Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter in for the first time and Kelly took the time to explain everything she needed done. She also got a cleaning and the hygienist took her time and was very careful. The front office receptionists are also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was desperate and devastated when i first saw dr Kelly..i had just come from another dentist who had pulled all my teeth for what he told was going to be implants but then found out he didn't know implants and the denture they made for me was huge so big that I could close my lips properly..I took the denture out and left a few days later his office called offering me a discount if I'd like to come in and sit for another dentist teaching my dentist implant surgery.i said no. Then I found Kelly smile and booked an appointment. Dr Kelly was a God send I have beautiful well fitting implants for three years now..I have to give edi a shout out she's very calming as well when it comes to those individual tooth pics all her staff are respectful..Kelly smile is my dental office I would not go anywhere else. Thank you all

The front desk team is very welcoming & greet you by name, which helped my nerves. While I only saw Dr. Kelly briefly, she was great at explaining what needed to be done. Negative experience: Nice and friendly staff but doctor Kelly was rude and not interested in my personal issues. She was more interested in referring me to another doctor down the hill. This is not a normal dentist office. They only do cosmetic issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dental offices over the years, but Kelly Smile Dentistry tops the all. Customer Service is stellar . You feel like a VIP when you’re there. I have had crowns done at different offices and the dentist had to file and fit and it always felt somewhat off until I got accustomed to the fact it would always be a little off fitting . But I had my crown done at Kelly Smile Dentistry, and to my surprise, IT WAS PERFECT. No filing down, no trying to fit . It was absolutely Perfect. I was so impressed and excited at the workmanship. Fantastic experience: Second appointment here and both times have been very good. Normally I do not leave reviews but I felt they definitely deserved it. They fully communicated with me explained what I needed done. Today I had a dental cleaning with Erika and she was patient and willing to answer any questions I had. She kept checking and making sure I was okay and explained every thing she was doing.

Negative experience: I’ve always been scared of the dentist until I started coming to Kelly. They’ve all made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, and everything is so professional and clean. Thank you for the great experience! *edit* well when I first showed up, they told me I was fully covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anything for my crown. After they put the crown on, they told me that I owe 340$ for it. The people are nice and their work is good, however, make sure you get all the information. I doubt I’ll be back for awhile.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming to this facility because I was looking into dental implants. I absolutely love the environment. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Kelly was very informative on any questions that I had. For my first appointment it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back to get my dental implant done! Would definitely recommend! Update: 04/10/2025 I am now on day 2 of recovery for my single dental implant that I got done on the 8th. I was shocked how quick and painless the procedure was. Dr. Kelly and the staff made yet again another visit GREAT! The pain after the numbness wore off wasn’t too severe. I’d say equivalent to a root canal, but the pain medicine and ice pack took care of it. And i only took the pain medicine for the day…. Otherwise healing is going great and I’m so happy that after 10 years of being on the fence about getting the implant done, I found a great Dr. to do it. Update Aug 22,2025 I would have left a new comment but I guess I can only add onto it lol. But I got my cleaning done with Jordan and again… amazing service! She was very gentle and very patient with any questions and concerns I had. AGAIN I cannot stress how much I love this place as my new dentist office! Everyone is amazing. I’m even trying to convert my hubby and mom to go there lol. 10/10 everytime!

Negative experience: Went for a tooth ache and the dentist would not listen to me at all. Talked over me. Was so fixated on the facts I still have my wisdom teeth that she didn't even both to do any kind of diagnostic. The mention of getting my wisdoms removed gave me a panic attack and she just dismissed my fear, anxiety and did no real diagnostic. Come to find out from another dentist, my pain was from gum disease. Had nothing to do with my wisdom teeth. They aren't impacting my mouth at all.

