Dr. Rohmer and his assistant were terrific and I highly recommend his office to anyone! (I had a root canal and crown completed for a tooth that rotted).

Answered all my questions about my procedure great pricing top level work I was referred by my mother and dad they are long time customers and now so am I I drove 2 hours just to come here and I would do it again and again.

The staff at Vista Dental are absolutely the best. They are helpful, kind, and go out of their way to facilitate the patient's dental goals.

Negative experience: Showed up for my appointment, they had to cancel because I still have aligners and wanted me to wait an hour for a 90 min cleaning. Told them I couldn’t wait so they charged me for canceling 2 appointments. Not happy at all about this. The response was you could’ve cancelled prior to the appointment. Waste of my time and now my money.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency temporary crown replacement on my front tooth called at 9 o’clock was in by 10 o’clock and complete by 12 o’clock. They did a great job holding me over till I can get to my regular dentist who is already prepaid for the permanent crown had I not prepaid I would’ve just had them do the crown right here excellent Denis and an excellent help The whole office is great if you live in the area, this is the place to go

Fantastic experience: The best and most honest dentist you’ll ever find. I drive over an hour out of my way to see them. Dr. Rohmer is very patient and makes dental work a relatively painless experience. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My hygienist Amy is one of the best I’ve ever worked with and does a fantastic job. It can be difficult to make an appointment at times because they are super busy. That’s a good thing because they are the best at what they do and all their patients know it. Highly recommend them if you have dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The initial check-up was really thorough, they considered my complete health history when discussing any dental concerns, and the visit was all under an hour. Dr. Rohmer was especially excellent!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a great first experience at this new dental office. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and checked in promptly. Our wait time was less than five minutes before we were taken back for X-rays, which we really appreciated. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctor performed a thorough exam and was both kind and easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. Our dental hygienist, Michael (yes, she’s female!), was truly the cherry on top. We’ve been going to the dentist our entire lives, and she is by far the best hygienist either of us has ever had. She was extremely detailed, gentle, and made the experience comfortable for both of us. To top it off, she sent us home with a bag of dental essentials to help us maintain the health and cleanliness of our teeth. We’re very happy we found this office and will definitely be back in six months!

Negative experience: Worst place was charged 25 fee for making 3 dental appointments was unable to make but called to cancel.Was 1 st time to ever visit this office beware late fees. They need to be more customer service oriented. Sad business take money elsewhere just to update their response I was told I could no longer been seen here, due to my husband they did not like racist and very unprofessional I was being treated my 1st time for inplant and ortho they told me I needed to look elsewhere even though I did nothing wrong horrible place just beware if not liked you will be turned away during an implant in their care they did that to my husband.

Fantastic experience: Been very hard to find a good dentist and this place is it. Staff is great and friendly, Doctor is great with my kids and myself. We have been to dental cleanings, cavities being filled and teeth removal for my kids braces and each time it has gone smoothly. Thank you again. Couldn’t recommend this office enough.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit which entailed X-Rays, reviews, and cleaning. The entire dental clinic was spotless—not a speck even in the corners. I was most impressed with the knowledge, proficiency, and thoroughness of Dr Rohmer. It was definitely no “old school” dental experience. The X-Ray equipment was state-of-the-art without awkward, painful takes. I never knew that they put hand-held tiny cameras inside your mouth to view your teeth—like a sonogram?? The “crown”, however, goes to the hygienist (Michael), who was doggedly determined to win the battle against resistant tartar that my prior dentist had just skimmed over. My teeth actually felt happily invaded. THE TARTAR IS GONE!! Thank you so much for your excellent service….Mary t.

Positive experience: Excellent work, service and treatment went well. Came in to fix a filling that came out. Overall dental work & cleaning was 10/10 and would recommend this office to anyone. Definitely feel that the office couldve communicated better that we weren't in network before starting treatment. Also would appreciate going over treatment and cost first before doing any numbing.

I get anxiety going to the dentist from my first visit they listened , cared and gave me different options to help with my anxiety for my tooth extractions . I felt at ease. Every appt after that has been amazing everyone in that office is great , they really care and listen. They are the best!!!

Appointment scheduling area was not as accommodating as I hoped for. I appreciate the advice on approaching insurance for coverage on a procedure that was done in a different facility and was unsuccessful to be covered again. Thank for that, I hope it works and I am able to get this costly procedure without having to pay too much out of pocket.
