer your questions and reassure you if you're feeling anxious. I recommend this place for low-income or underinsured families and for those with children.

Fantastic experience: Updated.... we have been quite a few times since my original review. Nothing has changed. The staff is still so nice. I have since taken all my kids and have been seen myself. Will continue bringing the whole family. Took my daughter here for the first time and have had a good experience so far. Had a hard time finding a dentist that accepts both Iehp/medi-cal and ppo insurances. So happy they do and I can now take my whole family to the same dentist. Staff is very friendly as well which anyone would agree, that definitely makes a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe at VIP Dental is an awesome dentist. He truly cares about his patients and is refreshingly honest—something that’s hard to find nowadays. He always does what’s necessary for your health, not what benefits his pocketbook. I trust him completely, and that doesn’t come easily for me. The staff is friendly, gentle, and makes you feel comfortable every visit. I’ve been going to Dr. Joe for over 10 years and would recommend him 100 times over without hesitation

Positive experience: Personally I like my dentist to tell me the steps he’s doing while working, and the nurse applied the swab only 5 seconds before the numbing needle, I felt the pain. Even though is a business the doctor should be less in a rush jumping from one cubicle to the next.

Negative experience: So I've been patiently waiting for my call back to get rescheduled in so they can put back my tooth that they put in and it fell off! I've been taking medication for the pain but I can't continue to take pain meds and still be toothless. This is very much unprofessional and as much as I use to like the place I won't be going there anymore.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money. My cousin went there to get crowns and a root canal and the dentist filed her teeth down to much and the teeth broke off inside of the crowns. Now Dr. Jin hoe Joe is demanding more money that she doesn’t have so she’s literally walking around with teeth missing. He’s very rude as well, especially to black women.

Negative experience: I came in a couple months ago with A painfully tooth ache that prevented me from biting down on foods such as apples and nuts. They told me nothing was out of the ordinary and that I would be fine. I left it and the pain went away I thought perhaps it was just a tooth ache nothing more since they told me I hadn’t had cavity’s. Yesterday I went in for my every 6 month appointment checkup and they told me I have a tooth infection on the very tooth! They told me to bite down and if it hurt they would go further but it didn’t and they sent me home without any medication or anything I just think this is insane even with out training of any sorts I find it crazy how someone can have an infection anywhere and just be sent home with a pat on the back. now it’s the night and I feel pain again I feel this could have been prevented with more concern and who knows what this could turn into. They even told me to come back in 6 months I have no idea how bad it is but I have fear of it becoming into a big problem in which I need it removed. Over all it’s fine I’ve been going since ever just don’t know how to feel about this.

Negative experience: I've tried scheduling an appointment here multiple times over the course of two months without any success. The closest I've been able to manage with them after FINALLY speaking to someone was setting up an incorrect appointment time & date. How does Thursday at 11am become misconstrued to a Wednesday at 1230pm? My name was wrong as well after spelling it out for them. I initially was impressed by the so many 5 star reviews but now I don't believe the reviews are legit. This place should be shut down

Fantastic experience: Dr. David Han is a brilliant specialist with extensive experience. I had the TMJ issues with irritating pains. I could not open my mouth wide and eat any soild foods. I searched up Google for him and made a quick appoinment. The staffs are really professonal and nice. Within one month, Dr. Han's customized tranquilizer made magic happened. I can eat anything and sing for my choir. He is trustworthy and down to earth. My cost was worthy and beyond. I am really grateful to meet him and his staffs. Thank You!!!

Fantastic experience: update: fast forward, 1 month later(after having the specialist work done) I returned for the finish work and the doctor was very nice and the office was very accommodating and direct with my portion I need to pay. I am very happy with my new dentist. came here to get a second opinion on dental work I was told needed to be done. The doctor was very honest and told me what I suspected. My insurance covered everything so no out of pocket was needed. I will definitely be returning to have the final work done. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Joe and his staff are fast and efficient. They seem to really care about my oral health and even tried very hard to get my crowns covered by my insurance. When my insurance denied them, they worked with me to come up with an alternative plan of care. I'm very happy here.

Negative experience: I’m not happy with this dentist!! He booked lots of patients and gives a really poor service to the patients!! Lousy deep cleaning you can even notice the difference! As well as the assistant with the phony polish my teeth look as bad as when I walked in!!! Really upsetting!!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough. I have always feared dentist appointments in the past but this place has taken the fear away. I bring my children here and now my little one isn’t scared of the dentist anymore. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and warm. I love the doctor he’s super honest unlike other dentists. Negative experience: I’ve gone to this dentist for most of my life and I enjoyed their services. Their front staff speaks Spanish. My mom tried calling and asking for anyone who spoke Spanish and they said no. Which we found weird so I tried and called and asked for staff in Spanish to which the lady also told me no. Lmao why ?!?

I have been taking my son here for a month and he has had three appointments so far I have never waited more than 10 minutes and the doctor is very fast and everyone in the office is extremely nice, they are so nice and so good at what they do that my 8 year old son actually likes going to the dentist and he’s had six fillings and three baby root canals so far

Positive experience: Overall, I must say, I am very thankful that it was able to see me and help me more than once, but just this last visit from day one after getting an extraction my tooth was hurting for about four days after. before I went back they tell me I had dry socket mind you I have a whole family member that works at the dentist that was checking me out every day and informing that it’s something still in there. Anyway I made it back and was taken care of at that point

The moment I walked in I feel so comfortable and welcome. This is by far the best dentist in the high desert. Doctor was very detailed and explaining what I had wrong and what can be done from x-rays to explaining in detail in a Financial spreadsheet will be definitely coming back to get my services done here.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful , friendly and kind. They are the best in the team! They help out explaining all the procedures that you will need and what the insurance will cover etc. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I’ve actually never been to a dentist that I’m looking forward to seeing The Dr here is AWESOME. Fantastic experience: Went here because the reviews were positive. I went in this week for a routine check up and it was great. Only thing I wish they did was check my insurance before hand to save some time but it’s no major concern. It was one of the easiest and simple dentist appointments I’ve had in a while. They don’t sell you or your insurance any work you don’t need. The dentist was friendly and clear when I had questions. The front office staff was helpful in explaining everything post appointment. I’ll be coming back here for my routine work.