Fantastic experience: I’m very picky about which dentist I go to because of very bad dental experiences in my past. I recently switched to Kelly Smile Dentistry and I have been thrilled at the level of their care and understanding. When I had my crown and filling done, Dr. Zeta didn’t roll her eyes when I said I needed more numbing agent (like past dentists), but rather she was very proactive in making sure I got more numb at even the hint of things feeling painful. This made for a great experience and I know I can feel comfortable having more work done and sending my family to their office as well. And it’s not just Dr. Zeta who has been outstanding. The entire Kelly Smile staff has been wonderful to work with. The front desk is well versed and answers questions, the dental assistants are friendly and explain everything well. All around Kelly Smile has been a joy to go to - I feel like I’m a person there and not just a paycheck.

Fantastic experience: I had the most pleasant experience at this dentist! After losing faith in local dentistry back in 2011, I had been traveling to Norco to see a dentist I trusted. However, with the pass getting worse every day, I decided to consult with Kelly Smile. Even though I am currently between insurance plans, their cash prices were reasonable and fair, and scheduling was very easy. They were extremely thorough and have all the latest equipment. They also offered a CareCredit option. I had a crown replaced, which is now more comfortable and stronger than before. Additionally, my front tooth was aesthetically fixed, and everything matches perfectly. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the facility is super clean. I will be back for my annual cleaning in September and plan to call Kelly Smile my home dentistry.

Negative experience: They’re not billing correctly and are not up to date with dental insurance policies so this is making the patient pay out of pocket for things that should be covered under their plan…. So if you decide to come here make sure you know what your plan does and does not cover. Also it seems like there is a lack of communication between staff. Why am I having to remind staff about the procedures that we discussed during my check up, this should all be in my chart.

Fantastic experience: Recently had an xray, check up and 4 cavities filled all in the same appointment in and out within 2 hours. I also returned for a cleaning, polish and fluoride treatment. The entire staff from the reception area to the doctor were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind but MAJOR shout out to Brianna Foster. She helped calm my severe anxiety without even knowing it, Dr. Kelly, Brianna is a GEM and the sole reason I returned for more treatment. Luckily for me I also got to be treated by her for part of my cleaning and she remembered me! Erika did my cleaning and she was a wonderful dental hygienist, highly recommend this team for busy professionals/parents who “hate” going to the dentist and just want the most effective and prompt treatment possible.

I came for a new patient check up and they had a cancellation and squeezed me in for the cleaning that was previously scheduled for the next week. Fantastic experience: For me this was a life changing experience. I lost my 2 front teeth to from domestic violence inflicted by an ex husband 22yrs ago. From that time, the beautiful smile I was born with was no longer. I lived the life of a wearing a partial which can be humiliating at times for a person. Taking it off and putting it in on was hassle sometimes. The partial I had, left me with a gap in my front teeth that I wasn’t born with. Smiling was not a thing I liked to do anymore. I consulted with Western dental but that did not work out and I wasn’t comfortable moving forward with the dental implants through them. I also had a consultation with Clear Choice but what was being offered and for the price was just not going to work for me. Then I received a flyer in the mail from Kelly Dentistry that was to change my life. I was skeptical due to the experiences I had before. I went ahead and set up the appointment and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. You are called to the back in a timely manner. Daniel was very nice and explained everything well. The financing process was easy to work with. I saw the pictures on the wall from doctor doing charity work and also working with celebrities which made feel good about being in this environment. All the staff were very nice as well. Then Dr Kelly met with me and she’s down to earth, very friendly, listened to me answered all my questions, made me feel important. She explained my options and gave me serials information on what to expect. Then the process to receiving my new smile was smooth. I got my temporary teeth which worked great and prepared me for the final step. I came back for my more permanent teeth just in time for my wedding. The process wasn’t too bad. No pain, just minor discomfort. I went back to work afterwards. For the first time in years, I was able to smile again. Real big! I was smiling big the whole time at my wedding. I have been getting lots of compliments. I no longer have to wear a partial I am so happy. I have my permanent, white smile. Thank you Dr Kelly for changing my life!!! I am forever grateful to you and your amazing staff.
