Fantastic experience: When I say that this was an amazing experience I want you to know my facts! I have in the past not had a good experience with the Dentist. Dr Hattar is beyond the best! Hadn't been to the dentist since 2016 because of my fear and bad experiences. Dr Hattar took the time to assure me that he would do all that he could to make my experience comfortable. And baby let me tell you, I felt nothing!!! The best dentist in the high desert....the best dentist anywhere!!!❤️

Fantastic experience: All the staff were professional and efficient. Dr Hattar did a thorough exam after x-rays, as I am a new patient. The procedures I need were explained and fees were clearly discussed. I got my teeth cleaned and polished by the hygienist and gums treated today by Dr Hattar. I will return in three weeks for the other procedures. I thought Dr Hattar was gentle and very knowledgeable. I am glad I chose this dental group, I had heard nothing but good reviews and I agree.

Fantastic experience: This is the most professional, friendly, and efficient dental clinic in the High Desert. Starting with a knowledgeable and extra nice staff greeting you up front, to shaking Dr. Hattar’s hand after receiving your treatment, you will feel welcome and taken care of, just the way it should be. I called them after receiving really poor service from a different clinic to get a complete set of dentures, and within weeks had my set made, fitted, and placed, even though the holiday season delayed things between the office and laboratory they use. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hattar for any dental needs in the area as I am certain you’ll walk away happy also.

Don't let other dentists tear up your mouth unnecessarily!!!! Im adding this 4 years later...maybe more...This man..this Dentist is so excellent..!!!.. At ultimate cost to himself he stayed with the problems of my husbands teeth (origionally damaged because of Vietnam) until the most comfortable and perfectly fitted bridge was made. We hope he never retires

The office scheduled him within the hour and Dr. Hattar was able to perform the procedure the same day. I’m beyond grateful for how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Dr. Hattar and his staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and efficient. I’m so satisfied with the care my son received and will absolutely be recommending this office to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I called last week right at closing and left a message. After a couple days I had not received a call back which I find normal for nearly all medical/dental practices. I called this morning during business hours and right away was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I had a crown fall out last week and I was very happy to be seen so soon. I arrived and was greeted by a receptionist who had me fill out new patient paperwork on a tablet. I will say this is the only medical office that provided me with their privacy practice notice. Every other place asks for my signature saying I’d received a copy but never gives me a copy until I ask for it. The dental assistant was very nice and explained the process so I knew what to expect. The dentist came in for the exam and explained everything. He had no problem recementing my crown after the assistant did a cleaning. I’m feeling great and excited for my next appointment to get a couple fillings.

As for plaque on the teeth I wish they would give a bit more information on how to keep the plaque at a minimum.

Negative experience: The worst dentist office in the high desert. Office and equipment is very dirty and unsanitary. Also every time I post a review my review somehow gets taken down. I got a root canal here and got my nerve damaged very badly. Just look at all the other bad reviews and how they are replying back to people. Terrible customer service as well.

Negative experience: I never write reviews but this one is a must! The staff and everyone in the office are very polite but the work I got done was bad. I got a root canal done over 2 years ago and everything was great until I changed my insurance and they didn’t accept it even though it was PPO. Once I went to a dentist that actually accepted my insurance, I got a cleaning done and mentioned to me that the root canal that was done by Dr. Hattar needs to get checked out because of the bone was fading away. They told me to call Dr. Hattar to let them know the damage that was done in my back tooth. I called multiple times and they never answered my calls I even left voicemails, and no call back. It was very frustrating. I went to the Oral Surgeon that my current dentist referred me to and he mentioned to me that the tooth does have to get removed, which sadly I did in fact got my tooth extracted. Once the procedure of getting my tooth extracted was done he mentioned to me that I had a huge cyst and that was causing the pain that I had. Now I have to get an implant in the back of my tooth because of the horrible job that he had done. I have spent so much money in this office and he didn’t do a good job on any of the procedures that I have done in this office. Look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Writing in regards to my little sister who had a root canal there. Her root canal was so poorly done she has to go get a retreatment and has been to 4 different dentist offices that don’t even want to touch her tooth because of how bad the work was. On top of that, it’s infected.

Negative experience: Made my appointment two weeks ago. Told the office I didn't have my physical insurance card but I had the number and expiration date. The lady that made my appointment said to just bring my ID, so I did. I got turned away today for not having my insurance card. still in pain, going back to my old dentist down the hill.

Negative experience: This is one of the worst dental offices in Victorville, ca, the staff is rude and do not work with patients within the community trying to get dental work done!, they charge you for canceling appointments. The office manager is so rude and stated they are a business not a health provider and that if you have to cancel an appointment it means you don’t care about your future appointments! I was diagnosed with cancer and had to miss my appointment to attend to my more important health issue, so now I am penalized because they are a place that shows no compassion to its community members and only care to charge fees to keep their business running while we are still paying insurance who they rack up fees too! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD DENTAL EXPERIENCE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER DENTISTS IN THE AREA THAT ARE NOT MONEY HUNGRY!!! EVEN CALLING TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR PATIENTS IS NOT THEIR POLICY!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND WILL MAKE THAT CLEAR, VERY DISGUSTING COSTUMER SERVICE!!

Negative experience: I went with my mother to this doctors office and she had a couple of questions for him he turned his back on her, I told her I didn’t think that he was listening he turned back around and stared me down like if he wanted to fight I told him I had no problems with him I just didn’t think he was listening he started to get angry and said I was listening, I said oh okay but why are you looking at me like that popping your glove at me , he said I don’t wanna work on your mother no more until you leave out I told him I’m not leaving my mother back here alone she cannot move she cannot walk I did nothing to you I just told my mother I didn’t think you were listening because you had your back turned away from her why she was talking to you so I don’t understand why he get so upset with that but me and my mother left and will never ever go back his attitude is very bad and he is rude and mean I don’t know if it was because we where color people are what But for him to do all of that with a handicap woman was ridiculous

Negative experience: Starting around five years ago when I was fitted for some dentures and I still haven’t gotten them to fit in my mouth ever since they’ve taken them back adjusting them taking them back fix them taking them back but they never fit in my mouth. OK and I paid $5000 for those teeth and I still can’t wear them. I had a crown that fell out a week ago and I was trying to get them to pull the rest of the tooth out but now they need to pay for a missed appointment when I had a family emergency and couldn’t make on time
